IMO.....the SA location was a last ditch effort to locate and finish the final prototype PBR. Since BEHL was evicted from San Juan Cap and the Huntington Beach location was a flop, they had to relocate ASAP. SA started out to research and develop a commercial modular unit (6000 ft2). They are still in a development stage, since their recent PR stated they were perfecting components (plastic return, tubing). Until they can show algae production in the SA unit, based on their specifications of need production, I would suspect that they will not be able to use this unit to inoculate sufficient quantity of omega 3 algae strain for the future commercial farms. Their whole financial future is predicated on showing green on the cam. We wait and watch (when the cam is on).
