There are 4 million free-trading shares plus a yet unknown number of restricted shares that insiders were issued when the reverse merger took place.
But there are so few anyway. What's an extra 10-15 million shares?
Any chance they will forget to split our shares?

He is a guy who I talked to last Tuesday, the day that the reverse split was announced. I was trying to find out the state of incorporation. It looks like they were incorporated in Delaware.
He's a funny guy. He said "I'm an Idaho spud living in Denver. Denver is the only city you can be a mile high every day without getting arrested."
Oops, I meant to reply to you, rollin.
You're welcome, Ed. This has been a blast to watch. I think Wes was telling the truth.
Somebody is loading up pretty heavily here at .35.
I just spoke with Mike Lippman about DGIF. He said this is not a start up company. They already have revenues and a couple of large contracts lined up.
He said that the split left a float of 4 million trading shares and more restricted shares were added for insiders.
It was Larry.
Nice move here. Can it go to a dollar, or is this the end of the line? The last time AVXT ran like this it peaked at .45, but they're much further along since then.
CVSS is moving on buyback news. Let's see how high we can move that 2 million share free-trading float.
Move back the ask, gents. You can do better than .105.
It was confirmed on the 27th, according to the I-box.
Yes, I definitely believe that the two I-hubbers were told this by the ceo in separate phone calls. What the ceo is up to, your guess is as good as mine.
But let's test how thin that 2 million share float is while he has our attention.
Just to clarify, both were told a PR would be issued, but one of the callers wasn't sure when.
The run today was based on the ceo's conversation with two separate callers. Both said he is planning to buy back the 2 million free-trading shares and go private. One of the sources said that a PR on the buyback is coming soon.
With such a tiny float we could see CVSS run quickly on that news.
Re CVSS:
The buyback talks were confirmed by a second, and very trustworthy source. With only 2 million free-trading shares, .10 is dirt-cheap. A CSBR-like run to .80 is very possible with a concentrated effort.
I took a punt today too. I liked this company anyway, with a very low float and huge revenue potential. A positive PR and we'll be looking a many bags here. Son's positive take on the management team makes me even more bullish.
Anything under .20 on CVSS is a steal.
Wow that's great to hear, sons. I trust your opinion so to hear it from you that manangement is pro-shareholder is very good news. This company has loads of potential.
Is Curt Olsen new to the mix, or has he been involved with METP for a while? 2. If the share count is updated on the state website, is that OS or AS they're updating? TIA.
I-hub U. is my favorite institution of higher learning. :)
Yes, you're forgetting something. What is an exceptable split the way you see it? What are the cheaper ways of going public that you refer too?
Yes, if he can get that company with 10 to 30 mil in revenues it would be huge, for him and us.
I think he added 15 million shares as his cut of the deal. He was listed with 15 mil in the financial report.
Yes, it's all up to Abe. It's his shell.
Good find. I got the information about Bruce from Letitia Doll. I'm not sure if she's up to speed on the day to day goings on of the company.
This is clearly an Otto Law operation at this point, which is apparent from the Nevada website.
Here is another piece of the puzzle courtesy of threeflight. It's the first post that alludes to Otto Law.
Here's a good post to add to the DD list. The Bruce he is referring to is Bruce McCoubrey who is still the current president of DTGP. This is when Otto Law came into the picture.
Thanks for the updates. The more angles we examine, the better.
Did you get a piece?
So if we combine that buying pressure with a little news...
Looking good, thanks Ken.
I'm pretty sure I saw that FCNK was 5 mil. I heard LFZA was huge, like 900 mil.
Thanks Ed. I owe you for this one. I hope you don't mind, but I plan on running up a tab.:)

DTGP .007 x .008. Merger news on the way.
DTGP running again .007 x .008. New board members to be announced soon. RM is being handled by a law firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions.
DTGP is moving again today. .007 x .008. RM news on the way from Ottolaw, a corporate law firm that specializes in mergers and acquisitions.
I'm getting word that we may have some more buyers on the way. Hold tight, we might still see that run to .01 yet today!
This is setting up nicely for some merger news, which is on the way. Let's keep the momentum going here. When the news comes, we'll have the market's full attention. Ottolaw specializes in mergers, this is money in the bank.
This is another FCCN in the making, minus the extra 900 million shares.
