From the reduction in a/s and from what I am hearing here on the board from those more close to the situation, I get the impression that the CEO is wanting to be a bigger time player. It seems he may have aspirations to be a company whose stock maintains a relatively low o/s count and trading in the double digit cents to dollars?

Does anybody else feel that way as well???

I dont see a dilution hog here.
