Sir, when a stockholder states that he was provide confidential information and is held to not releasing it, then I consider that inside information. Yes, anyone can visit the company and I would expect that confidential information would not be available to just anyone showing up. You can spin this anyway you want, but a public company and it's management must provide all pertinent information to all stockholder and the public or establish that information as confidential and only for the eyes of insiders.
