Please, go to www.pinksheets.com and view, "its pink sheeted". RSMI is a pink sheeted stock, peroid. Chipwa1
This "IS" a Pink Sheeted stock. This is where all banished stocks go. Chipwa1
Lets put this in plain english. Cash on hand, (last reporting period) <$1,700.00. Less than 3 billion shares left; worth if sold, <150,000.00. How is this company going to keep its doors open????? Large debt due, or coming due, the company "MUST" pay out! Where will the money come from????? My day trading friend give me your answer. Oh, the two people left, need $40,000.00 in just salaries. They have other expenses too! Go figure! Chipwa1
I was mainly in for a short while during the early up swing; in around 0.75 to around 3.50. In-and-out here and there after that in small amounts. So, I'm a couple of cases of beer ahead. I just feel sad for those having a large loss position. Chipwa1
True confessions........I get caught up in outside appearances and tend to parrot what "seems" to be going on inside RSMI. My feelings are controlled by the obvious; (1) We are ten, or more years into this mess; (2) Salaries, products that vaporize and poor deals seem to be the legacy of this Company; (3) Convertible Debentures are not shareholder friendly; (4) Confidence of management doesn't seem to be there, i.e. salaries rather than factory orders for product build and not buying into their RSMI share wise (the Officers). What in the world would give confidence in this stock? Chipwa1
iwant1mil. Those who have lost big have no hope of gaining anything. The reason they are upset, still, are because in many cases they were told face-to-face by the principle officers of the Company of things that are real fuzzy, or very gray at best. Lies at worst. The hard pill for me to swallow is the "technical breakthrough" products; three by my count, which have faded from existence and were never shipped. All this when the best funded R&D, at large corporations come up with zip. Something is rotten in Denmark. Chipwa1
RSMI is like the birthday gift my sister-in-law gave me last year. It was a box, when I opened it, it was empty except there was another smaller box inside, and another and so on and so on, but all empty. In RSMI case you have to pay for the experience. Chipwa1
Its not easy to trade 100,000 shares at any price. At sub-penny its expensive broker fee wise. A RS split will still leave the capitalization about the same, as they sell more shares to pay for mainly salaries the share price will erode accordingly. It does buy time, but the window of opportunity doesn't remain open for a given technology for long. Good decisions by management have been scarce and the next poor decision could just be fatal. Chipwa1
Looks like the big block being traded are dwindling. Things do seem to be drying up volume wise. Now, what will happen? Trying to buy in at the very bottom, may, or may not be wise. It seems with more shares having to be sold to raise operating funds means much more dilution. Saying the PPS will go up is premature and foolish. Chipwa1
This is beginning to look a lot like Blagman's bare corporate closet, empty with the exception of a stack of share certificates. Chipwa1
Oh, did I forget something? Most of the (Assets) which are patents are pledged as collateral on due, or past due loans. The knock, knock demand could come at any time. Oh, sorry, you said those things don't impact your investment strategy, right? Chipwa1
Ya just love the wild west and you have a gut feeling, this will take off. Just look at a couple of things first: (1) the Balance Sheet; (Cash ,$1700.00 and Acid Ratio of 1:155); (2) Number of shares left to raise money and how much that can bring in to fund operations, (<$150,000.00). Add in loans due and past due. A burn rate twice what A/S left can raise in funding. Ten years of missed milestones. Good luck! Chipwa1
Its always been a matter of time. A few days of soaring glory and ten years of misery. Chipwa1
No collateral, right...well Ray and Brad could put up their homes, because they totally believe in the "Best In Class", Breakthrough Technology", right again? Chipwa1
Please provide one funding scenario!!!! No assets!!! No patents!!! No track record!!! Wishing won't get it. AND a purchase order won't get it!! Chipwa1
I feel lightheaded, because where will RSMI get the money to build anything?????? Less than 3 billion shares left at 0.005, or less, ($150,000.00), before commissions, finders fees and Warrants. Ugh, not enough CO2 getting to the brain, me thinks. Chipwa1
Better to look at the Acid Ratio, (1:155). Why would you hand over your money to someone you'll never hear from again. This gift is tax deductible, but paying for houses and golf; its better spent at home on those who love you. Chipwa1
What is wrong with me...I want "best in revenue", or better yet "best in profits". This game of all pay with no return isn't cutting it. Ask Ray and Brad how they would feel if the shoes were on the other foot. Chipwa1
If this is the price of the shares NOW. What happens when the balance of the A/S (almost 3 billion shares) reaches the market. Ouch! Chipwa1
no3putt(s)1. I confuse myself sometimes. This stock is no big deal and I put myself in the same category. The market will make the final ruling on this stock. It just would be a shame if more people get burned. Chipwa1
90 million shares might be worth $9,000.00 soon. And might have to sell them in little tiny bits, which will cost a lot in commissions. Chipwa1
I was digging around in the archives on this board back in 2006. Also, checked out Dkatz, Dsc31, Son of a Trader, Capital Gains and Ken_Chan. 427Cobra picks his fights carefully, IMHO. Chipwa1
Also seen reference on Breakout Traders to the ihub bashers hurting the stock on last months high volume day. Wheels to the nay-nay's, Capital Gains. Must agree, in the last two hours haven't found much to support my claim. Normally I try to post the http:// address with my claims. I will in the future. Thanks for the wake up call. Chipwa1
427Cobra, ihub, DayTrader's Forum and I saw Destiny1 posting on there too. there is another ihub board, which i cannot find at the moment. Now let me look here (RSMI) too! Chipwa1
For one, 427Cobra, go to www.yahoo.com (financial message board).
Chipwa1
Kind of makes my heart flutter. Just to see the worldwide headquarters of RSMI. Where the "best In Class", breakthrough technology resides. Chipwa1
On this board and many others, the bashers are blamed for all of RSMI's problems. In their perfect pumper world, the stock would still be in teens and many more thousands of shareholders would be blessed with wealth. We live in the real world of BB stocks and its a cruel, ferocious and brutal, take no prisoners and empty your pockets environment. Closing your eyes and wrapping yourself in a pure white cloak won't protect your investment. If someone worked for a company and didn't get paid they'd be up in arms much earlier in the saga of RSMI ten year plus. Who has profited, few and thousands more have lost a substantial amount of money. Chipwa1
With the patents pledged, little assets of value, besides office furniture and shares flying out the issuing office; not much left to raise money. Loans, even from principles would be iffy. I hope they made their quarterlies to the government. Time to twang your magic twanger Foggy! Chipwa1
Phil's focus is somewhere out there, I know not where? After his December 2006 letter, I just don't care where his mind is anyway. Sorry, I cannot fathom his management style. I only direct my attention to the Q's and K's. Good luck! Chipwa1
we're in blagman territory, Caveat Emptor. Chipwa1
A little more than half way through the day and we've past the 50 million shares traded mark. Chipwa1
A million shares for $600.00, a far fall from 20 shares eight years ago, this is shame. Chipwa1
Looking at a bid of 0.0005 seems a little unreal. They say 14 employess and $1,500.00 in cash. Something is going to give. Chipwa1
Where has all the magic gone? A lot of something has past under RSMI's bridge. Chipwa1
A little less than 3 billion shares would bring in less than $180,000.00; less warrants, finders fees and kick backs, ouch! Chipwa1
Your correct, my bad. It is the K and I believe it was filed late last year, sorry. Chipwa1
Don't crack open this shell, theres nothing inside, as a the assets have been pledge to cover for loans. Chipwa1
Reality Check; iwant1mil, batman mahinui. Chipwa1
Longs, all together; one, two and three average down. Chipwa1
To those that have been averaging down. Why haven't you guys waited? 300 million shares in one month into the fatting float! Dilution is upon us, almost 2.9 billion to go. Chipwa1
