possibly a good observation. particularly in light of how much plastic JBII claims they will be handling. [which of course remains to be seen]
and on the friggn warpath too. just hope i'm not pissed at any stocks you are in, LOL
nice of you to take up contributions for such a charitable cause. how bout considering doing the same for me?
i've got a similar problem to that of Milo's. send me the money, and i'll let you know how things come out, in the end.
CRANK IT UP BABYYYYYEEEEEEEEEE !!!!!
i'm gonna crack if i dont get outta here.... LEMME OUTTTTTT!!!!
a nice Friday night... good night for fighting in the Jailhouse. though, not quite as good as Saturday night. but, fortunately, i'm a lover, so therefore more than likely will end
up managing the neanderthals that will be engaging in bloody battles. but, be that as it may, its also a good opportunity for a nice open note to ihub admins. all the way from the top down.
so, Matt, very kind of you to pass on ihubs Education Wiki. i've got one of my own that you should pass on to your admins, and modsquadders as well. basically, its how to read, re-read, and interpret and understand a couple of basics, right out of the Handbook. heres a couple of samplings:
Off Topic
Posts not about the topic of the board including other stocks or companies.
Posts about or focusing on other Members and their reasons for posting on the board (i.e. "XYZDownDaDrain" is just a basher, ignore him", "XYZToDaMoon" is a pumper").
Posts with religious or political statements should be removed as "off topic". These inevitably create an avalanche of replies that are off topic as well.
Posts about Moderators and/or deletions are also "off topic". Issues of this nature need to be discussed with a Site Admin.
Putting "ot" at the beginning of a post does not make it acceptable. It is still off topic and eligible for removal.
now, you need to include a couple of other references, such as various posters' kidneys, and things like that which when priorly deleted by a board mod, were later restored by admins./modsquadders.
somehow, i just cant find body parts being germane to a P2O[plastic to oil] stock, such as the JUGGERNAUT , JBII.
next, we have:
Spam
Posting the same or similar content to more than two (2) boards within a calendar day;
Posting the same or almost identical post more than twice within a calendar day i.e. "where's the PR?", "anyone seen the PR?", "thought there was going to be a pr today?", "geez, is the pr coming out today or not?";
Sending the same or similar unsolicited PM to multiple recipients
Posting content that is off-topic to the subject of a board;
Posting statements that do not add value to the discussion (i.e. simply "LOL" or "Yes");
Posting excessively on one or more message board(s). If you feel someone is abusing their posting privilege in this manner, please discuss this with a Site Admin prior to removing any posts.
Spam that overlaps off-topic (see below) are posts containing content promoting other sites, stock-related or not, that has no use in the discussion (for example, if your board is about Ford Motor Company, a post or link about a home improvement company is not relevant to the discussion); and posting the same "noise" posts i.e. "to da moon" or "this stock is a POS" continuously without other relevant content. This does not mean that if someone asked about dilution yesterday, a similar post today is considered spam.
now, this is a bit of a confusing one. while i realize most of your ancillaries may think this is something to eat, its not. but, somehow, it evades me that a poster can ask the same question over, and over, and over again, ad nauseum about a video being made or not, be deleted by moderators, and then become restored. yes, that was on the same board for the JUGGERNAUT , JBII.
and now... irrefutably the most confusing, and perplexing and constantly erroneously applied form of deletion, the famed and feared, VOP:
Violation of Privacy – posting of what the member believes to be any personally identifiable information (email, real name, phone, address, etc.) about another User or posting the contents of a private message. For example, if a Member posts that "XYZDownDaDrain is actually Bob Smith", whether the information is accurate is a moot point. The Member was trying to disclose personal information. Posting or referring to the contents of private messages without the author's prior consent is considered a violation of privacy and can get you suspended or terminated from the site.
now Matt, this is where you can really shine, and be instrumental in tutoring your subordinates in the true meaning and understanding of the term. clearly, they are clueless, other than in the careless application of it. i have posted about my thoughts in how it is applied, albeit erroneously at my behest, and of course to deaf ears. perhaps you should really take a few minutes of your valuable free time and review it. since it is clearly ambiguous, with multi faceted interpretations.
clearly, my alleged breaching of it is categorically false, and resulted in my stay here. i would really like you to reconsider this ridiculous sentence imposed upon me, and in the spirit that the rule is not clear, nor applicable to use in my case, i should have my sentence commuted for time served.

oh, and in a similar fashion to your own... " feel free to pass this link around, too. " [particularly to your admins & modsquad]
so, Shelly... LOL !!! thats an interesting characterization of things by you....
gee, i'm not sure where you came up with that brilliant deduction. but, pretty safe to say it had to come from a major boardroom admins. meeting.
but, be that as it may, i'm fairly cogniscent of the fact i am in ihub jail, and am certainly not feigning being here. however, i am extremely perplexed [not really] as to why you/ihub cant seem
to address the problem which allegedly landed me here. i quoted several references in my previous posting, of course all went ignored by you, or anyone else. and, not surprisingly.
seems when ihub is incorrect and/or unable to answer to something that they erroneously implemented, read: my alleged VOP, they use the silent treatment/evasion method.
i mean, if thats the way it is, thats fine. just put it out there on the table. say, " ABIGHAMMER , we fouled up, and made the reference you cited open to interpretation, and we dont know how else to handle it, but to put you in jail. "
that would at least be a tad more palatable than the current method, which as i mentioned is one of silence and evasion.
i guess i would have to simply stand pat and say, ok, show me how, where, i specifically violated your vague, and ambiguous VOP ruling. if not, excercise the better judgement here, and release me promptly.
so..... anyways.... here i am again. incarcerated erroneously yet again for an alleged violation of privacy by ihub admins.
naturally, first thoughts would be, okay, whose privacy did i violate, and how?? of course, when that simplistic scenario is broached to admins, there is clearly no response/reply in this particular area.
i had a couple of signatures i used when replying to this person whose privacy i allegedly violated. one was "ed mooney". aka, the principal in ferris buellers day off.
another, was theodore j. mooney. the boss Lucy loved to hate.
pretty public figures i would say. anyways, here is the poster that some of my posts were referencing: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/ProfileA.aspx?user=215564
however, you can see, ihub played a little game, and changed his former alias to this new one. [even though its currently held by another Moron].
at any rate, my big question[s], which quite possibly may never be answered is this:
a. whose personal info did i disclose?
b. was that a he, or a she?
c. is it a real specific [ 1 ] person you think i was referring to?
d. or, one of 50,000 + results, when simply Googled?
i find it extremely humorous that there can be 50,000+ people in the world with a similar name, and quite certainly a percentage of them having occupations in the same industry. you know, that industry which in one word became iconic in the movie The Graduate? yes, that same industry, whose waste generated is being turned into fuel oil by the JUGGERNAUT company, JBII.
so, in a nutshell, here we have it. i am in jail for allegedly [knowingly] proffering personal info about some unknown, unidentified person, who may, or may not even be an IHUB member.
oh, BTW, here is IHUBs official meaning of VOP:
Violation of Privacy – posting of what the member believes to be any personally identifiable information (email, real name, phone, address, etc.) about another User or posting the contents of a private message. For example, if a Member posts that "XYZDownDaDrain is actually Bob Smith", whether the information is accurate is a moot point. The Member was trying to disclose personal information. Posting or referring to the contents of private messages without the author's prior consent is considered a violation of privacy and can get you suspended or terminated from the site.

funny, i cannot determine any method, or assimilation to me believing any info in my posts would be attributable to another user. nor, naturally is there one shred of evidence of me using a specific poster's real name or other identifying info.
well, unless of course ihub is attributing it to one of those 50,000+ Googleable persons.
just an amazing travesty. just once, it would be nice to see ihub take a step back and say: "geeze... maybe the language and the wording in the VOP is a little nebulous at best."
............just once......
that puts it ridiculously into perspective.
isnt that a form of extortion? are you perhaps under the hire of the same firm threatening to perform similar acts
against small children under the direction of JBII ??
that seems odd. looks like a boiler plate response they set up. in fact it looks eerily familiar to this posters response:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53883431
further along, i recall you had some serious issues with receiving your product. in fact, i checked back your history, and found that managment wasnt very forth coming with your very tiny order.
i wonder if they are truthful with the multitudes of shareholders? pretty safe to say their track record would clearly say NOT.
take a look at this history with EVRN management:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/MemberPostsToBoard.aspx?userid=32133&boardid=15668
guess what... its predicated off a benchmark number of 100. thus, my reference to percentage.
any metric related to calculating it is done in percentages as well, further, supporting my simplification of it, which was done
mainly so Zardiw understands.
e.g., if last month was 50, is it greater by a number, or a percentage given??
CAPEEEEEEEEEEECE ???
we were talking about Zardiw, remember?
so, taking the converse view would indicate that 46.5% of people think things suck ?
now theres a thought, LOL
MSOA - BURNIN DOWN DA HOUSE !!!! + 42% !!!!!!!!!!!!!
thats it in a nutshell, at the moment. a little news would propel it. though, the financials last week should have gave us a bit more juice.
well... we are hovering around near historical lows. so, who knows... with any luck, maybe a little bounce action.
something has to move this stock.
frankly, i am wondering who would even considering logging out of I-Hub?
looks like today didnt help your avg. all too much, Ricky.
i'm guessing tomorrow may not be much better. but, do you have another option ??
tell me a couple of things here.....
virtually from day one of the EC being approved, have we/they not been stonewalled, to the max?
so, basically my train of thought/question is this..... what has changed? subpoena power[s]????????
grant me a little latitude.... lets say the examiner has been stonewalled as well, or given info that is virtually impossible to disseminate. i.e., whales, golf, whatever.....
anyone care to postulate whats next? what will/can THJMW do next, to force the hand to be exposed? what kind of punitive measure can she employ? shes sure as hell not going to start tossing any dollar values around. so, what would change the venue for the positive?
seriously. i guess it becomes kind of a lawyering question/answer. i just dont know, myself.
you can be virtually guaranteed the OS, and float is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy more than that old info, monkey.
which, is basically the reason this thing just moves lower, and lower, even on positive news.
how do you feel things may roll on the 50 % chance [or greater] that the examiner testifies his activities have been thwarted from the onset?
Jealous?
well, the important crew is burned out already on posts.
dont know. but, having the moniker of "weirdest guy on the internet", probably helped.
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhh babyeee.... i wouldnt even know where to begin.
go burn up around 5 posts on our sister board, and then get back to us, LOL
you could be an easy add, if you continue with the insubordination.
[per Raw, to me]
safest/quickest : 911
Ricky.... you been around EVRN long enough.
ANSWER : when they stop diluting. whenever that may be.
easy son, it wasnt that friggn funny.
was that a lengthy process for you to learn.... counting in reverse in single digits?
a succinct, accurate guess would be: lots and lots and lots of shares out there. and when you think those are exhausted,
think lots more.
heres some brilliant on topic, not spammish or vulgar observations, that will probably be made into a sticky post, with the current moderating criteria.
