Just to clarify

I am not 'defending' the note...

I am voicing my opinions on the note...

1.Its not illegal.
2.It could be worse.
3.We dont know if or when he plans to convert.
4.It shouldnt be the focus of this board at a time when the company is trying to move forward.
5.The constant negativity is not helping your investment.
6.With buying pressure the stock can move up regardless of the note.
7.Maybe money raised from converting the note would be reinvested back into H3


I also think.... your statements that; its illegal, the BOD is holding the stock down, Keith is ripping investors off... are merely your OPINIONs and should not be stated as facts.

SSC, you could be right. But what if, your not?
