nobody said a R/M. Quoted the exact words in the filing. New Management as well as a pending oil and gas acquisition.

No more info has been presented. Why would he know them? Because he lives in Texas? lol...among how many million others?

The reason you are being questioned is because you aren't making any sense. You ask for DD? lol well verbatim quotes from SEC filings represent what one would hope are the more accurate information.
