Doubtful that any average investor knows the factual answer to that question. However, for those that have been in stocks managed by these people it probably is the point in time that sell off begins in a big way historically. From that, one could formulate a general consensus that is the average goal of the company to achieve a PPS of at least 0.0025 prior to beginning the sell off.
