Heres the auditor that signed off on the last 10K...

Heres what they wrote in the last 10K, to give you an idea of what the auditors job is...

Wow, again a lot of information for little ol me. And my interior decorating does not include this type of information. lol

When the auditor looks through everything and says it is okay. Is his word the final statement to approve the financial statement? And does this mean he looked through all of the 8ks and saw who is holding the 40M shares?

And if that is the case, then are we okay with the stock? And would that mean that when a report comes out on the mining that the company has accomplished so far that it will be good for the stock price? Thank you.
