What a disaster this board has become.

Ok, since I have been asked a couple times for my thoughts, here they are....

If you looked closely at Monday's action, you would have seen that the day started with heavy buying and the price went up, then after the call it trickled right back down from .085 to .075 on only about 100K in volume ALL afternoon.
Buying pressure moves the stock.
A million shares before noon in anticipation of the conf call and it spiked nicely. Sure, the Miami news was good, but nothing new except for a launch date. It was Not the "dynamic" MS news that many were looking for.
Thus, the immediate dry up in volume following the call.

A little over 100K all afternoon after the call and less than 400K in the two days since the call.
I think alot of people were expecting and hoping for MS news and when it didnt come, the buying stopped. Like i have said before, if millions of shares were being traded and the price going down, then I would be concerned. We just arent seeing that. We see the price increase on big volume and decrease on low volume, IMO, that is not that unusual.

Clearly, the stock needs significant buying pressure to move up. 500K in volume since the call ended is not significant. Obviously, not enough volume to hold the share price up.

At the same time, to say one guy is holding the stock down, particularly on this most recent little spike in price, just doesnt make much sense to me.
It appears to me, that there are just NO BIG BUYERS since the call. Hello?!!!!
If there is no significant buying, then anyone who wants to sell is gonna bring the price down. No buying pressure means you have to sell at the bid and the stock moves down on low volume. Its makes sense, its how most pink sheets stocks trade.

Regarding "the note". I have to agree with most of flsun's post. Its a necessary evil to raise capital to build a business on the pinks. We dont know if or when he will convert. And It is not illegal.
Also, just to further clarify, it really make NO SENSE for Keith to dump shares down here under a dime. According to the terms of the note, Keith can convert at 1/2 the current price or 5 cents, which ever is lower. Then wouldn't it make more sense for him to wait until the share price is well over .10 and then convert at .05? This way he could get a much greater than 50% return? Regardless of his motives, It just doesn't make any sense for him to convert under a dime and hold the stock down, when he would benefit even more if the price goes much higher.

I am not going to come on this board and say Keith is or isnt selling shares.
Why, because We DONT KNOW for certain. Some people post on here like they Know, when in fact, it is only their Opinion.

As far as an "action group". I think it hilarious, this is a pink sheet stock, not Yahoo.
If Dr. Ben wants shareholders to take action, he will hold a shareholder meeting in June, like he mentioned on an earlier call. If you think you can band together shareholders to oust people from the BOD, then you are dilusional. Even if by some remote chance, you could boot Keith off the BOD with an "action group", then what? Who is going to put up the cash to keep this company moving forward? Seriously...
If Ben holds a shareholder meeting and asks us to review the BOD and their actions, I just might be the first in line. But I am not about to give out my personal info to some dude on a message board who thinks he can takeover a penny stock. Its all just more immediate negativity surrounding my investment at a time when things should be positive and exciting. No thanks.
You want to form a group that makes a difference so you can see a nice return on your investment?
Then why not band together to spread awareness about H3 and the Hip Hop Soda Shop? Then see what can happen...

Penny stock moves up as it gains momentum.
Interest, awareness, buyers...
This happens when people post on message boards and chat rooms and other stock trading websites. This is how most people find stocks to play. IMO, the biggest problem here is 'most people' dont even know HTRE exists. Its one of literally thousands of stocks on the pinks. Look at the ihub home page and look at the Top 20 active forums. Most of those stockboards have 200+ boardmarks, and are mentioned on multiple boards many times a day. They may have more shares outstanding, less information available on pinksheets, no revenues and some also have convertible notes. But they are getting noticed and trading millions of shares daily.
This board has 44 boardmarks, current info on pinksheets, a real business open and another on the way. It needs investors to spread the word, it needs a strong market awareness campaign. What it doesnt need is; a handful of negative people constantly beating the stock down....right when its at a critical stage of development.

Where do people go to get information on penny stock?
They read company websites, PRs, filings, and they read message boards (like this one).
The constant negativity on this board is only hurting YOUR investment.
Anyone who thinks otherwise, is ignorant.

As usual, this is all just my opinion....

Just my opinion...
