I think for most regulars on this board its safe to say we are holding long and strong...
We need buying pressure to break through resistance at .10

Dr. Ben needs to publicly address shareholders on this subject.
I still dont understand how you "know" this as fact.
But, at this point there is enough people believing your claims, regardless if it is true or not, it needs to be addressed to allow us to move forward.
I expected the volume to be significantly higher than where it ended up today with the MS news.
I suspect some potential investors are holding off buying out of the fear created on this board. Every day we continue to hear; "the note, toxic, selling". How can than NOT discourage people?
How to you expect the price to break out if potential new buyers are afraid to jump in?
lol, I like the sound of that.
Unfortunately, I am going to be unavailabe most of the time during trading hours so your board activity will be appreciated.
Consider yourself added as the newest assistant MOD of this board. If you would rather not, let me know and I will remove you.
GO HTRE!!!
Agreed! Still under the radar...We need volume!!
SWEET NEWS!
As SSC mentioned, it appears some idiot sold with a market order. A buy or sell will skip outside the bid/ask when you use a market order. The MM will manipulate the price and screw you every time. Never sell or buy with a market order unless you are desperate to enter or exit, the MMs will always hike the price on a buy and/or drop the price on a sell and pocket the difference.
My first ever penny stock trade (many years ago), I entered a market order to buy a stock that was trading at .02 and I got filled at .059! I learned the hard way!
Only use a market order when you absolutely have to get in or out quickly and expect that you will be taking a hit.
OT: Here is some more reading for you SSC.
A company may opt to conduct a note financing for a variety of reasons. It may be close to developing a new product or completing a regulatory or other key milestone that will help justify an increased valuation. The company may need funds quickly, and note financings can often be closed sooner than equity financings because they generally involve fewer documents and a more limited due diligence process, and do not require the negotiation of a valuation of the company or, in most circumstances, approval of existing stockholders. Finally, a company may opt to conduct a note financing because it has not been able to line up enough funding sources to make worthwhile the time and expense of conducting a preferred stock financing.
The terms of note financings can vary widely from deal to deal, and are much less standard than a traditional venture capital equity financing. Moreover, note investors have become more sophisticated, creative, and aggressive in negotiating terms, so companies can expect note financings in the coming years to become more complex and potentially less favorable to issuers. Nevertheless, some terms are typical in most note financings.
Investors generally demand more than simple interest to compensate for the risk of pre-investing in a qualifying financing, the specific pricing and terms of which are unknown to them and to the company at the time of the note financing. This extra compensation usually takes the form of either a discounted conversion price or warrant coverage, rarely both.
In the case of a discounted conversion price, the notes convert at a discount from the price paid by the other investors in the qualifying financing. This discount may range from 10% if the qualifying financing is expected soon to as much as 40% or more if the qualifying financing is more uncertain.
It one last attempt to put this to rest, I will hold your hand and give you some examples. Somehow, I doubt you will keep your word as you dont appear to have anything else to bring to this board.
Anyway...here are two examples...
1. Bioject Medical Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ:BJCT), a leading developer of needle-free injection therapy systems, today announced that holders of $615,000 of notes issued by the Company in November 2007 elected to convert their notes into Series F Convertible Preferred Stock at a significant price premium. The Company entered into a purchase agreement with these note holders pursuant to which it issued an aggregate of 8,314 shares of Series F Convertible Preferred Stock at $75.00 a share, with each preferred share convertible into 100 shares of common stock at $0.75 per share. Gross proceeds from the sale were $623,550, paid by cancellation of the outstanding principal amount of, and accrued interest on, the promissory notes. This is well over a 70% price premium to the market price on January 22, 2008. The converting note holders included two members of the Board, the President and Chief Executive Officer, who is also a board member, and two executive officers.
2. GRSR.PK ...An agreement was entered into between Peter Klamka (a Company Officer) and the Dutch Entity, which effectively transferred the title to a note held by Mr. Klamka to the Dutch Entity and the Dutch Entity agreed to make certain specified payments to Mr. Klamka at certain specified times. The transferred note of $466,665 was bearing 21% interest per annum and was convertible into common stock at $0.02 per share.

This is the last time I am going to respond to your repetitive and pretentious rantings about the note from over 5 months ago. I am not going to further perpetuate your negativity at a time when things are looking brighter for H3 than ever.
First of all, let me be clear, I understand perfectly how the note works, and I did not say "the company would be getting money if/when Chutjian converts".
I said "Maybe money raised from converting the note would be reinvested back into H3"
What that means is; members of the BOD (who have put in at least $750000 of their own cash into the company), If they convert the note for shares, perhaps they might sell some of those shares and reinvest that additional money back into the company. This is just speculation, but so is your whole Keith is holding the company down theory. Maybe it is you who doesnt understand how the note works.
You do NOT KNOW that Keith is selling shares and holding the stock down. This is only your opinion.
Stop talking like you Know everything and trying to scare away new investors.
You say your "very positive on the company"? lol, go back and reread your own posts. Everyone knows your opinion on the note. You have made that very clear over and over and over and over again. What are you trying to accomplish now? Discourage new investors from buying in? Drive the price down so you can average down? Continually posting your disgust with the note on this board again and again is not going to change anything.
We are all well aware of the terms of the note. We have read the filings. We read them over 5 months ago when they came out. Thanks for trying to Save us all, but Attacking other posters for getting excited and being positive is leading me to believe you have an alterier motive.
The rest of us chose to focus on the good news; the opening of the second HHSS is right around the corner, Dr. Ben still on board, potential MS news....
Things are looking up for HTRE and shareholders.
Isnt that the pot calling the kettle black?
Look who has two opinions now...

Holding some SCA into earnings report at 4pm today...
Risky, borderline just plain stupid, but the poker player in me is feeling up for a little gamble here...
lol
Just to clarify
I am not 'defending' the note...
I am voicing my opinions on the note...
1.Its not illegal.
2.It could be worse.
3.We dont know if or when he plans to convert.
4.It shouldnt be the focus of this board at a time when the company is trying to move forward.
5.The constant negativity is not helping your investment.
6.With buying pressure the stock can move up regardless of the note.
7.Maybe money raised from converting the note would be reinvested back into H3
I also think.... your statements that; its illegal, the BOD is holding the stock down, Keith is ripping investors off... are merely your OPINIONs and should not be stated as facts.
SSC, you could be right. But what if, your not?
What have you accomplished?
What a disaster this board has become.
Ok, since I have been asked a couple times for my thoughts, here they are....
If you looked closely at Monday's action, you would have seen that the day started with heavy buying and the price went up, then after the call it trickled right back down from .085 to .075 on only about 100K in volume ALL afternoon.
Buying pressure moves the stock.
A million shares before noon in anticipation of the conf call and it spiked nicely. Sure, the Miami news was good, but nothing new except for a launch date. It was Not the "dynamic" MS news that many were looking for.
Thus, the immediate dry up in volume following the call.
A little over 100K all afternoon after the call and less than 400K in the two days since the call.
I think alot of people were expecting and hoping for MS news and when it didnt come, the buying stopped. Like i have said before, if millions of shares were being traded and the price going down, then I would be concerned. We just arent seeing that. We see the price increase on big volume and decrease on low volume, IMO, that is not that unusual.
Clearly, the stock needs significant buying pressure to move up. 500K in volume since the call ended is not significant. Obviously, not enough volume to hold the share price up.
At the same time, to say one guy is holding the stock down, particularly on this most recent little spike in price, just doesnt make much sense to me.
It appears to me, that there are just NO BIG BUYERS since the call. Hello?!!!!
If there is no significant buying, then anyone who wants to sell is gonna bring the price down. No buying pressure means you have to sell at the bid and the stock moves down on low volume. Its makes sense, its how most pink sheets stocks trade.
Regarding "the note". I have to agree with most of flsun's post. Its a necessary evil to raise capital to build a business on the pinks. We dont know if or when he will convert. And It is not illegal.
Also, just to further clarify, it really make NO SENSE for Keith to dump shares down here under a dime. According to the terms of the note, Keith can convert at 1/2 the current price or 5 cents, which ever is lower. Then wouldn't it make more sense for him to wait until the share price is well over .10 and then convert at .05? This way he could get a much greater than 50% return? Regardless of his motives, It just doesn't make any sense for him to convert under a dime and hold the stock down, when he would benefit even more if the price goes much higher.
I am not going to come on this board and say Keith is or isnt selling shares.
Why, because We DONT KNOW for certain. Some people post on here like they Know, when in fact, it is only their Opinion.
As far as an "action group". I think it hilarious, this is a pink sheet stock, not Yahoo.
If Dr. Ben wants shareholders to take action, he will hold a shareholder meeting in June, like he mentioned on an earlier call. If you think you can band together shareholders to oust people from the BOD, then you are dilusional. Even if by some remote chance, you could boot Keith off the BOD with an "action group", then what? Who is going to put up the cash to keep this company moving forward? Seriously...
If Ben holds a shareholder meeting and asks us to review the BOD and their actions, I just might be the first in line. But I am not about to give out my personal info to some dude on a message board who thinks he can takeover a penny stock. Its all just more immediate negativity surrounding my investment at a time when things should be positive and exciting. No thanks.
You want to form a group that makes a difference so you can see a nice return on your investment?
Then why not band together to spread awareness about H3 and the Hip Hop Soda Shop? Then see what can happen...
Penny stock moves up as it gains momentum.
Interest, awareness, buyers...
This happens when people post on message boards and chat rooms and other stock trading websites. This is how most people find stocks to play. IMO, the biggest problem here is 'most people' dont even know HTRE exists. Its one of literally thousands of stocks on the pinks. Look at the ihub home page and look at the Top 20 active forums. Most of those stockboards have 200+ boardmarks, and are mentioned on multiple boards many times a day. They may have more shares outstanding, less information available on pinksheets, no revenues and some also have convertible notes. But they are getting noticed and trading millions of shares daily.
This board has 44 boardmarks, current info on pinksheets, a real business open and another on the way. It needs investors to spread the word, it needs a strong market awareness campaign. What it doesnt need is; a handful of negative people constantly beating the stock down....right when its at a critical stage of development.
Where do people go to get information on penny stock?
They read company websites, PRs, filings, and they read message boards (like this one).
The constant negativity on this board is only hurting YOUR investment.
Anyone who thinks otherwise, is ignorant.
As usual, this is all just my opinion....
You are correct...
(I incorrectly used Authorized instead of Outstanding).
It should be 187,986,993 as of Dec 31, 2007
187,986,993 X .07 = 13Million
What are you talking about?
Market cap is determined by taking the share price times the number of shares outstanding.
So 250M X .07 = 17.5Million Market Cap
"Note that market capitalization is a market estimate of a company's value, based on perceived future prospects, economic and monetary conditions, and therefore largely independent of a company's history. Stock prices can also be moved by speculation about changes in expectations about profits or about mergers and acquisitions."
Why do you say it is 12 million and "the stock should be cheaper?"
Last week, your encouraging buying and upward movement, now today, you think the price should be "cheaper"?
Bizarre...
Nice drop on Q, did you short it?
LLC, yes, I agree it is a bearish dark cloud cover but still needs confirmation. Full Sto is ugly (overbought).
Then again, it had a similar formation on April 1st/2nd and it followed with 4 green days in a row.
If RSI can bounce off the 50 and DI+ can come up above the ADX, it could break through the MA50 and retest $10.
A dip in Oil and merger speculation could help lift it up.
Translation...I have no fkn idea whats gonna happen!
lol
Good Luck!
All out of BKHM just before the close.
(probably be more upside left here, but cant get too greedy)
Have a great weekend. Its BEER O'clock!!!!
Nice one...
I think its a safe bet that Dr. Ben would not be announcing a departure as "dynamic" news.
My guess is details on the Miami HHSS and/or MS deal.
lol, I hear ya!
I'm just focusing on the Good News coming on Monday!
(Perhaps the persistant whining will taper off after that)
He doesnt get it
There are alot of people here that are heavily invested and are excited to see some volume and upward movement. We are all looking forward to positive news on Monday and its great to see the stock getting noticed and gaining some momentum.
(Thats what makes the price go up)
The stock goes up and your not happy
The stock goes down and your not happy
You seem to be consumed with negativity.
Why take a cheap shot at grump and call him a pumper?
Why fling crap all over the board of a stock you hold?
I just dont understand the logic.
Shaking my head...
lol, awesome....um except he is wiping his a$$ with our money!
BKHM, HTRE !!!
Easy $ IMO
I do live in Canada, but I dont have anything to do with the "north of the border HTRE press release".
However, I will definitely be able to provide the Canadian 'scoop' when things start rolling up here.
BKHM (1.80)
Closed above the MA100 (1.77)
Closed at .0785 (Up 48.11%)!!!!
Amazing what can happen with a little positive sentiment surrounding the stock....
Looks to be gaining some momentum...
