Is this document a bunch of BS???
Yes, in considerable part. We've commented on it before. Note, for example, that Mario claims there've been no "related party transactions", and then shows that two of his own companies own large chunks of shares.
And so on.
It seems Lakers and Janice Shell have other intentions then investing in PayChest Inc.
No shit sherlock.
It's pretty obvious they have either been burned on this stock when it was Mellon Research (mlon) or had bad business dealings with Mario Pino.
On the contrary. I just think it's fun to go after Mario.
Somewhere at your email site you'll see "options". Go there and look for "headers". Click on "full" or "advanced"...as high as it goes. Click "okay" or whatever you need to do to save that setting. Now go to one of the emails you received. You'll now see a lot of header info.
Copy it and post it here.
Um, why should a site admin be an authority on what's happening with the company?
I don't recall anyone saying that. Maybe you're on the wrong board.
Maybe a few weeks before it's finalized. But the company would have to tell the TA to get the certs for cancellation to start the process. So the TA would know.
The company has to tell the TA if it retires shares. Those certs have to be cancelled, and all certs must go through the TA.
You're really very passive about doing research, aren't you?
Huh? Why shouldn't the divvy be distributed? It kinda HAS to be distributed, I'd say.
TAs are responsible for doing ALL stock transfers. So the company is obliged to keep the TA informed. I suppose there are cases in which a company issues stock without telling the TA (CMKX may be one of them), but that's illegal.
Well, if they ever actually try to submit that 211, someone with more authority than I will tell them they're lying.
We've been here before. Jim, I, and others pointed out what wasn't true in that document.
Her name appears at all three of the links I cited.
You're just not getting this. There is NO REASON, EVER, to believe a word Mario says.
What "private stockholders" agreed? Nobody agreed to anything, except for Mario. Go read the Form 211. The deal is spelled out there.
That one's certifiable. But then so many of 'em are.
Oooooohhhhh, where??
Didn't bash LOCH either, though it was always a stinker.
Never even heard of it. Yahoo tells me it's an "invalid symbol".
No. Though I should have.
Those certs are probably the "no record" certs. Presumably, the ones Urbie, Melvin, and DeSormeau flogged in Sask without bothering to tell the TA.
That's exactly what I meant. How "provable" are Mario's PRs? Not very, most of the time.
Thanks!
News? Well......I think Mario has to be VERY careful about what he puts in PRs. That's kinda limiting.
That's because it's trading unsolicited. MMs aren't paying much attention, because they're not making a market.
The end result is the
comany cannot raise capital from banks or from selling stock.
Banks don't lend to CMKX's kind of Pinkie anyway. And who says they can't raise capital from selling stock?
Urbie raised a helluva lot. The problem is that he kept it for himself.
Which ones?
We are seeing too much positive for that.
Huh? And what would that be?
Whatever information companies choose to give to individual shareholders, analysts, or anyone else must be made to ALL shareholders, analysts, and so on. Companies cannot hand out information selectively.
This is an SEC regulation, called Reg FD. FD stands for "full disclosure".
Jimmy. Your original comparison was of CMKX to Refco. THAT is what's apples to oranges.
IBZT and CMKX are both just penny stock scams. Apples to apples.
I have sent e-mails to paychest and have received feedback. The information, according to the responses, is confidential and may be legally privileged.
OOOPS!! That's a violation of Reg FD.
Does that mean they are primarily speaking of short selling that is being done in the Pinks, Greys or OTC?
No.
hmmmmm.... Whatever your first link led to is now gone...
Just be sure that's recorded somewhere. You know, officially.
So what we got were "units." and not really 1 for 1 shares but 1 "unit" per share of PAIM.
Oh for God's sake. Complain to the Nasdaq and the SEC.
...and a 20 acres volcanic desert lot in Hawaii.
Volcanic desert lots in Hawaii aren't worth much, for obvious reasons.
Doesn't everyone have a Serbian accountant?
so what does that mean?
Nothing much. We already knew she was living in California.
Pearl is using a Hotmail e-mail account, but her originating IP is in California.
That's San Jose.
Its president, a woman who goes by the names Mz. Pearlasia and Elvira G. Gamboa, was successfully sued by the California State Banking Department to prevent her from representing herself as a banker there.
How about this?
In Hong Kong this summer, a judge sentenced a young Austrian baker to six months in jail for attempting to cash checks totaling $500,000, drawn on the Asia Pacific Bank of Melchizedek. The baker called himself Crown Prince Gerald-Dennis Sayn-Wittgenstein-Hohenstein and held a diplomatic passport as Melchizedek's 'ambassador at large.' According to an account in the South China Morning Post, the judge dismissed the idea that the whole thing was a joke, saying, 'A fraud on the banking system of Hong Kong is a very serious business.'

Or this?
n East Asia, the scam broke in November last year when three Melchizedek "officials" were arrested in the Philippines. They had duped hundreds of local Filipinos, Chinese and Bangladeshis to pay up to US$3,500 for worthless Melchizedek travel documents they were told were "internationally-recognised passports". Some had also paid large amounts of money to obtain "government jobs" on a Pacific island which the "Dominion of Melchizedek" claimed was within its jurisdiction.

If Pearl was a criminal, the DOJ wouldn't sit on their butts for more than a decade with all of press attention she has gotten.
Don't be silly. Think how many Mafiosi are walking around free.
