Looks like the big block being traded are dwindling. Things do seem to be drying up volume wise. Now, what will happen? Trying to buy in at the very bottom, may, or may not be wise. It seems with more shares having to be sold to raise operating funds means much more dilution. Saying the PPS will go up is premature and foolish. Chipwa1
