Nice Confirmation News this morning. This is just another step forward for PMPG and SRT. Negotiations have been slightly delayed with Ennis due to the fact that PMPG/SRT have now switched over to negotiations with PPG (The BIG Kahuna) since they bought Ennis. We will hear more in the coming weeks about the contract with PPG ! In the meantime the 8K will be out this week detailing more forward looking info. Negotiations are continuing with the city of Dallas and other large cities. There is a very Bright Future here with PMPG. Anyone that doesn't see that.... Well they need to move on.
This is not a Sip and Flip ticker. Long Term (3-6 mo.) investors will be rewarded handsomely. IMO

PPG (billion $ company) is entering a brand new market for them. (Traffic Solutions Business). They acquired Ennis Flint specifically for that reason.
We know already that PMPG is currently in a completed and finalized Joint Venture with NPI Mobile and Patent Portfolio Group. These two companies (aka PMPG) have the Technology and more importantly the Patents to propel the Big Boys to success in this new market. Names like PPG, GM, Tesla, and Microsoft will be entering the same market and needing our Patented Technology. This alone is HUGE for our little PMPG holding company.
Today PPG will announce earnings and will have an open Call for investors tomorrow morning. They will discuss their acquisition with Ennis and profile the new Transportation direction. I believe we will be indirectly related to everything they say. (even though our name will not be mentioned)
Our day will arrive very, very soon.

I have already confirmed the JV with The Patent Portfolio Group. That’s a Done Deal.
If you’re speaking of the billion dollar paint and chemical company PPG I agree. That JV is not happening.
NPI Mobile could very well be next in line along with a multiple number of Real Estate corps and whatever else these PMPG officers deem a good investment.
PMPG IS Operating as a Holding Cormpany , which means they will be affiliated with many, many other corporations.

You are right ! It does NOT say Smart Road Turtle will be doing a JV with Ennis.
The two sentences are easily confused because of the words Joint Venture Project . The next sentence states SRT expects to have a LOI signed so as to have Ennis provide SRT with Manufacturing and Distribution logistics.
That is exactly what is happening and PMPG will soon have an announcement of the Finalized Agreement between Ennis and SRT.
The Joint Venture between the Patent Portfolio Group and PMPG however, has been completed and finalized and they are ready to Rock and Roll.
I believe our management group at PMPG are currently in talks with the Dallas Transportation Authority discussing SRT. An announcement of these discussions will soon be made to light very , very soon. My guess is Mid/End Week coming up. Along with this they should be releasing the new 8K.
This will be a 1 - 2 Punch that will surely turn some heads.
The problem with the current PPS is that there are alot of Flaky traders that have NO patients whatsoever. They are used to Sketchy OTC Fluff PR's and BS pumpers feeding the beast. Here with PMPG we have a legitimate newly formed business performing their duties without the HYPE and Pomp.

You seem to know quite a bit about MM's and shorting. Is it true that MM's can (borrow) shares from other investors accounts that are holding larger long positions. I have heard folks saying to place very high sell orders (dollar or more) in order to prevent these MM's from using their shares. Is there any validity to that logic or is it a ole wives tale ?
Would it be wise for us large shareholders to tie up our millions of shares with this strategy ? Thanks for any thoughts here.
