Woori is huge, and when things went bad with market they took CNCN stuff because CNCN couldn't pay up. CNCN had a sweetheart deal but because of family lines but environment changed.
Float is super low as Zardiw keeps pointing out because it is all mainly inside held. For this reason, as you point out, they didn't just give shares away to Wamar. And, with the 40mil deficit it is a nice tax advantage for some company moving in, hence worth something.
Recent movement cannot be denied. Someone knows something and activating it puts it back in play. Koreans owning this thing are patient and I"m sure they are looking to make some nice money on it as any one of them could have been dumping recently if they wanted to pick up a couple dollars on something worthless. They didn'tand most likely won't until it plays out. Should be interesting at minimum, and hopefully they make us all a nice profit.

you have found much but remember, there are many still sitting on empty bags from last CNCN run. Don't think that many of the Korean holders from last go around all knew to get out and have to think that many of those shares are still sitting tightly in their hands. Not sure about some company for SimiValley CA for a Korean firm one piss splatter away from Samsung.
Like all the digging. Hope we find the reason, but still know people sitting on much of their holdings before Cintel handed over everything to the puppet masters and I don't think the masters care too much about a relatively little company in Simi. Think bigger. Dig deeper...

company hasn't been anything for years
was set up to work with Samsung but when market went south and couldn't repay loans they took everything leaving the shell. don't think there has been anything (except a loss carry ?) but very interesting that someone would reinstate it. sure won't be the same company. wonder who wants to make use of the shell
