You are right ! It does NOT say Smart Road Turtle will be doing a JV with Ennis.
The two sentences are easily confused because of the words Joint Venture Project . The next sentence states SRT expects to have a LOI signed so as to have Ennis provide SRT with Manufacturing and Distribution logistics.
That is exactly what is happening and PMPG will soon have an announcement of the Finalized Agreement between Ennis and SRT.
The Joint Venture between the Patent Portfolio Group and PMPG however, has been completed and finalized and they are ready to Rock and Roll.
I believe our management group at PMPG are currently in talks with the Dallas Transportation Authority discussing SRT. An announcement of these discussions will soon be made to light very , very soon. My guess is Mid/End Week coming up. Along with this they should be releasing the new 8K.
This will be a 1 - 2 Punch that will surely turn some heads.
The problem with the current PPS is that there are alot of Flaky traders that have NO patients whatsoever. They are used to Sketchy OTC Fluff PR's and BS pumpers feeding the beast. Here with PMPG we have a legitimate newly formed business performing their duties without the HYPE and Pomp.
Our management team will not put out any BS or Hype just because the traders would like it.
Just the Facts Ma'am is there motto. When the facts are ready to be announced .... They will be announced.
I have been investing for many, many years and I am extremely impressed with the direction we are going here. I am very optimistic to say the least. So just hang in there and we will be rewarded in the near future. GLTA
