FREE? Have to like the symbol but I never have much success with cute symbols. Do you like it here?
On the other hand IVFH is $1 this AM.
There is a difference between those that smoke but worry about it and those that don't. forget the ones that don't. Same difference between alcoholics and drunks.
You won't win them all. Its why we called AA not DA.
I didn't understand the change in contractors was because the failure to address "fire safety" issues. Then the expectation of Fire Marshall approval by end of Sept after he return from vacation.
I would think fire safety issues would have been a top priority originally. Excuse my confusion.
GLTA.
I hope you make a bundle with CBYI and I hope to also. I was involved with tire business years ago and it could stand some disruptive tech to shake things up.
The way they market hot cars today speeding through empty city streets at 100 mph when we all know its more like 10 mph after rush hours. A premium "race track" tire would be a irresistible option IMO
Me too. Trying to figure how many years ago I was holding a few when it crashed after the pizza fiasco from the .20s area down to .005 or lower eventually. 10 year chart shows old highs in 2004 around .50 adjusted for that split.
Its been a long term painful experience for most of us but think how Sam must have felt having to put money into it to make his payroll. Lot of guts there and many whiz kids today would have walked away screwed the investors and and sued somebody.
So everyone here owes Sam big time especially those who spent so much time criticizing him.
Best days ahead IMO.
Its true and I am guilty also. I like action and that's the problem. This has become more of an entertainment exercise than smart-stick-to-your-guns investing.
This alphabet-soup-roulette is fun when you're winning which usually ain't very long. Holding winners in silence becomes lonely while holding losers you have so many more friends.
ZENYF joins my list of mistakes "Unaccountable"
I didn't know you have been following ZENYF. .29 to $4 in last 12 months.. it could stand a little bad-mouthing. I owned it last summer for awhile but there was nothing on IHUB but dead silence.
That kind of figures.
IVFH .91 still offers good value:
MKT cap $6 mil
OS 6.4 mil
Rev: $11 mil (first 6 months of 2013
>>Straight from their corporate website: “Food Innovations is a Chef-driven, Chef-operated company dedicated to assisting culinary creativity by supplying the best specialty perishables and non perishables available in the world.” When you put people in charge of a business who have been on the other side of the table in their previous ventures, what you usually come up with is perfection.
During the course of 2012, Innovative Food Holdings found a way to beat the recession and virtually destroyed their 2011 numbers. During the year ended December 31, 2012, sales increased by $7,057,674, or approximately 61%, to $18,610,487 versus $11,552,813 for the 12 months ended December 31, 2011. A major portion of the increase, $3,406,391, or 29.5% f the increase in sales, came due to the company’s acquisition of Artisan. The rest was due to a significant increase in sales of specialty items, and smaller increases in meat and game and cheese products.
While that’s is all fine and dandy, 2013 is on pace to beat those numbers by about $4,000,000.
For the 3 and 6 months ended June 30, 2013, sales for Innovative Food Holdings reported sales of $5,518,949 and $11,126,270, respectively, as compared to $4,352,871 and $7,638,178 for the same respective periods in 2012. At the same time, total operating expenses have barely budged increasing to $1,208,343 for the 3 months ended versus $1,122,172 for the same period last year, and $2,408,957 for the 6 months ended versus $1,781,809 for he same period last year.
An increase in half year revenues of roughly $3.5 million with an increase in total operating costs of just about $620,000 is pretty indicative of a Company who has their ship together.

IVFH .81 up another .19 this morning. PE soars to 4. The CEO has been now developed a relationship with commercial bank whereas before it was all toxic type financing.
RENU .004 in the waste energy bis had big news considering their micro-mkt cap;
http://www.marketwatch.com/story/renuen-corp-announces-cng-gas-purchase-agreement-2013-09-03
Very nice writeup. Thanks for posting it.
Not to rain down on your negativity but show me where I said a PE of 2.5 was reasonable.
Sam has produced record quarters for several years now since he inherited this company from the Pizza disaster. So blame him for that. If investors ignore these results its not his fault.
We may still be suffering from the "one customer" label that becomes less true with each acquisition. That's where the IR should focus but I agree there hasn't been activity there.
Waiting til Friday after the close? Maybe he doesn't want to stampede all 3 of us that read this board.
IVFH .42/45 reported another record quarter. PE = 2.5 ?

Been holding this one forever it seems.
Ref:VRNG August 3.50 calls, interesting 12,000 open interest there and 50,000 open interest in you add in the Sept positions $4 and under. That's 5 million shares and most likely the majority owned by shorts as hedges.
Sellers on the other hand must be rolling in the dough if they have been doing this since last summer. Buyers had to be pretty nimble to cash out. Its been my experience that this stock has been a miserable option play for longs and it appears to be easily manipulated.
Amazing the timing of the 8/17 court deadline coincide nicely with expirations. Just a coincidence I am sure.
CTEI, We need a Big ticket sale of one of their state of the art devices to a blue chip client to start a stampede here but 45% top line growth should attract some attention also.
Thanks again JJ, Just 7 Weeks?
Not that familiar with this litigation and no plans to get more familiar. Grass is growing, fish are jumping and paint is peeling.
Good Luck .
Thanks, But He is asking the ajudged defendant to provide HIM with a real number so He can compute their real damages. After they have drug this out and wasted 9 months of his time and ours. They had 9 months they don't need 15 more days. Unreal!
That's pure politics it seems to me.
Is there any reason why VRNG couldn't submit their damage estimates today and let Goggle have 5 days to respond. Or would that be impolite?
Nine months after the jury's decision HE is asking Google to tell him the revenue VRNG's patents produced? Then VRNG gets to make their estimate, then Google gets to argue about it, then VRNG gets to counter argue.
After all this time, expert witnesses, Quarterly filings, motions, counter-motions we are now asking for estimates from the culprit.
Is this down to grade school teacher settling playground dispute?
Ridiculous IMO.
Supreme Court's scorecard on rulings in favor of big business over the past decade has zoomed from about 50% to about 75% for big business according to commentator recently on MSNBC morning show; still I don't think its possible for Google to bribe their way out of this.
They have however delayed it to the point it won't make much of a splash when they settle. No doubt they will make it sound like an act of charity and make Uncle Sam pay half.
If this federal judge is incapable of rendering a decision in a meaningful time frame... which is long past IMO... is there any supervision of federal judges... have they no boss?
Disagree about RS, it won't improve the spread just the opposite, ie 1/2 might get the asked up to .01 but bet the bid would be .005 and who wants to but and lose 50% by clicking a mouse?
News of steady progress and minimizing dilution will win and hold higher prices in the future.
I have not seen many r/s splits work and the few exceptions were good managements with great products.
Just added shares a few times and it looks like things are working out for them.
GLTA.
RENU looking good! Nice blocs being bought. Wonder what the price would be if we had 15 million on the buy side.
Have enjoyed your patience.
TRTC has an interesting chart and business.
http://www.americanbulls.com/SignalPage.aspx?lang=en&Ticker=TRTC
PWE $11, yesterday traded 5000+ June 11 calls and many in distant months also. TO rumours, new CEO (Marathon oil), reduced dividend from $1 to .60 US.
Was considered the largest land holding Canadian NG trust once; sold over $40 awhile, dirt cheap at $10/11 with options.
sold my shares $18 (for loss)not that long ago. Could be interesting play long or short term.
IMO I would not want to the the politician taking the stand that FNMA screwed up the housing market by being too liberal.. when the US Gongress ( ala certain liberal senator whoes names I dare not publish) literally shoved "easy" ownership down their throats.
Now this is the same group pretending we "saved" them therefore we Own them.
I don't think that arguement will wash away past sins.
IMO the government has nothing to sell, they didn't loan the money in the first place... US tax payers did via the Treasury.. If it was all "lost" the US taxpayers would have to pay it back ... not the Congress.
It was a LOAN like GM...Bank American.. or whatever. Once FNMA repays the Treasury... the origional shareholders ( the risk takers) are entitled to the future profits or losses.
The interesting thing about hydoponics is the ability to mimic the soil characteristics and climate of the best growing conditions for certain plants. When I was in Hawaii for instance you often heard a reference to the local POT growing up in those mountains as being highly prized.
As a gardener I know there are varieties of veggies that are vastly superior to "store bought" but require special conditions to grow.
I think while hydroponics isn't really new, the avalanche of news concerning medical marijuana will generate a stampede into home grown "meds" and new public appreciation of "live" produce.
There are many stocks now with losses but sell for $dollars per share because they appear to have excellent growth prospects. I also joined the longs here yesterday because I believe TRTC has the right idea of selling "live" produce that can stay fresh longer.
That is a new approach that will generate much press and quickly be adopted by shoppers.
Just last week a very popular chef harvested a live head of lettuce from her garden with the root system in tact and put it in a flower vase so she could make fresh salads, etc for a weeks.
The great success of chains like Whole Foods is in the "quality" of their produce etc. This will happen fast IMO and TRTC is already there with major accounts and the know-how.
CTEI, one of these days this will take off and never look back. They have a way of simplifying complicated devices that blows away competition. Its in their blood it seems.
I buy my required Emphysema drugs from an Indian pharmacy and their inhalers are so much better than the US designs ... when I showed one to a local doctor he was just blown away by its simplicity.
Indian drug companies are huge many with USDA inspected facilities and many of our US firms are also there competing for world wide markets. Its just the USA where prices are rigged.
I think there is a downtrend based upon my basic math... sold half my shares for $800 (when it was a POT stock) and bought them back for less than $10(now that we are into online gaming).
Website does look impressive to me but I can't fund another vice.
I think all of stockholders still surviving this "rally" hang in here because we felt the stock grossly undervalued at .25 considering the annual sales vs the small market cap with just 5mil OS.. They can't buy meaningful acquisitions and grow the company without increasing OS. If they triple the OS and double the sales we still are undervalued by most market standards.
The key is to find companies similar to us in that they are unloved but profitable solid numbers and growth potential.
If we get to 25mil OS at .40 we are still just a 10 mil mkt cap and strong revenue number and decreasing importance of single accounts should get us the attention we now lack.
I don't see this as an attempt to take us private otherwise it would have been easier done before expanding when half the posters here were throwing rocks at MGT.
ECTY 1.90 ish, when they find one they like they just keep powering up. Hardly a day off for this one.
NIHD another example, broke $5 they said short covering...then 6 7 8 and 9... shorts must be adding not covering.
Missed it also. 2 good plays in a chop market.
Remember WOOD... underwater WOOD? There is mahogany down there in SA rainforests underwater... and there are shareholders down there underwater too I think. I lost track of WOOD maybe they are all rich now.. so this is not exactly a new idea.
Don't know for sure but GLTA.
I guess you had a nice day yesterday. Please in the future post winners in bold to save us speed-readers time. This one is having a great year so far.
Wait for .033 to buy, mkt cap then about 10 milS, now 6.6 guessing 300 mil shares, how much debt will be left after so much dumping that has occurred?
Sales of 25 mil$ two years ago, could support a 10 mil mkt cap if things are looking up as reported.
So many croakers here they can't all work for the toxic lenders?
Almost any other penny stock with numbers like this one that confirms IR is being muffled would lead to specs about a possible buyout or merger or maybe "takeunder" as someone suggested.
Maybe this IR was muffed because he is so ineffective. Actually don't think there are a handful out of the 4000 or so pennies floating around that can match numbers to IVFH.
Boots and saddles at $3.50!
