Looks highly likely now that after Treaty files 2013 financials, the SEC will have to drop Treaty and Mike Mulshine from their complaint. Calling it a fake oil strike in Belize holds no water since Max claimed there was oil and Treaty attempted two more wells. Things will be looking good for Treaty like Megan Fox in a bikini!
