With oil over $100 and nat gas inching up this summer with the driving and hurricane season and add to that the expected continued weakening of the dollar, anything is possible.

Not to mention if the summer is hot nat gas will be inching up ever so much more do to demand for eletricity for cooling. Then add to it the signs of recovery in the economy. Believe me that could drive it up much higher. I believe the weakening economy is what dropped oil under $100 in the first place. Heck I left out geopolitical unrest in the Middle East.

The transition to nat gas is in place IMHO, with the Japan nuclear disaster you will see more electric plants fueled by natural gas and now the administration is pushing it as part of its domestic solution.

About time...

SIOR setting on 450 million in revenue potential and favorable SS.

I look at the charts over the last year and I can easily see when any positive news: patents, contracts, or jv comes out you can throw the charts for the last 3-4 months out the window.

This will lift off.

MM's can frustrate you to death. Never expect anything in pinky land. If I were to look at the charts for the last 3 months I would say this is going to take off. Right when we think its about to happen then yesterday...

Keep the faith baby, the payday will be that much greater..

I Know What I See....

I guy possibly preparing a company for a buyout. A couple strategic acquisitions improved share structure, revenues, unique technology, development center all set up and in place.

This has the perfect makings of a build to sell scenario. Either way they will do well IMHO, either selling or growing the company.

From the reduction in a/s and from what I am hearing here on the board from those more close to the situation, I get the impression that the CEO is wanting to be a bigger time player. It seems he may have aspirations to be a company whose stock maintains a relatively low o/s count and trading in the double digit cents to dollars?

Does anybody else feel that way as well???

It will be nice to see the SLAM deal close.

With the "develop once support many platform" approach you will see a huge improvement in margins as compared to the old traditional method.

This is an equalizer so to speak, for every 1% or market share DNA can take from competition there is an exponential increase in net profits comparatively. Over time DNA will be able to increase their grab on share by taking those excess margins and apply to additional buildout of apps.

It would seem to me the larger competition will soon realize that it would be in their best interest to buy out the company, gain the technology and potential margin growth and be done with it.

The Obama administration is pushing fuel economy and green in truck fleets throughout the country. I am not sure, help anybody, my bet there is some sort of government tax incentive for this as well.

I will be adding on the slightest dip, with this SS we are staged for massive appreciation.

Is what I am seeing from back into December... I have had stocks reverse quite well after triple bottoms.

With events due to happen with the company this could get quite interesting.

I still believe patience will be rewarded here. If they can get the streaming video moving, create a u-tube type environment for ad revenue, and get the HDTV going we should see some reasonable revenues and this puppy will fly.. SS perfect for that.

They do dilute the bare minimum thats for sure. I like that.

I should sell just in time for this thing to take off. Deadlines and schedules with agreements like these get changed and re-scheduled all the time. PR announcements are the same. It is what it is and patience normally pays off in these situations. It will happen when it happens.

We are at that price range where it doesn't make any sense selling thinking you can buy back in cheaper. Dude, if this does what it has potential to do a few trip ticks mean nothing...

I know I have purchased....

companies, not public, and in years past I was always instructed by my attorney to do so by forming my own corporation and doing an asset purchase agreement. This is done to avoid prior ownerships liabilities tied to the corporation that may be of past occurances.

Today however my attorney has canned language which allows me to purchase the corporation with protective language which keeps me immune to the prior owners liabilities if they are discovered after or before the fact....

Do we all really think with a merger in the works this has not already been handled, thats if it is an issue to begin with. I am just giving Fire lane the benefit of the doubt..

Anything around 40,000 ounces and up and I will be delighted because that will triple the current intake from Plot "C" which will range from 420,000 to 840,000 dollars per month....

A stock setting at .0006 and generating over a million dollars monthly is crazy... We should be at .003 today... Maybe we will as a result of recent events...

On a Brighter Note....

If we could get the catalyst to break out, the averages 20,50,100 would quickly converge and we would break through those quickly triggering buy signals galore, also add into it the triple bottom, gee, we would be set for some major action...

The action I think we all are anticipating...

I think the futile attempts to break through the 20dma and hold is whats hurting here. I for one believe we have hit bottom, but EGOC has tested it three times in 4 months and if we are going to have a reversal it should be happening soon. We need to close over .0013 then tackle the 50 day at .00155. I would like to see us break past .0013.

The charts in pinkyland can sometimes be mis-leading. One good day on news and this puppy blows that recommendation out of the water.

With all the potential here I cant see enough sellers stepping to the plate to break the stock down.

Right when you do that, then patent news and contracts come out. I have seen that and actually been burned by it before.

My take on it for what its worth...

I Agree I Do Not

Think this has a bearish impact at all. It depends on the holding period no matter how you look at it. If EMLL is generating revenues in a hot sector and they continue to grow the stock will do just fine minus the control by the powers that be to keep it down in a trading range.

The exposure is as such here that there are many interested in the growth and potential of EMLL and the growth is developing before our very eyes. I am rather new here but what I have noticed is a strange trading pattern, whereby no matter how positive the news and I mean REAL revenue generating news the stock is manipulated. You can look at any number of other holdings and they would be trading at .003 by now.

If things were to stay as they were, that would be the crime and bearish. I see this as a breath of fresh air and basically puts the investors back in control of the direction of the stock. Not a few with the ability to manipulate..

That is Huge..

I am a software engineer, though I have distanced myself from the day to day coding, I now own the company I used to program for.

Anyway the points you make about SLAM are huge... Any time you can develop once and it be portable to various platforms is hugely cost effective, efficient, but allows you to target multiple platforms without having to make the decision which one to focus on. Re-engineering for other platforms can be time consuming and costly not only from development time but also testing...

I have to say again this is huge!

If What I am reading is correct...

These are the very means that there were those able to push down the stock and manipulate it even though retail was busting its tail off to break through levels of resistance on super news and advancements by the company....

Another reason MM's like the way things are trading. The more trades in ranges = more fees for trading.....

This sounds like great news!! Let the stock go based on its merits not other motives of a few to keep the stock in a trading range for their beneift...

Wow this could be what EMLL needs at this point of the game with huge news on the way..

It always seemed we were headed up hill, and comparatively to other holdings we all felt we should be in the .002 to .003 range as a result of recent postive events..

Just curious, who brought this to the attention of the powers that be for these several stocks? Did it result from CEO's of the company's complaints or others close to the trading scene of this hedge fund that new bad things were happening.
