Not likely tomorrow, but the auditors have been paid and financials will be released when they are 100% accurate. These auditors were recommended by Treaty's attorneys that have expertise in dealing with SEC issues. The SEC will be satisfied once financials are released and Treaty & Mike Mulshine will likely be dropped from the complaint. Then it's on to the OTC!
