only $115.00
who woulda thunk it, lol.
A few more trades than usual today even though the price action was nothing special nor was the volume.
Robert
Are you viewing them all alphabetically?
Robert
with guest appearances by Javeed?
seems like a fairly typical pump and dump run happened on it. A look at the one week chart shows some frontloading at .0005 and then dumping at .0015 within 3 days. Anyone who buys in now will enjoy the pleasure of watching it slip back down to .0005 inevitably.
Timing is everything with the little POS ones, gotta get in on the front end and dump ASAP into any volume or they sit in your account for ever, lol.
Robert
thankyou dspetry,
i'll try giving him a call myself this week too.
Robert
hello board
just starting to do some digging on this one, can anyone attest to the current O/S count? I think the numbers in the header must be pretty far off based on the share sales and insider compensation mentioned in the september financials.
If anyone has that info could they please send me an update. Looks like they are on the verge of being cashflow positive if they can meet current orders and generate some additonal sales.
Robert
good or bad?, lol.
it would be 'trendy' pardon the pun
Robert
Maybe just make it reversable with pumper on one side and basher on the other.
Robert
ps. how old do you have to be to like a shirt with a pocket? I think its around 60. Either way, if you got a shirt with a pocket I'm pretty sure your getting the serior's discount at walmart.
CTCK - received a fax-spam on this one this morning and did a quick search which revealed a few on this board follow it. A pretty basic fax sheet with company info, disclaimer at the bottom states that it came from 'The Penny Stock Information Sheet' who was compensated $400,000 from a thirdparty named Wolverine Investments.
If anyone who follows that stock wants a copy of it, just message me and i will forward the fax to you.
good luck with all your trading!

its a cache issue. Run a cleaner and check the setting on your Temporary internet files settings so that it is not using cached versions of visited pages. That will solve it.
Robert
90 cents to $1 trading range and 30 percent runs on each press release. Seems pretty predictable and reliable a trade. Heck if you were smart you could play both directions in the same week.
Robert
nothing happens all morning and then a bit of a flurry of trades in the afternoon. Other than a 1.5 million share trade going at .0013 there was nothing worth mentioning. Someone must really have needed the 2k bucks or else its the first indication that the next traunch of financing has taken place.
Its been a bit chilly and wet, i hope they already took their samples and have them sitting in a nice warm lab someplace.
I think were in for a quiet winter.
Robert
I believe you have the business plan correct. This is an exploration company only.
Robert
is that 'anyone here' exclusive or inclusive?
feel free to make your first contribution at any point the feeling moves you.
Robert
meet me at Fort Whoop up ad I'll trade you some mad cows for them rocks. Tomorrow night it's haunted and you can bring the kids trickatreatin.
Too bad to hear bout elmers glue coming unstuck and making you sticked with the cacti. Don't use the yellow knife to remove them little pricks and dont eat the yellow snow off of teigans butt.
TY very much.
Robert
Well I translate it into Redneck so I can understand it and this is what i got:
He likes ceasar salad with them little cratons. Theres always more cratons than you see exposed, sometimes under the lettuce.
Hes got a nice piece of wood, even though its not petrified. He got it from a canadian fella, maybe from Steve Herrero or Michelle Garneau, but either way they had a good chat and he showed of more of his rock collection.
The rocks were easy to collect cuz somebody already picked em over in the olden days.
He called Stewart Blusson, who although contrary to his name recommended looking for red and green rocks. He did.
Also, The Beers at snapper lake are underwater. Thats how we keep them cold in canada when we got no ice. Somebodys going to have to spend a lot of money there. I presume to buy more of The Beers.
I don't mind, other than it might bring more of the village idiots over here.
This board is rather civil, even with differing opinions, expectaions, and experiences. Its kinda nice like this.
Robert
It's injun. Haven't you heard enough E-bonics to recognize I-bonics. Don't discount his message for his grammar or punctuation, that truthfulaboriginal has his ear to the ground and knows the terrain.
Robert
Yes its true. Why just last night as John Daly was passing me the mashed potatoes, I looked across the table at Javeed and and he smirked and remarked, "it's all gravy". Well, Pual just about fell out of his chair laughing as we all knew what he was talking about.
Later the 4 of us retired to the lounge, where we smkoked fat cigars and swapped tales of our reckless youth and discussed which subtropical country we would like to spend Iffy's money in.
Panama, for those fo you who are interested. It's all about Panama. Ahhh, life is great.
Robert
I think Alex is more like
the invisible man. You know what i mean, just a regular dude, struggling to pay his rent, difficult to find when your looking for him.
Professional investors relations will definitely be necessary at some point in the future, if they expect to attract serious investors.
Then again, its all irrelevant until they dig up some bling
Robert
Your correct, but I'd rather have seen a release regarding having pulled a 20 carat stone from a sample, lol.
Robert
Agreed, it seems they have the cart ahead of the horse. They should be using a pick and shovel and not an airplane and magnometer.
The size of the kimberlites is pretty irrelevant if they contain no economic diamonds, so even a release staing there are 26 square miles of kimberlite 4 inches from the surface would do nothing to increase the valuation.
Somebody needs to send a sack of rock to the lab.
Robert
Well thats sort of a disappointing release in that all it says is "the iceberg may be larger than the part that sticks out of the water". It sounds as if no ground sampling has taken place or is immediately scheduled.
I assume that was only issued in an attempt to keep the antives from getting too restless and to fulfill their committment to have info out by 'end of summer'.
I fear this stock will now sleep until the spring.
Robert
I'm sure its easier to sell a million shares then it is to sell a million shirts, but he seems to be more skilled at moving the textiles then the paper, lol.
Robert
Any disclosure regarding compensation along with that release? It sounds like a paid promotion and not just a helpful group of stock pickers. I'll go dig for it later tonight.
I believe in this recent activity, the shares were bought by retail investors ike you and me, and were cross traded/covered by shares from the financier. This of course is just speculation but the data showing back to back trades within seconds of each other for identical amounts of shares (including odd lot amounts) suggests strongly to me that it is correct.
I don't believe Delta is diluting at all at the present time, however I believe they have indirectly though the financing arrangement. I would expect with no buying, no sample results, and no positive news, it would be most difficult for any large shareholder to divest shares without dropping the price even more. We'll have to wait and see if more shares flow into the market when the next traunch is announced.
Robert
Well until the time in his life that he no longer is receiving a company salary and needs to sell his personal shares, the share price is probably not an issue at all. It's like having money in a RRSP/RIF/401k, he can just let it sit there, go to work and earn his check, and then when he gets close to retirement worry about raising the share price.
Until then, it seems he hasn't much incentive to want or need the pps to be higher. Business as usual, and business is apparantly going well, so who needs to raise the stress level worrying about the publicly held portion of the company?
Eventually I think he will just start buying back shares to rid himself of all of us nuisances, lol.
Robert
My definition for it (and you can likely find a better one someplace else from someone alot smarter then me, lol)
crosstrading is an officially illegal practice or offsetting a sale or purchase of stock with another trade for the same stock, often 'off the record' or through alternate sources. (IE. another marketmaker, a standiing order, hedgefund supplier, the company themselves.)
Basically, the marketmaket gets an order for some stock XYZ which he fills at the prevailing market ASK price of $1.00, while at the same time knowing he can access/buy more of the stock from another seller for less, say $.90 The seller is most frequently the company themselves, or a marketmaker who is liquidating on behalf of the comapny themselves, or in some fictional case a shortseller or hedge fund who will sell into any volume to depress the price. (some people really believe that happens alot).
While it is an illegal practice, grey variations of it still occur and some argue over whether it is truly unethical and should be illegal. It's hard to avoid in some cases.
If I know a farmer who sells eggs for $1 a dozen, and you mention to me at work that you would sure like to buy some eggs for $1.25 then should it be illegal for me to crosstrade you eggs and make myself .25 a dozen? Similar situation with a different commodity which makes the practice sound harmless and a common economic activity outside the stock market.
Robert
ps. ( I notice i use brackets alot, lol)
Let me preface my post by saying that I do not believe in any MM conspiracy theories or that some greedy market maker thinks he is getting rich selling penny otc's or pinkies short. There are however instances of strange behavior in their trading which can indicate their 'sentiment' on a stock. In this case, I draw no immediate conclusions from it, but I am anxious to see the month end volume logs anyways.
Here's what I seen that stood out:
0.0015 250000 10/19
0.0017 250000 10/19
trades at 17 hundreths, immediately crossed and ended the day on that 15 hundredths trade
0.0016 707000 10/21
0.0015 707000 10/21
opened the market with the trade at 15 hundredths, immediately crossed at 16 hundreths??
Now here's today:
0.0016 250000 10/24
0.0015 250000 10/24
then this one
0.0016 705000 10/24
0.0015 705000 10/24
then this one
0.0015 1000000 10/24
0.0016 1000000 10/24
and another same size
0.0014 1000000 10/24
0.0015 1000000 10/24
immediately another one
0.0015 100000 10/24
0.0017 100000 10/24
Closed the day on the 15 hundredths trade.
Very strange trading day indeed, and even if any of these happen to be double prints, the fact that there appear to be 5 in one day is in itslef peculiar. For a stock with typically no volume, no market following, and a no-news day, it is just unusual. Of course everyone here knows where i think the shares come from, so I'll spare you all my opinion.
Diamonds or rust?
Robert
On the brightside,
at least Matin is bold enough to go on record and state "this is the share count" "this is the projected net".
For a long time shareholders were distressed that this information was unavailable or hard to get, so I see this as somewhat forward progress in his attempt to communicate to the market.
I think virtually everyone has given up on the prospects of an audit and this stock is going to be damned to the pinks forever.
Hardly makes for good trading opportunities,
Robert
Analysis of the volume/trading logs reveals that some of the volume displayed represents cross trading (approximately 2 million shares today, but there was also some friday). Just thought those of you without that kind of info might find it interesting.
Robert
I wanted one of those, but when I asked my girlfriend for a Treo all i got was a wild night with her and her twin sister. I guess she misunderstood what i meant.
Maybe i'll just tell her i want one of them 'hand held' thingy's that i can play with on the morning commute. Surely then she will know what I need.
Robert
Hapslap's dog ate it, remember.
On the brightside, anyone who traded the momo on that last spike could have easily banked a quick buck. 30percent spikes 3 or 4 times a year make some people very happy.
Robert
Some fairly specific numbers there.
Robert
Either that or they got a box of rocks.
Robert
lol, thats a good post.
I've spoken to Helen at First Global several times regarding different stocks over the years, and I did do a bit of diging to arrive at my calculations.
My number, which many of you think is higher then actual, is my estimation of the share count fully diluted (including all exercised options, warrants, and CDs). I still believe it is right on the mark.
Either way, it is only relevant if they find diamonds. If they find nothing then the number of shares are irrelevant.
Sampling results must be imminent.
