Thanks to BigBang, portion that relates to WAMPQ and WAMKQ.

In addition the preferred share ballots (wampq), should we ever receive them, must be mailed to:

National Financial Services
Attention: Voluntary Reorganization
200 Liberty Street
5th Floor
New York, NY 10281

In addition:
1. Completed ballots need to be mailed. No other option available.
2. Ballots must be received by Fidelity no later than 2/3/2012 for voting purposes. Later, if just for the purpose of granting releases.
3. If submitting more than one ballot they all can be sent in one envelope.
4. The last batch of preferred ballots (wampq) were mailed on 1/24/2012. I was told that we should receive them shortly.
5. Trying to get an electronic copy (pdf file) of any of the ballots is nearly impossible.
