Invested shareholders see that as dilution and an assault on sharevalue, not to mention a brazen thing to do considering the fragility of new IPOs. Like they went straight to sloppin' at the trough. If they wanted to reward employees they should have done it out of the pre-public account. Public shareholders are going to want profits or exceptional results before they feel the employees deserve more than wages. I hope this scabs over and heals quickly to capture the potential I saw in this company before I invested. Rookie move or????
