You should get another ballot for your other account.
I'm going to staple the mailing slip sheet that says "DO NOT MAIL" on the bottom to the top of each ballot. Your name is on the page, as well as the CUSIP, last 4 numbers of the account and the quantity.
Mods. How about a sticky for this post. Thanks LexTrader. This should relieve a lot a stress.

Copies of ballots. All except DIMEQ.
I got the k today. I'm waiting for my PQ & WAHUQ
not yet. only WAMKQ.

Thanks to BigBang, portion that relates to WAMPQ and WAMKQ.
In addition the preferred share ballots (wampq), should we ever receive them, must be mailed to:
National Financial Services
Attention: Voluntary Reorganization
200 Liberty Street
5th Floor
New York, NY 10281
In addition:
1. Completed ballots need to be mailed. No other option available.
2. Ballots must be received by Fidelity no later than 2/3/2012 for voting purposes. Later, if just for the purpose of granting releases.
3. If submitting more than one ballot they all can be sent in one envelope.
4. The last batch of preferred ballots (wampq) were mailed on 1/24/2012. I was told that we should receive them shortly.
5. Trying to get an electronic copy (pdf file) of any of the ballots is nearly impossible.
No, the control number didn't go through. I posted the error message in my post.
Mods: Please remove my stickied post 359374 regarding proxyvote.com. The information that was given to me by Fidelity is bogus. Proxyvote.com did not work when I tried it today. I tried it with my KQ ballot and received this message:
Voting via the Internet is not available since the meeting/cut-off date is today, has passed or the control number is non-voting. Please contact your investment representative with any questions.
Yes and no.
As it says, "ONLY COMPLETE THIS SECTION IF YOU HAVE VOTED CLASS 19 BALLOTS OTHER THAN THIS BALLOT".
If I have only WAMPQ and I'm voting the Class 19 ballot, I would leave it blank.
BUT I have WAMPQ in 3 accounts and WAMKQ in one account. So I need to fill in the table with "Fidelity" under Name of Holder.
That footnote refers to the table. See where it says "Name of Holder"?
FYI, the green ballots are for the PQs. Don't use them to vote your KQs. The CUSIP number for the PQs is 939322814 which is printed on each page. I'm looking at an emailed copy that a friend received by email from Schwab. I haven't received my ballots for my PQs yet.
I received a yellow ballot for my KQs. On every page of the yellow ballot at the bottom of page is CUSIP 939322830.
It doesn't matter if we vote on a copy (white). It's most important to fill it out correctly and the correct CUSIP number is on each page. In other words, I can't use my KQ ballot with it's CUSIP number on it to vote my PQ shares. (Oh, I suppose I could make a copy of my KQ ballot, cross out the KQ CUSIP and write in the PQ CUSIP, but it would be easier to vote on the just received copy of the emailed copy. But for now, I'll just wait another few days for the PQ ballots.
The most important thing to remember is to fill in all the required information, SIGN THE BALLOT and mail the ballot with an ORIGINAL SIGNATURE to your broker. I like to sign in BLUE ink so it is obviously an original signature.
Oh yes, be sure to mail it to the correct address of your broker and not to KCC.
GO4AWILDRIDE, Please tell Edgar Sargent that the Fidelity ballots for the PQs have not arrived, as of today, Friday. It's possible that they may be here on Monday, or later. But by the time folks get home, figure out the ballot, make copies, and mail it, it would be very, very close for it to arrive by Friday Feb 3, Fidelitiy's deadline. And not everyone can make it to the PO, to FedEX or UPS for overnight delivery in time for the voting deadline. And not everyone has the liberty of standing in line at the PO, etc. to get the ballots delivered timely.
Personally, I'm not worried because I know I'll meet the Release Date even if I don't meet the voting deadline.
If someone else sues, how would you benefit? Just curious.
Successor to this Board? What happens to the IHub boards after the old WMI shares are terminated and new shares are issued after 2/29/12? Will these boards go away? Should we have a new board?

WAMPQ is 939322814
WAMPQ and WAMKQ have differenct cusip#. So each of these 2 stocks need to be voted separately. the cusip# is on the bottom of each page. Both are Class 19 but vote them separately.
that's cutting it too close. they must have it in their hands by 2/6 I think.
Very funny! We've spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on this stock and we're quibbling over $30?
I'd pay the $30 if I had that option with Fidelity. I'd know it was done. What if you mail it and it falls off the mail truck?
Good luck to everyone!
will this help?

You must get it to the broker by feb 6 so they have time to tally the vote and send the results (Master Ballot) by the drop dead date of Feb 9. Don't dilly dally.
Other brokers may have a different date.
Fidelity told me that there is a phone number on the ballot to phone your vote in. do you see such a phone number? I haven't received my ballots yet so I can't verify this.
don't use the Master Ballot address.
I don't have my ballots yet.

Fidelity online at www.proxyvote.com
https://central-online.proxyvote.com/pv/web.do
It looks like we can use proxyvote.com for Fidelity voting as well as by phone. Here's the transcript of my instant message with a Fidelity rep. Sorry it's so long, but I don't have time to boil it down.
Note that I copied my prior ballots, as I haven't received any ballots for this round. I expect them in the next few days. Now, I noticed that the control # is printed above the dotted line on the cover sheet of each ballot. Use the control # when you log on to proxyvote.com. It looks easy. I'll do this when my ballots come in within the next few days. It'll save the stress of mailing and wondering if it arrived.
ME: Initial Question/Comment: This is a question for Corporate Actions dept. The ballot instructions for Washington Mutual do not provide an address to return the ballots to. The ticker symbols for the issues are WAMUQ, WAMPQ, WAMKQ and WAHUQ. Where do I mail the ballots?
System: Stacy Cabbil has joined this session!
System: Connected with Stacy Cabbil. Your Reference Number for this chat is 391xxxx.
Stacy Cabbil: Good afternoon, xx. I will be glad to get the address for the ballots.
ME: Thank you.
Stacy Cabbil: You're welcome. Please allow me a moment to get the information.
ME: Does Fidelity have an option to vote online, phone in the votes or fax the vote as ETrade, TD Ameritrade or other brokers?
Stacy Cabbil: I will check that information also.
Stacy Cabbil: The address should be at the top of the form.
Stacy Cabbil: There is an option to do all of the above.
ME: Do you mean mail it to National Financial Services, LLC, at One World Financial Tower, 5th Floor, 200 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10281?
Stacy Cabbil: I am checking to see how you would do that.
ME: How do I vote online when I'm ready? I'm still waiting for more ballots to arrive.
ME: also, how to do by phone, fax, etc. That would be great!
Stacy Cabbil: Thank you for holding. You can go to proxyvote.com.
Stacy Cabbil: www.proxyvote.com
ME: Don't I need a code for each ballot? And how do I vote by phone?
Stacy Cabbil: Yes, you would need a code for each. The phone number will be on the ballot.
ME: On the ballot, does it say anything about proxyvote.com, or spell out that a phone number is available for voting?
Stacy Cabbil: I am unable to see the ballots since they come from the companies. Not all proxies are able to use the Web site or Phone. The ballot will tell you.
You're welcome. I hope it's worth at least a million!
xmtir,
Since you are signing on the signature line, leave the other two lines blank.
Signature: MY NAME
Name of Signatory(if different than claimant): NOT SURE WHAT GOES HERE?
If by Authorized Agent, Title of Agent: NOT SURE WHAT GOES HERE?
for the last 2 ballot periods Fidelity told me to mail the ballots to National Financial Services LLC at their NY address. I can't tell you more because I haven't received my ballots yet.
The Master Ballot doesn't involve us. We submit a Beneficial Ballot. Then the brokerages summarize our Beneficial Ballots and prepare a Master Ballot with the results.
The information included with the ballot is very misleading. The deadline for the Master Ballots FROM the brokersto KCCLLC is Feb 9. WE, as shareholders, must get our Beneficial Ballots in to our brokers by Feb 3, or Feb 6, or Feb 7 depending on the broker we deal with.
I'm glad they kept it simple. I hope they don't start running political elections this way.
It depends on the broker. Schwab says they must have it in their hands by Feb 3. Other brokers say by Feb 6.
Caution: I don't think that's where you mail the ballot. I would phone Fidelity to verify.
I think it's something like 1 new share for 33 or so WAMUQ.
Note: most brokers have a Feb 6 deadline so they can get the info summarized to send the Master Ballot to KCCLLC by FEB 9.
I'm just sayin' when you mail your ballots, don't count on a FEb 9 deadline for mailing purposes.
This stock is as close as I've come to running with scissors.
Per the DS, our NEWco shares will appear in our accounts within 10 business days of the effective date.
Someone here said they received a mailing from National Financial Services LLC . This company handles Fidelity's mailings. Also Fidelity is using Broadridge. See post below.
Also, see post #358798 regarding Fidelity.
And stock in Newco is supposed to be issued within 10 days of the effective date, per the DS, effective date being 2/29/12.
