I thought you were trying to say even though it is going up it is still making lower highs and lows. We closed over the 10 day simple moving average, while the 10 day sma also started curving upwards. we'll see where this goes. I am holding till at least .04.

IMO If news is not released it will be purely technical. All of this DD pointing to a merger and good financial numbers have been around since last Sept./Oct. There is no reason for it to breakout due to fundamentals now imo.

Nothing. I'll sell my shares for a profit and then try to get back in alot cheaper when the technical breakout is over.

Quick serious question. Not trying to start a feud. Say DNPI buys Cape for, randomly, 100 million. Does it not bother you that your piece of the pie is about 50% less now that the A/S, and likely soon the O/S, is doubled? No one (except for a few) seem to be upset about this.

I never even uttered the word DD. I'm not refuting the logic behind the work done so far. It makes sense as a possibility. Thats the reason I'm still in this (albeit at a price I am not happy with). Its a possibility though. It is also possible no merger ever takes place involving Cape. Yet, it does not seem people will even consider that could be true, however.
