YES. ... Smart Turtle is a PMPG project. They are funding the project with a Private Placement / Direct Public Investment . Smart investors can access this investment directly from the PMPG website..
This Is only the first project. Many more to come. The first clue is the changing of Project A and B to (Video of Upcoming Projects ) coming on their site. You will soon see the next new deal. My guess is 2 or 3 weeks out.
