I'm not sure a normal trader has that many shares of this.
lol, nice post. Yep this stock has impressed me at its ability to recover so the guy might as well break it up
Eh...10qs and 10ks with audited financials are roughly 30-50k a quarter, so about 120k-200k a year. The shell itself is roughly 250k-600k for a fully reporting shell.
You are classless.
AGRT .006 up still 500% this week.
I guess, float continues to indicate the sexiness of this
lol...AGRT looks great.
lovin it!
I'm holding. I want to see what this new management is going to do
Yea. Story hasn't even begun to unfold here. God knows what we are dealing with. We do know the following,
1. Old management sold their shares to someone.
2. Fully reporting company
3. OTCQB
4. The sexiest share structure around
5. Debt questions
That's our nutshell
Get some skin in the game
I read the filings, I knew what they said. Yes thank you for posting it Tird.
lol. Thanks for telling us something we already knew. Thanks for proving our point I really appreciate it.
That shows NON-convertible. So we can stop talking about "hundreds of millions" of shares to pay for it.
Did you say Creepin:
Could see some magic on AGRT. Tiny tiny float
Likely they would want to convert above .05
99% of all Note agreements state the converter would never be allowed to hold more than 4.9% of commons at any point in time. So WORST case scenario if they were to convert on that REALLY small debt it would only be a million or two.
Plus you don't know that some of that debt was settled in the transfer of new ownership.
AGRT might have more legs in her
lol look at the bid creepers....
over 600k on direct bid now
I picked up more here today.
sweet interview last night
gracias sir
lol....the guy has over 600 membermarks.....lol
AGRT has held up amazingly in my opinion from a big yesterday
Thats actually old. From a year ago. I have been around awhile here and from what I could tell that never came to be.
Some massive bids. 600k to .0045 pretty good
I am extremely impressed with AGRT holding up like this.
I hate to say this, but I don't think you know the actual definition of a "Reverse Merger".
AGRT - This is a "Takeover". New Management bought out old management. We know NOTHING about business plan/assets/transition etc etc.
Reverse Merger is different altogether.
ummm...tons of variables:
1. Depends if there are restrictions on the stock. If they have no restrictions then can be sold at any moment, judging from the volume history of this stock I don't think any new shares have hit the market in awhile.
2. Depends on what the "finder's fee" was for. If it was for nothing...then obviously bad news. But logically I would assume that a 200k finders fee is maybe 10% of the "sale" meaning a sale of "something" for $2,000,000. So essentially I would think that would be a good thing as it shoots AGRT value up.
3. Depends on if it was paid for in cash. Could of been paid in cash from an external party and since the transaction has not taken place in the quarter that was reported it wouldn't show on the books.
Keep in mind I am just pulling numbers out of my ass. Just providing different angles to look at this thing.
I said early....its a wildcard. But the float is so attractive that I think it is worth it.
might of been. I have no idea. I will search through some more filings and see if they were turned into convertibles or non-convertibles or cash or what have you.
Correct. There in lies the unanswered part of this story.
Where did the money come from? Who paid it? Who received it? What was it paid for?
Have you read the filing from last night? Do you see it says new management?? That's all that is thus far.
Can only hope for more
Yes, early in 2011 Robert J Capetola was going to be CEO but then it never came to fruition. I agree with Derbyblood...not a fan of capetola.
nobody said a R/M. Quoted the exact words in the filing. New Management as well as a pending oil and gas acquisition.
No more info has been presented. Why would he know them? Because he lives in Texas? lol...among how many million others?
The reason you are being questioned is because you aren't making any sense. You ask for DD? lol well verbatim quotes from SEC filings represent what one would hope are the more accurate information.
LOL....you crack me up. I don't have much....haven't sold. I would like to see who has taken over this company. Its a wildcats that I'm willing to play. But you can't deny.....something has changed in management
LOL.....so tomorrow dictates whether it was a good move? I guess it was a bad move today.
Filing with Oil and Gas Acquisition mentioned:
The notes with face values of $100,000 and $200,000 are due on December 14, 2011 and accrue interest of 12%. The note issued for $200,000 was issued as a payment of a finder’s fee to a third party for an oil and gas acquisition that is pending and not yet completed as of September 30, 2011.
get filled?
lol...I want to see this one unfold. Holding for higher
