Moving to current status is just one reason to believe that SNRS is very serious about this venture. APPLE approved products is HUGE!!!!!
If investors are buying instead of selling SNRS will move up though it will take a tremendous surge due to the current share structure being in the billions, IMO. This tremendous surge is certainly possible and even more likely, IMO. Yesterday was more selling than buying and that explains the lack of movement, IMO.
My information was based on all of that red (sells) -vs- green(buys) on the L2 from yesterday. It doesn't get any more factual than that, IMO, but thanks for your reply.
Of the millions in volume yesterday less than 30 million were actual buys. The rest were sells. Was that dilution or was it making more shares available for higher PPS?
The most important thing, to me, is that SNRS is following through with what they said they would do. This speaks volumes about what is happening behind the scenes with this company, IMO.
Outstanding SNRS!!!! Less than 12 hours before the big news lol. OH GOD, I hope it really IS big and something that will bring much interest and buyers SNRS. We need real contracts, not joint venture stuff. Fingers and toes are crossed.
Clarification needed please. Does anyone have any details regarding this revocation of JUNP's corporate status? All of there financials say they are incorporated in Nevada, but from what I can find this no longer seems to be the case. I searched both under their business name and CEO's name and got the same thing. Oh, and they need something like $16,500 to bring their status current because it has been at least two years since their last update.
Nevada Secretary of State
No need to hold back. Tell us how you really feel LOL. We are all in the same boat and I, for one, am thinking along the same lines. Odd how that article seemed to signal some kind of ?death? for WSLI when the investors thought it would be the beginning. Maybe just suspended animation and WLSI will be revived in the near future, or not.
If nothing comes of SNRS with all this PR hype, it will still go down as the suspense / cliffhanger stock of the quarter, IMO. I can hardly stand waiting for Monday afternoon. It's like wanting to jump to the last page of the book.
LOL, and I thought I was the only one. Go GDTK!
I would be a bit more concerned about this lawsuit if it were some other company filing suit. This group that sued seems to be like the ambulance chasers of lawsuits.
This kind of hype and anticipation is exciting. Makes for some really nice what-if scenarios lol.
Ran across this in AGEL's last quarterly report filed 11/22/10. I believe what many have said may, in fact, be taking place at this time. While my research says that traditionally private companies seeking to go public in the form of a reverse merger look to "shell companies" I guess that is not an all inclusive kind of thing as AGEL is not a shell. The Company has now changed its direction and while continuing in the mortgage business is now concentrating on taking private companies public
I have been seeing a lot of merger talk going on with other stocks. None, of course, mention SNRS, but they all are saying "China Solar Company."
From what I have read and the PR's being released this could end up being one huge dud if any of the companies in question hook-up with SNRS.
As far as a mega-surge on SNRS, won't happen with the share structure as it is at this time plain and simple. May uptick a few, but that is all I can see happening. Now, if an investor has millions of shares a few upticks could yield significant profits. Best of luck to all.
Yes, this is all just my humble opinion as I see it.
Just reviewing some potential investments and I must say AGIJ has got one of the worst records for Reverse Splits that I have ever seen. Too bad really.
Per usual, I am still a bit confused about just how does AGEL figures into all of this? After viewing the video with Vincent Molarni it is even more unclear about AGEL's purpose in this puzzle.
My analogy is this: All of the horse racing world agreed that Secretariat had the speed, but not the stamina to go the distance. Well, guess he showed them now didn't he? And so it shall be with USOG!!!
Doubtful that any average investor knows the factual answer to that question. However, for those that have been in stocks managed by these people it probably is the point in time that sell off begins in a big way historically. From that, one could formulate a general consensus that is the average goal of the company to achieve a PPS of at least 0.0025 prior to beginning the sell off.
Of all of my stocks, USOG is the one that I am watching the closest right now. This puppy could turn into something bigger than anyone can imagine at any time, IMO. It is possible!!!
Apparently, SNRS's calendar runs a different "day cycle" than the rest of us. Nothing has happened during the specified time frame, so far.
Well, of course, it will go up is they do an R/S lol. Sorry, but I have been holding this one for way too long. It seems dead in the water and has been that way for awhile now. I would like to think there are always possibilities of recovery. Anything can happen, right?
JUNP is way undervalued, IMO. Been holding this one for quite some time now. Great to see the revenue increase! Could it be that PPS of $0.01 projection is a bit low?
I would like to be impressed and excited at the prospect of SNRS moving upward. Though it does seem that when a company like SNRS attempts to outwardly right their business practices something is usually just not right about it. This Gert Chalay thing is a real bummer, IMO.
I am sure it seemed like a great idea at the time. Go SHAR! I hope they change the symbol to BUCK or HUNT or COOP or WAIT or ...?
Learned a new lesson, don't eat a pizza when you have the stomach flu
1. OTC/Pinks attract short term investors/day traders naturally so as soon as there is a big run we could expect some consolidation immediately thereafter as we have been seeing. In cases like this would it be wise to cash out and then re-enter after the market consolidates?
2. If so what are the technical indicators to look for? Anyone have suggested readings or think this kind of thing is too risky with a long-term positive fundamental outlook on an investment? Is it worth the commissions?
To clarify, I meant UWRL defending themselves in PR's. Not necessary if there is nothing to defend, IMO.
This NIR Group that filed the lawsuit has some very ethically questionable business practices. This would appear to be nothing more than another stealing candy from a baby type of scenerio. Not sure how MMMG got into the fray, but I am just skimming over the posts. If this is hogwash, then, URWL should remain quite. No need to defend false claims, IMO.
In a way, it also appears that this merger is really going to take place. NIR got wind of it and now they want their piece of the pie, IMO.
This is a board devoted to NIR Group:
NIR Group
It appears that ALTO has obtained all of the equipment to get this going in the right direction. Not sure what they were using before, but this stuff looks like a professional outfit.
I have been holding ALTO for a long time and now is no time to think about leaving, IMO. I will hold for awhile longer and give them an opportunity to get things accomplished.
That "other" stock with all of its problems is detrimental to all similar stocks like ALTO. Just as ALTO was ready to take off the "other" stock had it all break loose and not in a good way. I think that has created a negative influence on the PPS here at ALTO, IMO. Guilt by association so to speak.
See post #26587. They filed their disclosure statement that starts the ball rolling on their follow through.
Historically, the only time SNRS has seen that kind of PPS was during the spring (May, June). However, it has done it for the past two years. Keeping in line with history we can then expect this stock to go above 0.0002 perhaps by late April / early May.
Though, they did submit their paperwork finally. One of my other stocks is talking about a almost complete merger with a company that is solar related with offices in China. I made an immediate connection to what is going on here. So we will see what happens. After all, at these prices you can get a lot of shares for a tiny little price.
Who knows what will happen on the R/S issue, but it wouldn't surprise me if it did take place. Honestly, I didn't take a position in this so many months ago to watch it stagger around in about the same place for the better part of a year. It has gotten pretty old, IMO. However, there certainly are some enthusiastic bag holders in this group considering it has gone nowhere.
SNRS did say that the contract had been fully executed, but perhaps that statement was made a bit premature? Obviously, something happened that changed the game plan on this one, IMO. It is probably still on, but delayed for reasons we will most likely never know about. Been a bag holder on this one for many months so, of course, I am hopeful for positive anything here.
No Bid means it would be extremely difficult to sell, but you can buy all you want. The bid is the highest price per share the market makers are willing to pay for your shares should you decide to sell. Currently, with GDTK that price is $0 or No Bid. Now, with that said, if you own shares and decide to sell you could place a market order -vs- a limit order and in time they will probably sell, but you may not be able to get what you paid for the shares. It would be up to whomever wishes to buy them at whatever price they are willing to pay.
Anybody know what the "Spin offs" references were in regards to in the 8k? Read almost like subsidiaries or something.
Darn, now I am gonna have to go watch Wall Street II again. None of this really makes any sense regarding WLSI. The long awaited article comes out and .........nothing? My opinion says there is "something" not yet revealed. The now published article will spark a lot of interest from those that were unaware of this technology, IMO.
my personal opinion about this CEO is that they don't know ch*t about pennystocks. which is a good thing in my opinion.
Nice news. This may lead to other distributors and on and on.... Could be real good in no time at all, IMO.
Mergers do happen from time to time and GDTK is a prime candidate to be picked up by a much larger company, IMO. However, it is true the prospective merger pr's and rumors run rampant throughout the OTC. Most of the time these pr's just say some company is interested in their company, but nothing comes of it and so on. Other times it goes a bit further. However, the best mergers are the ones that investors hear about when the deal is done.
MMUH documented business model was / is very appealing. It appeared to be an up and coming company those so many months ago when I took my position with it. Very unfortunate that things have not come together as I had anticipated. Maybe someday it will get it in gear and get moving.
