IMO....the conditions need to be identical to achieve identical growth results (temperature, sunlight, water etc.). But it does give them a reasonable simulation. Your pod concept is reasonable, but each pod would need to have separate pump, value components. Base on 1 acre there would be 7 pods (43,560 ft2 / 6,000 ft2 = 7.26) This might be way the price of 1 modular goes to $200,000 from $86,000. Open for other opinions.
