What is the market cap and the valuation? Does the market cap, mean that the market will cap the number of shares that can be in the market?

Sorry, dilution?

Why does he prefer some shares over others? And why do they convert? And what do they convert to? Where does he get the 56M shares from?

I know I am asking a lot of questions and probably seem silly to some but I am trying to understand the language and the lingo that people are speaking on the boards. Thank you for taking the time to explain it to me. I really appreciate the time you are taking to help me understand all of this. Thank you.
