Glad to hear it!
And the pigs are just fine!
I don't think donkeys are indigenous to the Philippines. Maybe a caribou?
Not that smart.
What?? The SEC has announced that it's investigating Mario and PYCT. I'd call that more than a "warning".
As for BCIT, nobody knows what might or will happen. After nearly a year.
Nonsense. You can't sue a company for saying they "wouldn't" do something. Zillions of CEOs have said they wouldn't do a r/s, and then have gone ahead and done one.
Okay, of course you can sue anyone or anything for just about anything at all. Costs you about $150 to file a complaint. But if you want to prosecute it, it quickly gets lots more expensive. Pearl had little to fear on that account.
I have been reading your posts for quit a while and you would have loved to have proven that you were RIGHT or WRONG!
That I would. BUT...I like bathrooms. NICE bathrooms. Apart from that, I just don't believe that a mine that can only be accessed by a four mile hike is likely to be a major producer anytime soon.
I'd have bet you would have found a way to go if you were there.
lol, only if someone had been willing to lay on a helicopter. I'm not into four mile hikes even with NO humidity and low temperatures.
Check out the definition of "erudite".
I'll amend that: If the SEC is still investigating after more than a year, then probably they plan to take further action eventually.
Well, they made him retract once before. Right now, my guess is that the SEC is more interested in the BCIT shenanigans.
But I could be wrong about that. Much of the time they just don't care what happens with penny stocks. They feel they've warned people, and that's enough.
Have you been drinking or something? According to PYCT's Pinksheets information, the SEC is actively investigating both Mario and PYCT.
I really don't think anything should be deleted. After all, it's the weekend.
I think we're talking "caribou" here. If you're lucky.
And to expand on that.... What the hell is wrong with being "negative" if the company in question is a total disaster?
As you know, I lived in Italy for more than twenty years. I was amazed, when I moved back to the States, to discover that to express pretty much anything but total enthusiasm about anything but smoking was considered to be EVIL.
Sometimes negative about the company, or companies, as well. That was machcobra's downfall.
PYCT did purchase the productive gas line in Kentucky! It's been pr'ed to the world that they did!
My GOD you're naive.
And yes, Mario IS PYCT. He owns a controlling interest.
lol, the Carrots, or the Peters?
He is very erudite.
In what subject?
why haven't you taken the time to investigate the mine for us?
Maybe he wasn't up to the four mile hike in 90% humidity. I certainly wouldn't have been.
lol, I've never seen an "investor" beg for yet more reverse splits...
If I remember what I read he said two Central Banks have failed and he believes this one will too.
WTF??? News to me.
lol, seems that Mario wants MySpace "friends'. So far, he's only got one.
But that has nothing to do with CMKX. If Hugo had even read the IHub CMKX board, he'd have found the dirt. But like so many people, he was apparently charmed and convinced by Urbie. Apparently his views on that subject have evolved from the early SB-2 amendments to the final one.
As I said earlier, "Anatomy of a Con Job" wouldn't be a bad subject for a documentary.
I've been following the CMKX story since early 2003. There isn't much about it I don't know.
The fact that Mr. Cancio spent time with Urban, those not means he is associated with him.
Initially he was a big fan.

Far as I can tell, they don't care about Pinkies or OTCBB.
They're a New Orleans thing. Are you telling me you never watch Emeril? You can get 'em at most supermarkets these days.
LOLOLOL!!
Usually, shorting a Mario stock is a sure bet.
In that case, you should DEFINITELY use Bulgarian Carrot peppers.
I say the bad guys will be "Walking the Plank."
The whole point of the OK suit was to deal with the "bad guys". None of them would have been willing to settle if they thought there was more to come. Although I think it's at least possible that there IS more to come. I certainly wish the SEC would go after Mario. What ARE they waiting for?
We won't make any money because Megas cares about us, but Megas wants to dole out some punishment to those who allowed the counterfeit shares to be traded for so long, and that will be our opening.
Unfortunately, the people who allowed the counterfeit shares to be traded for so long are the SEC and the NASD.
Hot peppers too? Wouldn't be very good without hot peppers.
"I say the "shorts" institutional or hedgies, are in trouble"
I don't think any professional shortsellers would have messed with this one. They like to know what's going on. They wouldn't want to find themselves in a situation in which they couldn't cover if they wanted to; that's an unacceptable risk.
In that sense, the two cases are quite different. GVRP tried to do a forward split, and then a reverse split. Most brokerages didn't accept that, probably on instructions from somewhere. There's even disagreement about what the proper ticker is. Subsequently, management didn't even try to do anything about the problem.
And no, they didn't try to catch up with filings, but far as I know the SEC hadn't threatened them with revocation of registration.
Do you think will BCIT trade again soon?
I don't know. Obviously "someone" has been keeping it from trading for nearly a year now, as with GVRP. Who is this "someone"? We don't know. Whoever it is seems to have the authority to prevent it from trading, and so it must also have the authority to make it possible for the stock to resume trading.
Not enough information.
LOLOL!! That should do the trick... Can't say they aren't thoughtful.
It really is weird that Ameritrade seems so unable to learn from its previous mistakes.
Oh yes, they know exactly what trades were made; or at least they can find out about that.
We'll see what happens, but it's pretty obvious that they could have cared less about people who bought GVRP. Of course, in most cases people bought precisely because they hoped to take advantage of an "inadvertant" short position.
Do you think there will be any monetary recourse for those that purchased shares prior to the suspension?
I don't know. I don't think anyone will make millions. It's been obvious for a long time that the only shareholders Megas cares about are the original ones.
