Current management not charged. Agreed?
Any possible conviction by previous management years out. Agreed?
Charged = conviction only in the regurgitation zone.
There seems to be a problem distinguishing the difference between evidence and proof. In most all cases, evidence is not proof. Evidence is only proof in the regurgitation zone.
You can bet your Lucky Charms that Chris will succeed with Triple D - determination, diligence, and discipline!
Good question that I've wondered myself. I'm guessing he is compensated when he gets results. Incentive like that bodes well for the shareholders.
Good. That's when the best work gets done.
Treaty is not in the cereal business. That report receives a Triple D.

Shorters are hoping for the kill switch.

"Blackburn and pals are cereal fraudsters..."
What are "cereal fraudsters"? People that obtain breakfast food illegally? LMFAO!
Quote: "NO PLANNED DATE FOR FILINGS"
That is exactly right. There is no deadline to complete the audit. Once they are complete and 100% accurate, they will be released. I'm hearing it's close, but I'll stick with 88 days (or less).
I don't think they have any shares they can sell right now, and even if they could, they wouldn't sell them at these levels. Who are the star promoters you speak of?
Who are the star promoters and what shares does Treaty have to sell? It's obviously wild speculation. Sounds like the audits are close. The shorts must be very nervous.
I don't know why it's hard to understand that "should" is not a guarantee. Treaty management or the auditors have not said the audits be be done by a definite date. However, I'm hearing it's getting close. But I'll stick with 89 days just to be safe. Treaty is looking good like Megan Fox in a bikini!
I guess the countdown got screwed up. Doesn't matter to the shareholders though. Shareholders want 100% accuracy, not a specific deadline.
It wouldn't matter if he did confirm it, because there is no one in Treaty management or on the BOD with the name STKRSKY.
Sure he has. Getting financials up to date will satisfy the SEC. The attorneys that have expertise in dealing with SEC issues are helping Treaty through this. The remaining Fab 7 is who the SEC will focus on if they don't make a deal first.
Not likely tomorrow, but the auditors have been paid and financials will be released when they are 100% accurate. These auditors were recommended by Treaty's attorneys that have expertise in dealing with SEC issues. The SEC will be satisfied once financials are released and Treaty & Mike Mulshine will likely be dropped from the complaint. Then it's on to the OTC!
Any rhetorical questions should be asked directly to Chris by phone, text, email or social media like Facebook or Twitter.
There were no filings promised for tomorrow. "Should" is not a promise. Filings will be complete in 90 days (or less). The future looks great for Treaty like Megan Fox in a bikini!
Another link that has nothing to do with Treaty. Wild speculation also. Unbelievable!
Looks like they over charged. They have a history of this. I guess that's why they lose so often and make deals and dismiss on others.
Blackburn is not Treaty Energy, so any statement saying so is speculation. The judgement is not against Treaty.
So it's not another judgement against Treaty.
If he changes what he said at the time of the oil discovery, he won't be credible. More reason for reasonable doubt, which there is already a ton of. I'm hearing he is a witness FOR Treaty anyway. The SEC is up Shit's Creek because they acted on what the paid whistleblowers told them. No judge would ever be convinced. The case against Treaty & Mike Mulshine will likely be dropped.
Even if someone convinced Max to change his mind, it's already public record that he said the mud log revealed oil. Treaty went on to attempt two more wells and spent a ton of money in Belize. Too much reasonable doubt for any judge. The SEC won't waste time and money taking Treaty & Mike Mulshine to court. They will likely go after the remaining Fab 7 unless they cut a deal with them.
How can Treaty, which has been called dead, go down any further? Thanks for confirming that Treaty is indeed, not dead! 91 days (or less) for Treaty to be up to date with financials!
The likelihood is that Treaty will be dropped from the SEC complaint along with Mike Mulshine. There is too much reasonable doubt to convince a judge. The SEC will likely go after the remaining Fab 7. Treaty looking good like Megan Fox in a bikini!
Looks highly likely now that after Treaty files 2013 financials, the SEC will have to drop Treaty and Mike Mulshine from their complaint. Calling it a fake oil strike in Belize holds no water since Max claimed there was oil and Treaty attempted two more wells. Things will be looking good for Treaty like Megan Fox in a bikini!
Nothing new. Just continuous regurgitation of old news. 93 days (or less) and counting!
93 days (or less) and counting. Treaty will be busting out like Megan Fox in a bikini!
Why would a company with no pulse and no heartbeat be dumping money into audits, market makers, oil production and SEC Attorneys... Interesting, why throw good money after bad... Hmmm Doesn't look good from the perspective of the short position.
I would be fine with Sept. 1, 2015 as long as they are 100% accurate, but I think it will be much sooner. I guess a new countdown can begin. 94 days LOL!
Auditors have all the information they need and have been paid. I know about when they are expected to be completed, but I don't want another ridiculous countdown to start.
Yes, shareholders will be happy with a 100% accurate audit. The auditors do not face a drop dead date to complete them, even though a ridiculous countdown continues. "Should be completed in two weeks" doesn't commit the auditors to a deadline.
Is that a rhetorical question, because Chris can be reached by phone, text, email, Facebook, and probably even Twitter and other social media to find out the answer. That would be the proper DD to find out directly.
If the audits give answers to the SEC complaint, then so be it. Let the chips fall where they may. Current Treaty management is not charged in the complaint. Treaty is moving forward and is far from dead as some claim.
Yes, there was no guarantee the audits would be done in two weeks, yet the countdown continues. What's important to the shareholder is that they are done 100% accurately as soon as possible.
They will be done when the auditors get them done. They don't have a specific deadline other than as soon as possible with 100% accuracy.
Thanks for confirming the filings will be completed.
Well since the auditors have been paid and have all the information they need, they will complete the audit and filings will be brought up to date.
