Bad move on managements part to hand out options on day 2 of trading. Invested shareholders see that as dilution and an assault on sharevalue, not to mention a brazen thing to do considering the fragility of new IPOs. Like they went straight to sloppin' at the trough. If they wanted to reward employees they should have done it out of the pre-public account. Public shareholders are going to want profits or exceptional results before they feel the employees deserve more than wages. I hope this scabs over and heals quickly to capture the potential I saw in this company before I invested. Rookie move or????
Starting to get some info about Tinley in dispensaries and some feedback on social media with a good twist on it. My guess is that this T27 and their High Horse and Stoned Daisy are going to be in short supply when people find out about it. They've got to be getting close to start-up for our own bottling facility too. That will be a gamechanger!
Anybody at the url that will respond back to a shareholder. The question is: Now that you are a publicly traded company you should put out an ad or infomercial or something to support the stock. Is there anything like that happening, anywhere? Not a private company anymore and they should start acting like a publicly traded company. So much potential and so fumbled!
Big nr. Still waiting! Supposed to be big?
dropped like a hot potato last couple of days. No reply to emails. No ads, that I have seen. So much potential and so fumbled imho.
The new dog barked a little about future expectations of things done. Shareprice firmed up a bit for most of the day, last I looked.
Interestingly, Canada's Drug and Impaired Driving committee continue down the wrong path with the swabalyzers from Drager and whoever else. They aren't good or fair and will just create more delay in court because the stakes of losing a job or drivers license are just too high for a device that can get you a criminal record for last months Friday night get-together.
It seems that the latest breath collecting device has some capability to make the whole effort work with a mass spectrometer which could be accepted as the best device for accuracy and fairness to determine a thc impaired driver. It doesn't sound timely at present for use at roadside, unless we put the desktop MS in a mobile van where it has a chance of working outside a lab.
The BCD would generate revenue for the company as well as the ignition interlock device that we haven't heard much about lately.
Only government would continue to build on the mistake they are making with the swabalyzers and maybe some heads need to roll for that and the fact that they tendered that they wanted more than a thc breathalzyer, able to detect other drugs too. That is idealistic and a pure thc breathalyzer will suffice for now.
A breathalzyer that will detect almost every type of impairment exists. It is called a Mass Spectrometer and putting that in every police car comes after a simple thc breathalyzer. Necessity is the mother of invention and pot sales are expected to rise and my guess is so will thc impaired driving without a fair and workable deterrent. glta and dyodd
Heard it through the grapevine that management is supposed to make some kind of nr or announcement today as to what is happening with our company. I don't know if it is going to be official or some tidbit through social media. glta and dyodd
I think that was deep pocket support to protect their own interest. Probably the GEM guys ponied up to keep their warrants in the money or at least help support the rto so it didn't find bottom right away. There's bad news stinkin' up the greenrush with CannTrust getting busted for doing the shady and Canopy Growth's Bruce Linton getting the bums rush to the displeasure of the public shareholders. I was on the bid for BHANG under the GOLDF symbol on the pinks. It was a large bid and very stinky. I got the .02c shares from somebody sleeping at the switch. Since then I doubled the volume and raised my bid for the new listing C.BHNG and kept the bid on the otc. I am giving serious consideration to dumping my Canopy shares because it is getting hammered down and the likelihood of them showing good financials is slim to none for 2-4 qtrs. and it looks to me like Constellation is in a great position to murder the stock and suck it all up. Finding a CEO that was as attentive to shareholders as Linton is going to be near impossible, and the shareprice was built on future value and not normal business fundamentals. Canopy is still the leader and used as a barometer for the whole industry. Selling begets selling! With this cloud hanging over the pot stocks it is very possible for BHANG to dwindle down too, and then there is the Canada issue over edibles legislation. The policy makers are screwing up something terrible, which is probably why the big downdraft. Canada is busy sucking the sunshine right out of the hope that is edibles. glty and dyodd
I'm alright with building a real company but can't help but wonder what was the point of going public if you weren't going to try to capitalize on it! I follow another one GOLDF that I am waiting to buy shares of because it has about the same going for it as Dixie but they don't have the CSE listing yet. They are waiting on the rto they did to sort itself out but have ads all over the place, which shows a readiness to succeed or at bare minimum, an advertising budget. www.gotbhang or Bhang Inc. if you want a comparison. glty and dyodd
All indications are that Tinley is getting product on shelves but social media hasn't confirmed it repeatedly. Maybe I posted too soon about the social media reviews or something else is going on. glta and dyodd
I can only think that they are scared shytless of the Feds as being the reason they aren't out there screaming from the rooftops that they have public listings. Dixie has got a good base to build from but it is going to take money which is the reason, I assume, for going public to access that big capital pool. But, if nobody knows they can invest in your company, what is the point. Market makers are flooded with stock to sell so relying on them is ridiculous. A few strategically placed ads and information-mercials will help to raise funds and bolster your coffers to expand. WTF?
Starting to get some feedback on social media in regards to reviews of our products that seem to be making their way to shelves in California. Highly anticipated and finally happening. Monthly is almost due on the CSE. We might get some insight there about what is happening. glta and dyodd
Tinley won a trophy for their Flying Horse at Weedcon West.
Credit where credit is due. 9 plus years ago Dixie launched their company with beverages. They have a winner, got some award for it but you are right. When I said that Dixie could be in the crosshairs of Canopy it was for their whole recipe box of products which have already been manufactured and are selling off shelves. Constellation is more than capable of formulating their own beverages but if you can get a winning recipe or two by default that came with the package, that's cool. Constellations interest from my understanding is staying beverage but they could take over Canopy all together. They are the big daddy! Dixie figured out a long time ago that beverages were going to be the future and Constellation dumping that kind of money into an unknow entity is a big vote of confidence. I personally believe that consumers will prefer a nice beverage that they can enjoy in a non-invasive way, without all the restrictions for smoking that will migrate over to smoking weed. Dixie moved on out to the bigtime today with a OTC listing Stateside and outsold CAnada on day 1 despite the Fed regulations hanging over their head. Dixie has done some heavy lifting and I hope they can keep building on it, but if not, they look desirable to suitors, to me. glta and dyodd
Shareprice all the way from .02 to 1.42 when somebody got caught and lost their shares at .02. Interesting that somebody would jump the price up that much. Slim trading though, for now, until this gets to the CSE as a public listing.
Dixie is still not coming out with any kind of a push to announce the fact that they are a public company on the CSE. They've got a whole stable of products, which I am willing to bet that Canopy wants and that Acreage deal looks like everything is becoming a possibility. A trifecta of a US major player, a Canadian marijuana world leader and Dixie with 100 plus skus and 15 lines and don't forget that Canopy (WEED) has the eyes of the world on it because of their management and promotional expertise. It's a good fit imho. glta and dyodd
Tinley had a booth at Weedcon? I think it was or some other venue. Got some pictures on social media Facebook or Twitter. We've got to be getting close to some sales in California. If there is more redtape from authorities, it is time to shoot somebody with a dungball to smarten 'em up and remind them who they work for. glta and dyodd
Neutrisci did a deal with Cryopharm for a meltie. Cryopharm used some of NU's IP and got some products ready for shelves and Neutrisci is supposed to get some royalties. It's something! glta and dyodd
I'm getting fresh alerts from Bhang but no CSE listing yet. I did get some on the GOLDF otc pinks. I have a pretty hefty bid on this stock but it isn't coming to me. When in touch with management they were hoping to have the CSE listing by 1st quarter. They've got 100skus and a whole slew of awards, 16 plus shops in Florida if my memory serves me correctly and hooked up with CannaRoyalty Origin House to crank out their products in California despite California putting more and more rules and regulations out to getting anything on a shelf. I've got a bunch of Tinley Beverages that are having trouble getting their products on shelves despite having them manufactured and in warehouses. I think they are the closest with good beverage products and if anybody knows differently pls let me know. glta and dyodd
Sometimes you have to phone your e-trade company and get them to list it on their roster. I have had to do that a couple of times for ipo's. They don't know what they don't know. I deal with Scotia I-Trade and they work on commissions and will sell you anything that trades and I would imagine most are the same. Scotia charged me the same as if I did the trade myself. They also helped sort out a couple of investments that split and I wound up with unauthorized investments in Tax Free accounts that weren't allowed under the rules. I don't think they charged me anything for that.
This is looking more like a red or black bet and if it wasn't for the Neuenergy that sounds like a pretty good product, I would probably have bailed. They are trying to get some duds to manufacture products for them that doesn't seem to be happening for the THC and CBD products for California. glta and dyodd
Good post on facebook under Tinley beverage Investor group of recent interview link. Says in interview that product is at dispensaries and they mentioned fridges for our label. I think it is happening!
I tried to launch a site here under BHANG and it got stopped. Bhang chocolates did a rto of GEM in order to get a Canadian stock listing to go international with their 100 plus product line which they intend to bring to Canada when edibles are allowed in Oct 2019.
I like this company for what they have done in Florida and they have hooked up with Origin House who hooked up with Cresco and Bhang has a connection with Indiva who is a licensed grower in Canada.
I contacted the company and they suggested early spring but we missed that deadline for a listing on the CSE (Canada's marijuana exchange). glta and dyodd
Some posts I believe from a recon team that went to Cali to try Tinley's products are suggesting that our products should hit shelves by the end of this week. The explanation for the delay is that the labelling has to go offsite of the bottling line which has caused the delay. Sounds a little wishy-washy to me but that is what came out.
I do believe that we are intentioned for Dispensaries because that seems to be the legal way to get cbd and thc products onto shelves. Dispensaries carry more weight for compassion reasons than rec pot shops, at least in the eyes of the watchdogs, I'm assuming and dispensaries have been established a lot longer than rec shops.
I am imagining us having trouble to keep up with supplying dispensaries until we get our own bottling plant up and running which will very likely miss the deadline for legal red tape issues like licensing and inspections.
Products on shelves and available to consumers or patients will get some revenue coming in besides interest on cash on hand and that is also what should get our shareprice moving upward. glta and dyodd
About 750k but from what I've seen they all seem to use pot. Not a game breaker for sure but something.
Some insider buying taking place. Recent Colorado Bill could help get the value added in Colorado straightened out by re-buying Palo Verde. Lots of good things happening to get the FEDs on the same page as individual States, but will take time, although not as much as people think since the Acreage deal with Canopy Growth. Political support meets World Class Potpreneur, Bruce Linton. Boehner switched teams and is now lobbying for Acreage and Acreage and Canopy Growth do 3.5 billion deal to join forces, when the FEDS come around to the will of the people. glta and dyodd
Tinley has firmed up a bit on the eve of launching their newest, improved products. There is some product endorsement from a few that went to California and got the preferred shareholder treatment delivered to their hotel, I think. Lots of empty bottles, smiles and confirmation that it works as advertised on the Facebook Tinley Investors group. Most importantly there was a suggestion that there is a labelling issue so the product has to go offsite to be labelled and that this should be resolved in a couple of weeks and then it should be a go. I think these California tourist investors got special treatment because others can't seem to find Tinley at Dispensaries or anywhere else for that matter, but the labelling thing was mentioned and having it done offsite was mentioned and 2 weeks out was mentioned. glta and dyodd
They are making a big deal about the co-packing. My hope is that we have to put the other two lines in just to supply ourselves. I don't know, but I think this equipment is designed for infused beverages of which there are a lot lining up but I hope they realize the difficulty that California legislation is to get this type of product on shelves. The clock is ticking away the shelf life of our own products because of something I'm speculating is in the legislation category, not the manufacturing process. Team Tinley is going to remain totally legal and compliant but the name of the game is to move product and there is a roadblock somewhere past the product to warehouse stage. Social media will let us know when it makes it to shelves for consumers to buy and try and report on the newest versions. glta and dyodd
Maybe this team is going to slither over to Europe or somewhere else and keep up with the same old shyt.
I still think an education program for these guys, wild west style, like tarring and feathering or castration should be done to complete their good citizen training from where their parents left off.
It amazes me that some people think this kind of chicanery is allright and even moreso that they get away with it, time after time. Should be a way to collect back those unjustified millions worth of consulting fees. Those guys need to be on the list too!
I missed the memo where Dixie was excluded from the manufacturing process by having to have an intermediary, probably a resident of Colorado in a once removed situation and could only rely on their IP to make a dollar. The changes to the Colorado act sounds like borrowing for pot businesses will be easier and may also be available to investors but most importantly Dixie can reap the benefits of the value added manufacturing stage. It sounds like a settlement matter to get that from the hands of the guy who holds the license. Nutritional High tried to do an end-run around the residency requirement and got caught which set the stock back. I guess it will be good for them too. glta and dyodd
California State marijuana banks are on the table with the politicians. This needs to pass to get the greenrush going Stateside. First the bank then some brokerages so US investors don't have to sneak off to the CSE to catch a piece of the greenrush. Tinley had a better idea and got the listing then went to California to eat their lunch. We got a huge headstart out of it by trusting the protection of the State from the FEDs. Canadian innovation hard at work. Now I just want to hear some endorsements from consumers that have purchased and tried our newly tweaked products. That is what is missing despite all assurances that everything is a go. glta and dyodd
Good news for sure and maybe there is no competition but there was years ago. Nutritional High was trying to get a CBD cap that you screwed onto your water bottle or sprite or gingerale or whatever you could screw a cap onto. Then you punched it or something and shook it up to mix the CBD into it. The idea made sense but shaking up a fizzy product to mix it spelled disaster. Then I started thinking that powders could still work because of the crystal light and other similar products and that it would be convenient to pack around with you and light without the liquid.
The messy part queered the deal for me and I am lazy and would just as soon buy a ready to serve beverage but what killed it was the cost. If I remember correctly the guys who had these wanted like $8 for the cap and then you still had to buy the bottle of water or liquid of choice. Still not a bad idea though if the powder would drop out of the cap and mix itself after installation.
Hopefully this news will attract some attention from investors to Dixie because our management still runs this like a private company even though Joe public can buy stock in it. glta and dyodd
If your info and price are right it looks like something is happening. Short sales appear to have been cleared up and shareprice has firmed up a little. I didn't catch the spike to .25 but don't watch it too closely. Any speculation on what is happening? I know they cut their cost with GT to about 9 million and I haven't heard how their fundraiser is going. Maybe a suitor. Wouldn't hurt my feelings. glta and dyodd
There is lots of beverage competition coming over the horizon. Tinley seems to be ready to go in California with manufactured products that have quicker onset and offset times in adult flavours and Bhang just e-mailed me that they are working on infused beverages and a Canadian stock listing. I am invested in Dixie and Tinley and like the story of Bhang. The only thing wrong with Dixie is they aren't pushing their listing status. glta and dyodd
Beverages were how Dixie got started and they just won an award for one of their beverages. I believe that they might have overshot the mgs of thc in some of their drinks with "blitzing" amounts that would only appeal to die hard stoners. I noticed on of their beverages appeared to be a single serve which was sure to lead to overstoned for most people if they drank it all.
The infused adult beverage market has realized that quicker onset times and offset times are desirable and are meeting those goals. Quality, consistency, flavour and price will be the determining factors for the winners.
We hear a lot about cannabinoid infused beverages but not many that are winning awards, so I would be inclined to pick those.
Then there is the other 100 or so skus that have been formulated and produced by Dixie. That is huge and a real base to build out on, which is the stage Dixie is at, which I am sure is why they went public to access that big pool of investment dollars.
There are lots of potential contenders, but not many with that kind of IP and tested and proven recipes, including the biggie, Canopy Growth.
Dixie built this company privately and now they are letting in public investors. I'm not sure why they aren't promoting the hell out of that fact.
We have a lot to look forward to, with the US just starting to get traction, despite the Feds still living their war on marijuana. The US has a lot of established cannabinoid companies that are doing pharma quality for patients, especially with cbds, so swinging over to THC adult rec will be easy for them, when the Feds and State get on the same page.
The failure rate for new beverages is around 85%, so there is that! I doubt that an award winning bevie with 9 years presence will fail.
Of course, the consumer has the final word and repeat sales are essential to be considered a successful product. glta and dyodd
I've put it out there several times that I could see $37.50 just because that was the high of Lifeloc with a BAC breathalyzer. As we know this THC breathalyzer is not as easy to build as a BAC one and there are some issues, obviously, one of which I think is Yost who seems to be a perfectionist and I believe that he is driving the bus. Canada's drugged driving committee hasn't helped because they want more than just a THC breathalyzer and they are so desperate that they have endorsed a couple of swabalyzers despite all of the pitfalls, that will tie up the courts, because the penaltys are so serious. If people get fired or lose their driver's licenses over having THC detected from last week or from eating a poppy seed bagel, somebody will get shot. You will lose a third of your workforce for a faulty device and drivers and operators are already in short supply because it is a shyttee job.
I don't know if it is going to be Cannabix, but I think we have an edge on the rest but we don't know who the rest are. First out will make a ton of money for a simple thc only breathalyzer but there is always the holy grail that will test for everything. Keep in mind that the science of MS is the go-to science right now and our team has a ton of experience with that and a BAC breathalyzer. Just needs to be smaller, dumbed down and more environmentally friendly. We still might see the desktop model, which we have, in an environmentally controlled THC mobile just like the old Batmobile for the alcohol breathalyzer before they shrunk it. glta and dyodd
Yeh, that 65mm revenue has got me excited too! I'm telling everybody I can because this is a gem imo and investors that get in now, should do well! This isn't some flash in the pan newcomer. Dixie has a solid foundation that they are building on with real products, not imaginary like some of the newcomers are announcing. Plus, the greenrush for the States is just taking root and good solid companies will thrive. I don't know if we will see 200 baggers but irrational exuberance valuations are very possible, especially for marijuana stocks. And CBD's. glta and dyodd
I have such high hope for the success of Tinley but I can't help but get the feeling that someone in California has it in for us. If our products are on shelves we should have had some feedback from some dedicated investors that have had a chance to try it. It is a newly improved product striving for quicker onset and offset times and Tinley's intention to supply dispensaries for better feedback. Products are always subject to tweaking but we should have heard from some consumers if it is available for samplings or do they still have to do the non-loaded version? Legal pot use in California for rec has been around for awhile now, so what is the deal? I read somewhere that they are launching on Memorial Day, which could be good for an extra day to experiment with it but it is a day of memoriam that is held in high esteem. Feedback from consumers is imminent and good feedback is essential and then our big guns can come out blazing.
glta and dyodd
Advertising greenrush stocks is a convoluted deal everywhere as policy makers are intent on protecting us from ourselves.
Dixie is real, has big ambition to expand on their 9 years of hardwork developing their products.
Investing in it Stateside carries real risk of it losing the immunity idol from the Fed interference for both the company and its investors, which is why they went for a public listing in Canada, which is the go-to country to raise money for marijuana hopefuls. The CSE has assumed the role of the pot exchange, by design or default, but it is legal and investors can feel confident in the security that is legislated for their green investments.
It only makes sense that Dixie should make a better effort to inform the major populated centers' investors who we are and why they want to invest in Toronto, Vancouver and other key markets.
I know it is tricky but do-able with infomercials. The kind of money needed for the expansions Dixie has announced is formidable and if you are sloppin' up to the public trough, you should make a little noise or do some squealin'! Solid company imho but still has the private company mentality.
glta and dyodd
More talk but still no proof of action. Looks like they are trying to find manufacturer for their formulations. Nutritional High was on the co-manufacturer board but they can't get their own products developed, although they give the impression that they have a lot more than can be proven by me, plus they have a lot of announced "handshake" deals that go by the wayside.
Neutrisci has a niche with the blueberry angle and ptersilobene but need improvement to sell their products and combining blueberry goodness with cbd and thc in a convenient pill or lozenge makes sense. Could be caught up in the regulations that you can't make any claims about what the products will do for you. I think a lot of companies are working there way through that knothole. The Farm Bill allowed for hemp but as soon as the cbd is mentioned, there are new rules which are pretty much as restrictive as the old rules. glta and dyodd
