What is driving this down? Who said something was fake? Was it that registration PR from yesterday?
Right. We've heard that many times. Wheres the merger?
So whats the line this week? Reverse merger or uplisting? Im guessing next month the company will be looking for an auditor again. Then a pre auditor to audit whether or not an audit can be done.
This has been the pattern every year. Right when you think they are doing an audit and its almost conplete, it switches after four months to a merger. Then, it goes back to audit and doing an application to be reinstated.
So did the company lie to you or what? No PR
The company has lost trust and credibility by making a statement months ago about being near completing an aquisition. Things fall through and companies should update shareholders if they want them to stick around. The fact that they havent updated shareholders and havent closed a deal in three plus months could be a sign of incompetence.
its been months since any update. That doesnt make the company seem trustworthy.
So silence from the company now,I guess. Next thing we hear will be that they have changed course and will have an announcement soon.
The company's communication is not building confidence in investors. Did something fall through? Its been almost three months since we heard anything.
This is such a joke. Wheres that announcement he promised? Lol.
Based on what?
The fact that he is recycling almost verbatim the same plan as he did a year ago speaks volumes. Clearly he doesnt think much of his investors intelligence. What was happening all last year? Lol.
The company led investors to believe something was in the works to happen near term. Here we are a few months later with no volume and no serious update about whats going on. Did their plans fall apart? Is there incompetence here or what?
Talk of an auditor in vegas was months ago. What have they been doing the last year?
Waiting on this too. Over a year later. Two to three weeks. Lol. Big announcement of something that apparrently never happened.
We are still waiting on this announcement in your post here from last year.
Companies do aquisitions and raise funds quickly all the time. They indicated back in march they were working on getting things done soon. I dont know how you know they are working on it. We dont know anything. All we can go on is what they tell us, and its been over two months since they indicated they were doing something near term. So, is it a competency issue or did something fall through or what. We need updates.
Is there a reason the company doesnt provide an update? That fluff PR didnt help anything, and they made it sound like they were almost done with a deal back in early March. People lose confidence in the credibility of a company when they imply something is in the works and will happen soon, and then two plus months of nothing happening. Did it fall through?
Are they still searching for an ever elusive auditor or is the plan to keep that process of searching through the summer, and then then claim they have found someone they are talking to, and then wait another six month to let us know they are still looking.
This sounds so wishy washy. Are there no professional MM's who can give solid advice? No lawyers who know the law who can give timelines and accurate pathways to get uplisted. How is this where we are when he has supposedly been talking with lawyers and MM's for well over two years? And is he going to restructure the capital? When? How long? The company owes us something real to go on.
And by that you mean at least a year from now when this latest projection which was recycled from last year may or may not happen. Let me guess? They still cant find an available auditor?
Yes! It is that we are now in the stage where right when we think something is happening, we are informed of something that pushes the process down the road another year. Supposedly the company is just now looking for an auditor. Lol. The pattern is clear. You have to realize Sky posted a few responses around late March early April last year that indicated Mark was doing something similar. In August he told sky we are in finalization. What were they in finalization for? Lol. Now we are being told the same routine again. Doesnt add up. We were also told more details coming "soon". Weve been told this in the past too. Does it happen? No. He also tells him a few months ago that they have never been better operationally but he was waiting to get 6000 to pay someone to get the ball rolling. Again, doesnt add up.
This whole thing is a rerun of what was said the end of last march. It is astonishing. Now a supposed audit which will easily, if its happening will drag this out into another year. Rerun. What was in finalization last August I wonder that was referenced in one email to you? Lol. Reread all responses. History repeating itself. As ive said before, right when it seems something is happening its pushed out a year, and of course there is never a specific PR or update on whats actually going on.
I suggest going back over the last year and carefully reading all of your correspondence. He was talking audit several months ago. This doesnt add up based on what youve reported the last year. And this notion an auditor cant be found because of tax season is hillarious.
Really? 2019. I am no longer believing anything. I have given this company the benefit of the doubt but this is total bull.
This is classic. Is that really for real? He is just now looking for an auditor? Does that mean we are going to have to wait for an audit? If thats the case they have once again bought another six months to a year. Right when you think things are actually maybe happening this is what we get. We need to know what the plan and timeline is.
soon has come and gone since that announcement. If something went wrong we dont know. We need an update.
Yep and no one is buying it anymore. If there is a real plan being completed there is no reason we cant be clear on what that is and have a timeline for completion. We still have no clear idea of what is supposedly going on
Once again, we are told in this FB post that a press release will give us actual detail as to what is actually going on and it will come "soon". More than two weeks later and nothing.
The company indicates something will happen near term several weeks ago, but no update on anything since. Whats going on?
And yet it was indicated something would happen near term several weeks ago. Thats why you update shareholders if the timeline changes. We need an update or a PR..
Where is the official PR or more detailed update that was promised soon? By the way, we have been promised details like this multiple times in years past and then nothing with detail comes. Where are we in the process? What is the process? How long will it take. There is nothing new here as far as we know. We have no reason to think anything real is going on. Think about it: you were told last august they were in "finalization" for something. We never knew or were told what that was or what it meant. If something real is happening there is no reason whatsoever we cant be updated today on what that is and a basic timeline.
It's been a month since the last update, which indicated more updates in the near future. We need an update. Did something not work out? Wheres the annual report?
When the company indicates something by way of news is in the near future and then nothing comes for a month, shareholders should be updated. This is ridiculous.
It seems obvious that if you indicate to shareholders something will happen in the near future, you'd update them if that doesnt happen. Its been three weeks. We need an update.
I assume you are being sarcastic, because we know nothing. This could take easily six months if its just beginning, which makes all wonder what has been going on the last year.
And the details are never clear. How long ago did this process start? Is it just starting? How long will it take. Why does it seem like this is just a repeat story that will buy another year of no accountability to shareholders?
Except that isnt news or a PR is it? Certainly wouldnt cause half a billion in volume.
There was no news today. Nice try
Thats great, except i think this was supposed to be under way the last six months. They just engaged a consultant? Lol. So a minimum of another six months to a year? What has been going on the last four to six months? Repeat narrative.
