5:1 Buyers: Sellers. SAys it all.
SPock.... counting my quatloos.
DOn't sell now. Either get in if you're not in, or hang on ( or add) to what you have. This stock HAS the volume to run frequently. I nearly begged folks not to sell recently here. I want folks to win big. This 'little activity, right here, is why. It's like a pencil poised to roll off a desk top with the next puff of air. Many are trying to get those on the fence to sell. Don't fall for it.
Spock out. Gotta go fast.
Nice post, AL. The 3rd qtr. report should be out within 45 days of the end of the qtr., of course so I am looking for it on or before 11/15. Last qtr., they did post a supplemental, but that does not predict the same event this qtr.
I am eager to learn the details , though, of what has been going in these past couple of months in some detail. While I am not expecting really much in the way of cash flow yet, I do want to see either evedence of growing value (non-cash items) or signs that Letters or memorandae of intent are in the works. I am really curious about the MMJ connection here in CAnada. My expectation is that this will be a slow process because Canada is so conservative in terms of how they allow that industry to evolve.
Right now, I'd be willing to bet the company is worth more than one one-hundredth of a penny per share in real life.
SPock....doing shots with Mr. Scott .
I watch this one carefully because I think it is sound, and it is ripe for purchase. In this most recent quarter the sought, and received financing to expand their production abilities because sales are at an all-time high for the company and the 3rd qtr. report is due out shortly. Volumes of share sales have been improving, daily activity, though still on the quiet side, is picking up. I think the people who are in one way or another close to the company see it is a smart, well-timed investment. Also, float is very, very small.
Spock, more in than....out.
I have rec'd an email this morning from JT. He explained that the world currency/metal traders site went down in the wake of the recent JP Morgan hacking event. The site should be back up in about a week or so.
It bodes well---no, very well-- for the stockholders here that the man running the show is willing, perhaps eager, to be in touch with shareholders over questions or concerns they may have re: UNQT. To me, it speaks volumes, helps me rest ever so easily.
Spock....hacking into Mr. Scott's phaser to make it squirt water when set on "Stun".
Thanks, Mike. I also want to point out that MWWC's parent company--SBDG-- has pretty much made up all the ground they lost in September and they are steaming ahead, likely for new green territory.
While that does not necessarily have any immediate effect on MWWC, it could. It does suggest that things are continuing to go well for them. This may be good for us. Can't be bad, for sure.
Spock.... getting ready to grab up some more MWWC & SBDG.
For those on the fence.... if you are new or sort of new to pinkies, this sort of stuff goes on all the time. Don't let go for the sake of a few seasoned manipulators. A few ticks down over the course of a bunch of sessions very often gets made back up and then some in a couple of hours---especially something like MHYS where volume on a daily basis is pretty high. Watch it closely, but don't flinch. When the run comes hold out for the gain you got in for.
YOu'll be rewarded.
Spock..... lurkin' fer love in all the wrong places.
RS... that would be the correct response. I 2nd the motion.
Spock....polishing a few rolls of quatloos before depositing them in
1st National Starfleet Trust.
Finale....thanks a jillion. Much appreciated.
SPock, two more thumbs up.
Two thumbs up, al.
Spock....
Go UNQT!
At exactly 6:41 AM this morning, I was sleeping very soundly with my thought in my head of the investment I have made and will continue to make in UNQT. Though I could've gotten up and posted to all who cared to read how good I think it is, I continued to rest easily.
The CEO is laying excellent foundations upon which he can build, and in fact, does build, a solid holding company. I could write all day, but those who need a message such as this either already have it or will find out through their own DD of what I speak.
Spock2b12sleepsoundly2.
The thing I like...which actually annoys many , is that IDGE keeps moving forward and looking for the best way to put things together desipte some of the bad press they get from folks here and elsewhere. While I don't have a huge stake in this, it is appreciable. I feel very confident that IDGC is going to have its day so I am here for the long play.
If it falls to triple-naught-nadda, I really don't care right now. Just let them go about exploiting their plan. We're in the right place, before the right time.
Spock.... trying to see if my replicator can actually produce MMJ.
Ya, they took a hit in September, but the truth of the matter is that it is a solid company with a very valuable service to offer. It is quickly reacquiring its pre-Sept value, as it should and I fully expect it to fly beyond that pretty easily especially with such a small amount of stock available.
Spock.... reprogramming my replicator to make things it is not supposed to. Terribly fun.
Thanks, al, SPlash. UNQT is at the very least as good today as the day I first got into it. At the very least. I am long, and I know what it means to be "long" and I know what I must endure sometimes to maintain such a position.
I have tried hard to find a young company I feel even more solid about, but I do not find one. Sure there are lots of blue chips, but sometimes I like a new kid on the block. UNQT calmly, quietly, steadily earns my respect and support.
SPock.... looking into deep space, thoughtfully, thinking of new ways to make Dr. McCoy to look quaint.
I"m right there with ya, fly. People need to know. I have stoppped by here a number of times to see if the Board ever did anything to explain or atone. Far as I can tell...Nadda. This was BAD business. Very Bad business.
Hope that the new folks looking around doing DD stop by this forum to learn of what has happened here.
Spock..
lurkin' for love in all the wrong places.
I did. ...., a couple of days ago. I said in my email that if the site is down for a technicla reason or an upgrade, then don't worry about making the time to write back. He didn't. I am unconcerned. Further, in the Supplemental he put out in August, he said explicitly he would be addressing world traders... so I am fine will all that.
As a website it was not terribly engaging, so either upgrading it or spinning it off would not be a bd idea.
Tried a second day to see if any of my orders for 1s would come together. No joy.
Oh, well.
Other trades did rather nicely all things considered.
Spock.... off the scam some babes.
Out.
Personally, I like Mass Hysteria better.
Spock....who's with me on this?
Ya, maybe someday, SITS holders will make bank. Maybe. Maybe.
Spock, out.
SBDG email re: MWWC.. Finally got a response regarding MWWC. My concern has been that I am not finding mention of it on the new SBDG website, which of course, raised a flag on the field. I did not know if MWWC was no longer in existence, no longer tied to SBDG, or what.
I also felt that since we have gone 2 qtrs. without hearing a peep officially, that a PR wouldn't be unreasonable to expect.
I was told that we will be updated on MWWC as soon as it is appropriate to do so. This suggests to me that MWWC is still under the SBDG umbrella and that work is still being done to give it fundamentals and function.
That's the latest from the chatter on subspace frequency Omniquad sub/16A.
SPock, out.
I like this strategy. Even though the volume today is low and not much is happening right now, everyone should so same. I will, immediately. UNless a PR shows up today I am feeling like a run won't launch, but if we close green with a decent percentage, that could make Monday or Tuesday pretty darned cool.
Teamwork...gets it done.
Go, MHYS.
Spock.... dropping quarters into my roll-o-bank where the coins travel down a three-step route with drops and turns. Lots of fun for Vulcans with scotch in them. Just sayin'.
Sperk, outt.
Well, my order for 1s never went through. Bummer. Guess I'll just have to buy more 2s. Okie-dokie by me. (Okie-dokie is Vulcan for "Pro noblum", an old Latin term from earth.)
Anyway, my expectation remains that until the Q3 comes out, there will likely not be much of anything to do in this neighborhood....except buy more.Which I will do periodically.
As I speculate for a moment, I must wonder what the old guard was going to do with Bio-Med. It would've been such a far left-field purchase for them, especially not being a holding company back then. It was probably negotiated before the whole MMJ thing started to be a thing at all. And it has been impossible to find much of anything out about Bio before UNQT bought it. Curious. Any longs out there have any info on that?
On to Friday. Sleep well. UNQT fans.
Spock.....buzzing the bridge with the shuttle. Scares the crappies out of Sulu.
Just like GoPro. Talk about a bloodbath. When something does get oversold, market correction is a b*tch Royale. I honeslty did not think I'd see 7s again, but I am about to come back to the party here.
Spock.....still trying to convince Starfleet to do an IPO. I think it would be HUGE. The Ferenghi would think they died and went to Vegas,
Gotta say this: Post-split I have been tempted several times to jump back in, but as quickly as that compulsion appears so does the fact that the Board has behaved so badly through all of this that I can't get past it. They absolutely DID screw everyone over and they are counting on the public having a short memory.
I know a day is coming where someone will once again make bank on this, and such is life, but I will not use my dollars to support a company that treats its investors like so much toilet paper. NO investor here ever deserved to be treated this way. Maybe a guy like ORCA is their last hope: someone who sees there may at least be a way-with patience-to recoup some losses.
Spock,,,spouting off precisely the way Vulcans don't.
Boy, the minute-to-minute battle near $80 was impressive. No one wanted to breach it. Now everyone who'd been kicking themselves oh-s-hard for not getting in a couple of weeks ago have been given an extraordinary 2nd chance! There are takers, what a surprise!!!
Spock... cleaning tribbles from the dryer vent --where they breed like....tribbles.
Spock, out.
No worries, al, you're good. I have my order in. Let's see what happens. (we know what won't happen, but it's always fun to try. Hey, sometimes...sometimes..all one need do is ask. I will be equally happy to acquire additional 2s. To me, it is like planting seeds in the cold, moist spring ground.)
I remain quite confident that JT will apprise us of important news when the need arises. That is how he does things. I quite enjoy learning that other business have sought out UNQT seeking ways to hook up and work together. That is encouraging.
Another aspect of this which I think is good for us longs is that the one and two-tick flippers have not really found any joy here. I know that will change, but for now I like it.
Also, for JT to be doing that audit and also looking into uplisting tells me where he is pointing the company. Even if he does not actually get to uplist for abit yet, he'll be well-informed on the sort of volume he'll need to be doing to get there.
In other news, a very not-sober Mr. Scott nearly beat me at a round of 3D chess. Not sure how that happened, but I am certain he is cheating. When I find out, it will be a bad thing to be Mr. Scott while I avenge my reputation. ...... out.
I'll be here in the morning with my shopping cart. I bet I gets few 1s.
Spock.... giggling exactly the way Vulcans don't.
Uh..oh... THAT is NOT GOOD. I am logging off NOW. Bye.
My computer has either Ebola or entero D-68.
My etrade account is on drugs. I have 10, 000 shares on the bid at 0.0001 and 1.00 on the ask with 100 shares. IS there a hackattack on Wall street this aft?
Spock,,,freakinf out in a Vulcan sort of way.
This is in Freefall. DO NOT panic. Even though we have seen that it takes huge volume to move this sucker, you can see exactly how emotion-driven this is right now. One killer PR and the table will trurn around like you won't believe. Have seen this a bunch of times before. Sure, it tests your nerves... hang tough, play smart. Don't freak out.
Spock...easy for a Vulcan to say, ya I know. I;ll shut up.
Honors another CEO's agreement!!! Outstanding. This is , while not the least unexpected from this CEO, it is very refreshing over all. UNQT probably could've wriggled out of the obligation to purchase Bio-med if it had really wanted to,but instead, it honored a deal made by somebody else. This is what stand-up people do. UNQT IS Quality NSafe.
As long as JT is here in the mix, so am I.
Spock..... happy, mellow, nsafe here in the deepest, quietest parts of the alpha sector where even interstellar dust is rare. NO wonder cell-service is so crummy out here.
out.
I had been thinking that perhaps there are some instrumtns of conversion being converted, possibly. Again, We know so very little financially about what is going on here. I don't even know for certain if the financial calendar runs true to the actual calendar or if it shifted. Based on what I can see, I say calendar year.
Also, no recent sales at all over $1.00. Hmmmm. ANyway going to load a bit more. Doesn't seem like a bad idea.
Spock....calculating the temporal coefficient of magnetochronic drag on rapidly spinning votices.
Ok.... my little mystery: If the B:A is $0.35:$1.40 as shown on etrade earlier today. then what transaction produced a $1.00 sale price per share?
I can imagine one or two scenariae where this could happen. Who knows what really happened here?
Thanks, Spock.....suffering from an acute informational deficit.
Why am I not dumping all my Gopro and buying this?
Spock......feeling a bit wiggy right now.
If you're referring to the 15G form last month, this is all about saving money, running as tight of a ship as possible. Producing the documentation for the OTC is very expensive, If they are tight on cash, it would be very wise to use their cash on hand in other ways since they can get financial information to the public in less expensive ways that via the OTCmarkets.com
When things are running more the way they should, they can resume reporting financials in the more traditional manner.
We are, none-the-less, overdue for any substantive information with which we could make some more investment decisions. If we get much more silence, I am gone. I do not support companies who will not treat shareholders with respect. Been there, done that. Not looking tom re-experience it again.
Spock.... drafting my nastygram to management, just in case. SHipboard computer makes even the nastiest communication sound somewhat enticing.
Spock, out.
Man, I'd love to see this thing rocket out of site, but the run that happened yesterday is exactly the sort of event that traders need to understand very clearly.
I took am amazing profit out an let i continue to reach higher even after I had left. That is always tough, but I had locked down my desired return.
I don't understand exactly what made it run yesterday and this is why I think a run today is more likely not to happen . When real news hits, I will have quietly snuck back in at a really low price. And yes, there is a chance I will miss that entry point altogether.
FOr sure there is more money to be made here but I think the only winning strategy, unless you're a great short seller, is to get back in very low, establish a desired return ahead of time and bail once you've gotten it. Then let it go anywhere it wants with a handful of freebie shares.
The whales and the MMs play fast and wicked down here so ya gotta watch 'em like you're in the CIA .
Spock.... in the CIA.
Not unreasonable to expect...end of 3rd qtr. this week.
Spock.....standing by for orders from starfleet.
My remaining position on this is that if Prakash no longer has any plans for Tivus, that's fine. I don't care. However, he DOES still have a massive fiduciary responsibility to the corporation to close everything down properly, which...as far as I can tell...he has not done.
I paid him enough money for him to at least do that correctly. We all have a right to expect this much. He doesn't even have to PR about it or anything, just get it done. It is not at all fair to leave so many of us with this crap left in our portfolios without being able to do anything with it.
Clearly, he had a great idea. Clearly he is not a businessman. This condition underlies so many innovators. He was no exception. His ego would not allow for a manager to come in and to run things properly. He gave away the whole thing without getting anything back for the company.
SPock........ way, way, way....out there.
The.0002 Ask I cannot explain. Much of the time it is No Bid: .0001 Ask unless someone sells of 6 shares or something but it oten flips right back to no Bid.
As a shell, it would not have much use until any debt still attached to it gets resolved. There could be additional encumbrances as well, but, SBDG seems to have something of a formula for turning things like this around so I am willing to put my hat in the ring for the sake of entertainment.
A new administration of professional, well-financed money can turn anything into something of value if they so desire. In some cases, I can only imagine that it COULD be a better move to take a shell, clean it up and run with it than to start from square one with the Hasbro "Build an Empire" game, DeLuxe version.
Spock, out....... trying to teach the shipboard computer how to tell a joke. Existence is Futile....Ha.
Spock, out.
I have dreams about this Manning photo at the bottom (!) of your posts. It is very worrisome if you happen to be, as I am, a Vulcan.
I get this unusual feeling. Very illogical.
Heavens to Betsy.
Spock,,,,, Scivies feeling snug. Out.
When I got in a week ago today, I thought I might have already been too late. I thought last Monday morning was going to be EPIC. EPIC did not happen all week. That made my left pointed ear twitch almost non-stop. (That is not a good thing.)
I have never seen a stock with so much killer excitement everywhere do next to nothing, as this has done. Not sayin' it won't because it obviously will.
Just trying (as always) to learn from observation. This is a somewhat unusual situation.
I told SUlu about this and he is in for 10M, Kirk for about 15M. Goin' now to party with Uhuru in the shuttle bay with some of what she calls "MMJ". Fascinating. Made me.....both giggly and somewhat...um...peckish. Spock, out.
PS... Giggling and being Vulcan can make one a tad queezy.
