tell me a couple of things here.....
virtually from day one of the EC being approved, have we/they not been stonewalled, to the max?
so, basically my train of thought/question is this..... what has changed? subpoena power[s]????????
grant me a little latitude.... lets say the examiner has been stonewalled as well, or given info that is virtually impossible to disseminate. i.e., whales, golf, whatever.....
anyone care to postulate whats next? what will/can THJMW do next, to force the hand to be exposed? what kind of punitive measure can she employ? shes sure as hell not going to start tossing any dollar values around. so, what would change the venue for the positive?
seriously. i guess it becomes kind of a lawyering question/answer. i just dont know, myself.
