That site looks like Death Valley
I see they have brought in a new canister of CO2....could be getting ready to inoculate.
Thxs, would you think that this would require an 8K submitted to SEC?
There has been posts that indicate DF has bought back Dennis Shens preferred stock. Was that in a PR or did a poster make the statement. Could someone provide the post number that made this statement.
I can't figure out what the strange looking object is, on the 5th tube, which seems to be moving back and forth very slightly. It doesn't appear to be the pig, due to its shape.
Looks like a new pig catcher and have added more tubes (26)
PR stated that they have redesigned the pig CATCHER, not the pig. Which probably means that the units at both ends of the tubing have been replaced, calling for re-sterilization. For those who don't know, the pig catcher is used to retain the pig at both ends. Once the pig reaches that end point a signal is sent to reverse the fluid flow and send the pig back to the other end. I would assume that when the pig hits the catcher there is a back pressure created of some sort. This could possible cause the leak, if there was one. Just my speculations.
I certainly know how to push your button.
IMO....for the stock to rebound the company needs to:
1. Bring the audits to date
2. Show results based on the latest PR
3. Develop revenues
Very simple, but is it realistic. Time will tell.
IMO.....the SA location was a last ditch effort to locate and finish the final prototype PBR. Since BEHL was evicted from San Juan Cap and the Huntington Beach location was a flop, they had to relocate ASAP. SA started out to research and develop a commercial modular unit (6000 ft2). They are still in a development stage, since their recent PR stated they were perfecting components (plastic return, tubing). Until they can show algae production in the SA unit, based on their specifications of need production, I would suspect that they will not be able to use this unit to inoculate sufficient quantity of omega 3 algae strain for the future commercial farms. Their whole financial future is predicated on showing green on the cam. We wait and watch (when the cam is on).
I certainly don't need to waste my time with you. If KEPID is an example of a scam then so is BEHL and ENTEK.
Thank you for the effort. Do you have any comments or perspective relative to the recent PR's, assuming what has been stated becomes reality.
How long has this so called scam existed and do you know of any action the SEC has taken?
C_H it's my understanding that the only money the company receives is from a investor that tenders funds directly into the company for restricted stock. When stock is purchased on the open market the company doesn't receive any value from such transactions. Unless, you actually invested directly and the company received your funding then your lost was just a bad stock market decision. If your right that the company is a scam then it's a mute discussion as to how you lost the funds.
Since this company is a public entity and are making public statements that certainly incite the public to invest, and you have publicly stated that the company is lying, then I would expect you to report these scams to the proper government agency. Perhaps you have.
I've not been on the chat board very long and I do have interest in were this company is headed. Previous PR stated that they plan on putting up a 10 megawatt/hr plant. Doing the math, with a price of 0.063 per kilowatt/hr, the company appears to have some value.
Reviewing the negative comments you have offered I'm not sure what your motive is. Considering the lack of participation by others, it seems like you have an agenda, no matter what, to total scuttle this company. I see you have the same motive relative ENTK. So be it!
WARWICK, RI--(Marketwire - 05/12/10) - Clean Energy and Power, Inc. (Pinksheets:KEPID - News) (www.cleanenergyandpower.com) today announced that it has completed registration of its subsidiary, Clean Energy and Power s.r.o., in the Czech Republic. By establishing this subsidiary, the Company can now move forward with acquiring Power Purchase Agreements that have been issued in the Czech Republic for solar projects that remain undeveloped due to lack of funding. With rates of $0.63 US per kWh guaranteed for 20 years by Czech Republic and European Union, these opportunities provide higher revenue than found in many other locations.
"I am very excited to have completed the registration of our subsidiary, and securing the right projects and local management," said Dennis Shen, President of Clean Energy and Power, Inc., who has just returned from a trip to Czech Republic where he spent a week completing the legal process of registration and selection of the first development project.
Simultaneously, the Company announced it is in the final stage of acquiring a small "development" solar project to be located on the roof of a commercial building in South Bohemia. "We want to complete the first development project as soon as possible," said Erwin Vahlsing, Jr., CEO of the company. "This project provides an opportunity to put in place and test all of the processes and procedures we will utilize on larger future projects."
WARWICK, RI--(Marketwire - 04/29/10) - Clean Energy and Power, Inc. (Pinksheets:KEPID - News) www.cleanenergyandpower.com today announced that its President, Dennis Shen, is in the Czech Republic visiting selected sites for the Company's solar project deployments. Mr. Shen will also finalize business terms so that installation can commence.
"The rate guarantees of the Czech government and their continued focus on development of solar projects within the country provide a number of potentially profitable opportunities for development," stated Mr. Shen. In addition, Mr. Shen is visiting the banks that have committed funding, backed by the Czech Republic, to the Company's projects.
During his visit, Mr. Shen will also meet with the suppliers and service providers that will be instrumental in the deployments and the ongoing maintenance of the selected sites.
Additional information on the various guarantee programs set up by the EU and the Czech Republic and their applications can be found at:

Over the next few weeks additional information on the development of the Company's projects will be communicated to our shareholders and the market.
Just a thought.....basing on the pod concept, the following calculations could explain the reduction in the number of runs in Santa Ana PBR. Original runs 26 reduced to 24 or an approximate reduction of 9% or 0.91 X 6000 ft2 equaling approx. 5400 ft2. Therefore, 43,560 ft2 / 5400 ft2 = 8 pods.
IMO....the conditions need to be identical to achieve identical growth results (temperature, sunlight, water etc.). But it does give them a reasonable simulation. Your pod concept is reasonable, but each pod would need to have separate pump, value components. Base on 1 acre there would be 7 pods (43,560 ft2 / 6,000 ft2 = 7.26) This might be way the price of 1 modular goes to $200,000 from $86,000. Open for other opinions.
Isn't that, what all of us are waiting for. PR's are the proper communication to all stack holders.
I found it on Yahoo financial.
NEWS
SANTA ANA, CA--(Marketwire - 05/06/10) - BioCentric Energy Holdings, Inc. (Pinksheets:BEHL - News) is pleased to announce that deposits were received and contracts were finalized last week for the first phase of deployment of the Company's PBR (commercial closed-loop photobioreactor) systems. The meeting with the site surveyors and grading engineers on the Southern California property took place last Wednesday and the Company is actively moving forward with the land preparation. Furthermore, the proprietary PLCs and necessary equipment to control the PBRs have been ordered and the assembly will commence as early as next week.
In support of the first commercial PBRs, there are several other steps now taking place at the BioCentric Energy headquarters in Santa Ana, California. These steps include the completion of the Company's improved Wall Reactor that will provide large and continuous volumes of inoculums for the PBRs. BioCentric Energy's harvesting equipment is being optimized for scale-up and large quantities of algae. The Company's demo unit (in Santa Ana) has been modified to purposefully mirror the expected conditions at the first commercial site.
BioCentric Energy received three signed VAR (value added reseller) agreements in the past week representing clients from a wide range of industries. These potentially large clients are seeking the Company's commercial PBRs to monetize CO2 emissions, utilize idle land not suitable for traditional farming and organic sources of nutritional products.
Last Thursday Dr. Brian Goodall (CEO) presented at the National Algae Association meeting in Houston, Texas. The presentation was well received, resulting in significant interest and follow-up discussions from many participants (approximately 140 attendees in total). BioCentric Energy was honored (together with two other algae companies) with an "Algaepreneur" award in recognition of the company's pioneering contributions in the commercialization of the emerging algae business. Dr. Goodall will be sharing a detailed report on the presentation, and related topics with our shareholders in the next few days.
Sir, when a stockholder states that he was provide confidential information and is held to not releasing it, then I consider that inside information. Yes, anyone can visit the company and I would expect that confidential information would not be available to just anyone showing up. You can spin this anyway you want, but a public company and it's management must provide all pertinent information to all stockholder and the public or establish that information as confidential and only for the eyes of insiders.
Can someone explain or clarify how it's possible that a stockholder(not an employee of BEHL) is provided confidential information on a company that is public. Doesn't this situation give 'Gofertrder' inside information giving him advantage over other stockholders or wannabes. I believe this is a violation of SEC rules or I'm I wrong.
I believe they do need to file, but will it show up under BEHL edgar listing. When I had to file for a restricted stock I don't believe it showed up under the company reporting list.
This message should be address to those who keep bring up the
Shen matter. I was just standing up someone with out a voice. I'm done with it.
All I'm saying is that when you hear one side of the story, I always have reservations as to the truth of the matter. It's unfortunate that Mr. Shen didn't have the opportunity to express his side of what took place. It's so easy to place blame and shift responsibility if you have the bully pulpit. What kind of CEO sees it necessary to justify his position by blaming someone else who's not in a position to express how he sees it. Again, until we have both sides I personally will not dump on the unheard.
As I said, everything that has come out of the company, either conference calls or PR was generated by guess who. Relative to Dennis Shen its been one side of the story.
And how do you know he didn't hold up his part. All you know is what DF has professed. Unfortunately, we'll never hear the other side of the story. You really don't know what happen, it's all hear say.
Exactly, those of us that have experience and realize that there is always someone spinning their side and hearing one side of a story, understand that there is alway another side. Every one is so tired to DF that they take his word as gospel. It so easy to blame some one else to verify their position, especially when they are responsible. I always step back when the blame is hand off and wonder what is the other side of the story.
So it's your opinion that the system will have the pumping system providing a constant pressure while they replace the bad tube. Please explain how that would take place.
No one is addressing the contamination once a tube is breached. When talking about an algae strain producing omega 3 for human consumption, contamination is a big concern.
I would have to assume that once there's a breach in the system it becomes contaminated and they will have to re-sterilize. That's the big advantage of a closed loop system.
How about naming it after the sarcastic pig who maligned Monique. Perhaps he should be stuck in the PBR and pushed around the tubes to intake some of the omega 3 and develop brain cells.
Good question for the tech experts
great observation
Looks like the pig is stuck
My calculations show the pig traveling approx. 27ft/min or 3 hrs to make the full trip. Just a guess on the total feet.
The best I can tell, it looks like it will be coming down the last leg, which should show it reversing.
Here comes the pig. 1st double tubing from the right of picture.
