TMSH, did everyone notice the following items in the TMSH Press Release.
The provided the address which I think is a new address because I do not remember seeing that address before. They also mention the proxy vote which means the company wants a share count of the shares out there by the shareholders themselves.
Also from what I have been reading, a Cusip change will require a share count if I am not mistaken, that could mean a any shares shorted would have to be covered before then. Is this correct?
And the best part is next week we will start seeing more information. This is very exciting to me.
I think so and I wonder if they will just announce one or several at a time. What would happen if there is more than one new venture in the PR? Thank you.
That is one of the responses that I received from the company that there was news on several projects coming out and it sounded like either this week or next. And it sounds like it is very big news for the company. Looking forward to something any time and I am okay with waiting a little.
TMSH can someone please help me to understand what is going on with TMSH, I am trying to determine if I should buy here or not. Thank you.
BRTE & TMSH
Pimping Wallstreet, what is your opinion of what is happening with TMSH and BRTE. I have had responses from the company about some new announcements coming very soon. And I heard that the company has bigger projects than what we know about currently. How would you determine the value of the stock if we do not see revenues? Do we base it on the size of a project, the amount of the project, and do we use the Authorized shares or the Outstanding shares to calculate the price per share. Thank you.
Does it mean anything when a stock like TMSH and BRTE starts trading a lot of shares for no apparent reason. Thank you.
The stock alerted me when it went over .12 cents, so I am thinking that someone is buying for a reason.
And I have also received emails back from my inquiries to Mr. Thompson and Mr. Sanavane confirming what others have posted on here before. That there are many things in the works and something big is about to be announced I think. We have all been waiting patiently. (Some of you, lol)
And I am anxious to see something come out on what the company is saying is in the works. Several more projects would be nice to see as they have stated in PRs and emails to several people.
You are correct and I am learning that is what Market makers seem to do a lot.
I have a feeling that we are going to see some activity in the stock that will make us all wish we had bought down here.
I guess I had better buy some now, looks like the train is about to leave the station. Hmmmm
Some one knows something is going on.
TEMN, Mr. Pimping Wallstreet, I noticed a stock this morning called TEMN and noticed that it appears to be in a break out mode as people call it. Am I looking at that one correctly from a chart standpoint that it will go to the white line which says 50 MA at .0037, so am I correct in thinking it will go there today? Thank you.
I will help you this one time only as in the question itself is interesting and very ambiguous.
TMSH is a company which is involved with Solar Power, or Wind Power or Biogass Power. Do you see that connection?
And since that industry is growing exponentially in Europe and Asia in those areas of renewable energy, then it is very related to what TMSH is doing because TMSH is doing business with companies in the Solar, Wind and Biogass renewable energy... in Europe.
So "that" article and all the other articles are very related.
Good luck with your investments.
Well, I am not sure you have a good grasp of what I posted earlier. I recommend you go back and re-read it. And I think you will understand then. If not I cannot help you beyond what the company has clearly stated they are doing.
You might want to read some of the educational tools that IHUB has to offer, they were very helpful to me in understanding what to look for in stocks, charts, companies, the management of the companies and so forth, it also stated very clearly not to get involved with people who can only see one side of things. Good luck with your investments.
Thank you, I will apologize for the long post but I am limited to how many I can post a day, I think 15 a day.
I think that TMSH has a lot of potential but I am just a little impatient to see where the company is on getting those confidentiality agreements removed so we can see the information about who the participating companies are that TMSH is working with. That will be nice.
I also found a lot of other links, there are so many, on all the green projects in the European Countries and Asia. I have been learning that the US is far behind on building out these types of energy projects and it appears to me that we should request that TMSH should look into partnering to be involved with projects here in the US. Now that I say that maybe they are. Made myself giggle.
If you click on this link it shows the largest PV Solar Parks being built around the world.
http://www.pvresources.com/en/top50pv.php
Now if you go to this link below there are several pdf Reports that I have been reading and now understand why TMSH is taking on these projects and why they are doing it in Europe; Bulgaria, Romania, India, Indonesia and the Philippines, then also I learned they will be going into Canada with the Biomass and I think I was told a large wind farm.
http://www.epia.org/publications/epia-publications.html
And it looks as if this is just the start of what TMSH is doing. The pdf Report titled Solar Generation 6 Executive Summary really shows how much has been developed in Europe. It is mind boggling to say the least.
I apologize I do not know how to send a pdf file or past it here otherwise I would share it that way. Can you explain to me how to do that? Thank you.
This is some of the information from that pdf report.
There are virtually no constraints of material availability, no industry limitation, no environmental constraints to the deployment of solar PV electricity. Solar PV electricity has an excellent environmental footprint; in average, the energy necessary to produce a PV panel is approximately from two years to 6 months -depending of the location- of the electricity it will produce during its lifetime, which is of at least 20 or 25 years.
Once PV was a curiosity used for space exploration. Since then, a real market has seen the day. In 2009 in Europe, PV has reached the 3rd place following wind and gas in terms of annual new installed capacity and is expected to go even higher in 2010. With more than 30 GW of PV installed at the end of 2010, solar electricity is going mainstream.
Prices are dropping fast With PV prices dropping consistently by 22% each time the cumulated global production doubles, PV prices have dropped by 40% over the last two years and are expected to decrease up to 60% in 2020. The average efficiencies of solar modules have also improved a couple of percentage points per
year. It ranges currently at 15-19 % and with a target of 18-23% in 2010, the efficiencies in 2020 will drive prices even further down and concentrator PV systems will reach efficiencies above 30% in the coming years.
Now this is very interesting in what they say here.
The Reference Scenario is based on the reference scenario found in the International Energy Agency’s 2009 World Energy Outlook (WEO 2009) analysis, extrapolated to 2030. According to this,
China and India are expected to grow faster than other regions, followed by the Other Developing Asia group of countries, Africa and the Transition Economies (mainly the former Soviet Union).
Notice the reference to India and the "Transition Economies" in the former Soviet Union. I feel that TMSH has positioned itself as an integral industry participant for these countries and must have acquired an inside track to a well connected group of Energy Companies and some type of Government connection to make this all happen. And this takes a lot of time to develop these relationships, years I think. You cannot help but get a little excited when you think about what will happen once they have two or more of these projects under construction and who they will be working with.
All three scenarios present a view of the future using global figures and calculate regional values for PV growth. The regions defined are the European Union (27 member states), non EU European states, OECD Pacific (including South Korea), OECD North America, Latin America, East Asia, Developing Asia (excluding South Korea), India, China, the Middle East, Africa and the Transition Economies (mainly the former Soviet Union). The global “IEA electricity demand Reference Scenario” simply takes the projections by the International Energy Agency (WEO 2009) into account. These show an increase in the global
power demand.
17,928 TWh/a in 2010
22,840 TWh/a in 2020
28,954 TWh/a in 2030
39,360 TWh/a In 2050
17,338 TWh/a in 2010
19,440 TWh/a in 2020
20,164 TWh/a in 2030
31,795 TWh/a in 2050
Overall I like the direction TMSH is going and once we see what they have started they could really do more partnerships and joint ventures which will increase the the value of the company over the next several months. I am very excited going forward.
Also note this PR about this other company and their sales figures. Very impressive and TMSH could be achieving those numbers later next year or the year after.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Worldwide-Energy-iw-1471156471.html?x=0
You can see that their stock price has been as high as $10 but now down to $3.45 with little to no trading over the last few months. TMSH is just starting out and we are on the ground floor in comparison to other stocks. After my research I have decided to buy more "on the dips" as I have been instructed is the best way to buy. This is one of my favorite long term investments now.
Your thoughts? Thank you.
Do you think that this is a good time to get into TEMN? And what do you think would be a good exit point. Thank you.
May I ask how you are certain that it is a breakout. What are the indicators that you use to know that it has reached a breakout point. Thank you.
And how do you put the chart your post. Very smart.
I could be mistaken and maybe misunderstood this PR and this 8k, but I an fairly certain that they both stated a Joint Venture with Helios for a 250kw Biomass plant to test in Romania. Is that correct? Thank you.
This is where I read the information, is this information incorrect? Thank you.
PR - http://finance.yahoo.com/news/TimeShare-Holdings-Inc-iw-2568921939.html?x=0&.v=1
8k - http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1402457/000113175411000006/tmsh8k11711.htm
I also found these documents attached as well to the 8k at the SEC website.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1402457/000113175411000006/tnshexhibit99.htm
Now this one is my favorite because it has all the pretty colors in it. I do not understand it yet but I am reading about it.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1402457/000113175411000006/kwplantdiagram.jpg
I hope this helps you a little.
Matt I have been looking at your chart patterns and reading your post and trying to understand charting. And the stock that I heard about today was called NENE. What I noticed was that it matched I think the descending triangle bearish pattern in your intro box.
Could you tell me if that is correct and it looks like it could drop down further. So I was wondering if that would be a good stock to short in the near term. I am learning about shorting too and there is a person on IHUB teaching me how to do that.
Also what chart settings do you usually use to verify whether the stock is trending up or down. Thank you.
Could you do an analysis for me on NENE this would be to ensure not to short too early. Thank you.
I would only short about 25k to 50k shares on the first round. Then maybe add more to my position after it starts declining in price. Thank you.
This looks like it would drop down to $2.00 then go below that then it would go to what I think are the support levels of $1.96, $1.93, $1.85, then $1.80, $1.72, $1.60, after that I do not see support till $1.50. is this correct? Is this is correct then you could potentially short from the $2.00 down to $1.50 and cover at that point, yes? Thank you.
I saw this article and had posted it on another board and some people asked me to post it here. I think this could be about the $350M 60MW project that TMSH has in Bulgaria.
http://www.steelguru.com/international_news/Bulgarian_solar_power_industry_may_attract_EUR_300_million_investments_in_2011/179852.html
I also found a few links on information concerning the credits for reducing carbon emissions and solar being the current favorite for sustainable power.
http://scitopics.com/Government_Support_of_Large_Scale_Thin_Film_Solar_Photovoltaic_Manufacturing.html
http://www.electroiq.com/index/photovoltaics/equipment-and_materials/manufacturing-equipment.html
http://www.bulgariansolar.net/solar_bulgaria.php
I still own some but a small position of only 250k. From what I am seeing with the company and they clearly have started out working in a new direction with a new team, if they start building any Solar Park even at 25Kw, that stock is worth at least $1.25. But I think from what they have PR'd and 8k'd, it could go much higher over the next few weeks and months. I found a link that looks like the writer of the article was talking about the company's current contract for the 60MW Solar Park, here it is.
http://www.steelguru.com/international_news/Bulgarian_solar_power_industry_may_attract_EUR_300_million_investments_in_2011/179852.html
This is from my post on Mr. Bizzy's Board.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=59048088
When you start to look at all of the projects worldwide, it really shows you how behind we are here in the US on Green Energy projects and it makes me think the other countries are a little more aggressive than we are to go green.
Then I read about the Carbon Credits that the company will qualify for with each power project they finish. Looks good over the next 3 to 4 months for more projects. I am reading up on the various solar panel types and on the biomass engines and plants that are being developed and it is surprising to see how much of that is starting to grow. I like TMSH and I think it will move forward in it's own time. I do not like the board over there, some really strange posters there.
I had to look back a few posts to see which stock you were talking about then I looked at the chart. Is it possible to fill the cup at .0119 and .015 on the next leg up? Thank you.
And why do the market makers always drop the ASK down from the last? Thank you.
Sounds very interesting. Look forward to it.
The ones we discussed and a couple more.
FEEL, TMSH, CWNR, NAK, BLTI, LKEN, WMG, CCME and thinking about ALTO.
I am learning both on Stockchartscom and Matt Chart's board too.
I am looking at the stock you mentioned APCX.
That is a lot of shares for one stock.
Share Structure:
A/S 7,500,000,000
O/S 2,977,739,036
Float ?
I would agree and if we find more like minded people we could create a good team of people to shares ideas. Although I am still learning the charting. I have learned a lot over the last 3 weeks on charting.
Thunderbolt, I have to say the way you walked me through each step so that it was very simple was beyond anything that I have experienced on IHUB to this time. It was absolutely refreshing compared to so much negativity. I want to personally thank you for taking so much time and effort in doing that for me. Thank you.
With people like you out there helping others, maybe the way IHUB operates will change.
May I ask what BM means. Thank you.
What are your favorite stock picks. I just got Mr. Bizzy's opinions on some. Would you care to provide yours. Thank you.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=59048088
Thank you for the opinions. I am limited in posts so I have to put a lot of information in each post. Sorry about that.
I am not sure about the potential of a reverse merger with any stock I prefer a stock that is a definite merger or has real things going for it. But I will watch FEEL and GFME.
I would like to get more information for GFME. This is all I could find for now. What I could see was that George Foreman's Company is not current. Which you know, but I will watch this one to see what happens.
I like CWNR and looking at their chart history could be a nice upward trend building.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Crosswind-Renewable-Energy-iw-3560752192.html?x=0&.v=1
Look at this new agreement. What is not to like?
Crosswind Renewable Energy and Stanlin Energy Corp. Enter Into 10 Year Marketing Agreement. That 10 year agreement makes this a longer term investment which are the ones that I like.
Crosswind Renewable Energy Corp (Pinksheets:CWNR - News), a Clean Energy Solutions company and global provider of category leading renewable energy technology, announced today that it entered into a 10 year Marketing Agreement with Stanlin Energy Corp. under which Crosswind Renewable Energy will market, sell and install Stanlin Energy's flue draft control device. Under the terms of the Agreement Crosswind receives rights to the exclusive use of the Crosswind Renewable Energy Brand.
"We continue to execute our business strategy of becoming the leading provider of commercially viable, clean energy product solutions. The addition of the Crosswind Renewable Energy flue draft control device by Stanlin offers our clients a simple solution for existing furnaces, boilers, water and pool heaters, ovens, kilns and other heating equipment that has proven to be effective in reducing the commercial industry consumption of natural gas, LP Gas, and Oil," said Keith Mahoney, President of Crosswind Renewable Energy.
Now you really have me intrigued on TMSH with the BIG BIG BIG!
Why is that one your favorite? Is that a major one that we should all be looking at?
I did see that they had some major projects going on and I did find some information that there is a project that the Bulgarian Government has going on with a group out of Latvia and Cyprus. And I think that maybe one of these solar manufacturers are probably the bidders on the construction, but they did not provide any information when I emailed them. SunTech, Q-Cell International, Solon, Solar Tech and Seimens are big solar power plant corporations. But not sure if that really means anything or not.
I also found a few links on information concerning the credits for reducing carbon emissions and solar being the current favorite for sustainable power.
http://scitopics.com/Government_Support_of_Large_Scale_Thin_Film_Solar_Photovoltaic_Manufacturing.html
http://www.electroiq.com/index/photovoltaics/equipment-and_materials/manufacturing-equipment.html
http://www.bulgariansolar.net/solar_bulgaria.php
I think this article is about the project that TMSH has right now.
http://www.steelguru.com/international_news/Bulgarian_solar_power_industry_may_attract_EUR_300_million_investments_in_2011/179852.html
So it could be a really good investment after all. I was just waiting to see the next Press Release for when they were closer to doing the project.
But I will buy some more then. I bought a few shares but if you think it is a real good stock to invest in. Then I guess I could buy a few more shares.
The other stock I like is this one, LKEN for their products, but the issue is the share structure which makes me feel that it may not go as high as the potential value of the company. I will watch and see if the company reduces the share structure.
Once other one I forgot to mention. What are your thoughts on ALTO, some think the CEO is just selling shares, but with all of the new equipment it could be he could report real gold mined and the stock could go up.
Hi Bizzy,
I have been looking for nice clean boards without the negative posters and I like your board and many of your stock picks. If you do not mind, I would be interested in your opinion.
You posted about these stocks, could you provide your opinion on ranking of each one as to the best to the weakest? Thank you.
Of the ones you listed, here are the ones I am interested in your opinion on, and then a few I added. Thank you.
FEEL - I like
GFME - Not sure
ILNS - Not sure
PRMO - Not sure
RNRG - I like
SGCP - I like
TMSH - I like
ZUPC - Not sure
Others I would like your opinion on.
CTIC - Not sure
CWNR - I like
KATX - Not sure
LKEN - I like
NAK - I like
VPRO - Not sure
What is the market cap and the valuation? Does the market cap, mean that the market will cap the number of shares that can be in the market?
Sorry, dilution?
Why does he prefer some shares over others? And why do they convert? And what do they convert to? Where does he get the 56M shares from?
I know I am asking a lot of questions and probably seem silly to some but I am trying to understand the language and the lingo that people are speaking on the boards. Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me. I really appreciate the time you are taking to help me understand all of this. Thank you.
Heres the auditor that signed off on the last 10K...
http://www.studercpapc.com/index.html
Heres what they wrote in the last 10K, to give you an idea of what the auditors job is...
Wow, again a lot of information for little ol me. And my interior decorating does not include this type of information. lol
When the auditor looks through everything and says it is okay. Is his word the final statement to approve the financial statement? And does this mean he looked through all of the 8ks and saw who is holding the 40M shares?
And if that is the case, then are we okay with the stock? And would that mean that when a report comes out on the mining that the company has accomplished so far that it will be good for the stock price? Thank you.
Okay, wow, that was a lot of information to process all at once. But I think I am starting to understand the process a little better here.
On this section, "Item 3.02 Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities
As described in Item 1.01 above, on December 3, 2010, the Company issued 40,000,000 shares of common stock to Noteholders. The Noteholders are all “accredited investors” as defined under Rule 501 of Regulation D. No solicitation was made and no underwriting discounts were given or paid in connection with this transaction. The Company believes that these transactions were exempt from registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933."
The 40M shares are being held by whom?
What does it mean that no discounts were given or paid?
And why are they exempt, and what are they exempt from? Thank you.
In this part you said, "terms and conditions of the various conversion agreements". Should we be able to see this somewhere. Where is it normally posted? Thank you.
In this part you said, "This is the job of the ANNUAL auditor to catch" Who is the annual auditor? How do we find out about the auditor? Can we talk to the auditor to see if he has the 8k information or the "terms and conditions" information and who the investors are holding the 40M shares?
Do we need to know those things or are we okay to just trade the stock without that information? Thank you.
I would like to know that as well because I a still trying to learn what settings to use to trade these stocks. They are all so different.
Penny, on any stock, how do we calculate the actual stock price per share value for any stock if the Authorized Shares are now 350 million. Is the stock price based on the 350 million shares or is it based on the the 180 million shares. And if it is the 180 million shares how do we calculate what the price per share should be? Thank you.
Rocket where could I go to see the type of filings that you are talking about that we should be seeing. Because if we are not seeing the filings is that not against the SEC rules and would that not cause the current standing to drop? Thank you.
Doesn't this mean that he is selling shares to a third party who in turn can sell those shares into the market. Then would that not be considered selling for cash? Or do I not understand this correctly? I am trying to learn quickly and have been reading a lot of posts over the last couple of weeks. Thank you.
Oh, sorry I had replied to a post just before yours and saw the same thing that you did. Since the website shows a higher count then the Transfer Agent is just not up to date yet?
I saw that the ALTO website is showing more shares in the OS than in what the Transfer Agent is stating. Is there a reason for the mixup? Or is the Transfer Agent not up to date? Thank you.
So this would make it another 10M shares sold into the market, correct? Thank you.
http://www.altomines.com/companyinfo.html
Market Value: $1,365,280
Shares Outstanding: 180,013,332
Float: N/A
Authorized Shares: 350,000,000
What do you mean? Thank you.
Can I ask who the best chart person is or where to go to see what the best chart settings are. Thank you.
I have emailed Dr. Dayal and he has not responded to me and I know that two other people did as well and yet none of us were responded too. And that troubles me as well.
Why is it that Dr. Dayal is only responding to certain people posting on this board? I am very upset over this.
I am sorry, but was I addressing you?
Is there a reason you are defending no dummy? I was talking about the stock and the supposed factual emails. It concerns me greatly that type of information is posted and the exact opposite was stated by the company.
And you cannot personally attack me in your post either. It is not allowed.
Okay so now you are saying the company received a Cease and Desist? Is that correct? Do you have a copy of the email too? If you do then all of the investors have a right to see that information. And how is it that you and nodummy have access to such information and the rest of us do not?
Why would I want to buy the stock back at cheaper levels only to potentially see more questionable statements that will scare more investors out of the stock. I think it is obvious what is going on here. I think my Congressman needs to be involved.
