We know how quickly this can move up. Someone just sold 1/10th ownership in the company in a day. Why not wait to sell on the next run up? Must have really needed the 5 grand. I hope he/she doesn't own a printing press.:)
If you're holding it for the merger possibilities (and I know you are) then this is nothing but a potential buying opportunity. Unless somebody knows something horrible has happened to this shell...Oh my, what if...I'm putting in a market order at the open tomorrow. Sell it all, take what you can!
I love these low OS shells. It's like buying a dream.
I think a lot of us are doing pretty good on this one so far. If this is what getting sparked is all about, I hope to get sparked repeatedly.:)
Look at the volume. I don't think they're selling anything.
I played your little trick on Andrew today. He didn't like it. He was chomping his gum pretty hard as he told me that it was up to the directors to decide the fate of the company.
He did acknowledge that a PR about a merger with a promising young company could send the price 10 to 20 times it's current value. I told him about the FCCN/Aero merger. His reply was "yeah but how long had he been working on it before it was announced?" I told him two or three months.
He confirmed that they are in communication with companies looking to go public but that it has to be the right fit. He denies that he ever stated that there was going to be a merger. So I asked him, "you aren't going to fold the company, are you?" He said that they are looking for the best option to maximize shareholder value, which is exactly what Bruce McCoubrey told me that they told Doll management.
He said they're still working out the terms with the PR company.
Andrew told me they hadn't issued any shares since the take over.
The truth shall set us free... or at least send us into the pennies.
maybe they'll reward us with a monster.
I think we're about prime for a real PR, eh?
Ed, if you needed the money all you had to do was ask.:)
That's funny. Hopefully the new PR team does better than he did.
Just around the corner.
Great to see you back beandog. Did you get your business up and running?
penny, you have the AS listed for DTGP on your board instead of the OS. The OS is 95 million. TMXU was another big winner, although it's still a shell. The run is listed in the magic I-box.
We already have tangible proof of Andrew's work on DTGP in the Nevada state filings, now I have tangible proof of the hiring of the PR firm on my voice mail. Andrew left a voice mail discussing the PR firm last night.
Anyone know how to get a voice mail into a post?
Morning all, let's keep it rolling. We'll be operational again here soon.
Do you always get this angry when your stocks go up 10%?
Jimmenknee, I fear you're looking for microsoft down here in pennyland. EEGI has a market cap of less than 2 million and had revenues of $2.4 mil in a year without a major hurricane. If the company had it's house in order it would be worth a heck of a lot more than 2 million with $5 million projected revenues for this year.
I think it will be worth a heck of a lot more than 2 million in a few months.
You can still get in after the curtains open, but you'll pay a premium.
Storm Depot International has a dealer network on both Florida coasts and is a leader in the hurricane protection market. During the last fiscal year, Storm Depot had unaudited revenue of over $2.4 million in sales and $.465 million in earnings before taxes. Storm Depot has forecast revenues for 2007 that would more than double 2006 results.
It's from a recent PR. Notice they're forecasting at least $5 million for this year. That's just from storm depot.
Sounds like a lot of wishful thinking to me. I'll be right there with you to scoop 'em up if it goes to .0002 with hurricane season right around the corner and the other ventures they're working on.
Storm depot did $2.4 million in revenue last year alone. Add in the sports alum company and they'll be doing well over $2.7 million in revenue this year. So they're undervalued with a market cap that small.
2 to 3 months.
We have to go up more than five times the current price to reach a dollar. It won't reach a dollar if there is a 1 for 100 forward split, but 5 to 10x your investment is the same money in your account whether it goes from .18 to 1.80 or .0018 to .018.
I'm coming to realize that lawyers aren't fond of giving their time out freely. There is a clear difference between my phone calls with lawyers, and non-lawyer ceos. My conversations with lawyers, with the exception of a young lawyer from Otto Law (hasn't learned yet I suppose) are always extremely short and terse.
My conversation with Mr. Stocker was the most excruciating of them all. He wouldn't tell me anything and was silent to the point that I had to say "hello? Are you still there." I've never heard a public official sound so pissed off to answer a phone call in my life.
Suffice it to say I think he wants us to leave him the bleep alone.
It should be a fun and interesting week here.
1. He said Otto Law was finalizing the hiring an IR firm for Doll investors.
2. He has already updated the corporate filings on the Nevada state site and is currently working on clearing up all past business dealings that Doll left unfinished. He has determined the current OS of the company and increased the AS because they were almost at their limit (100,000,000).
3. They have brought in an interim president.
He wouldn't say it because I guess he feels like that is too much information to give out. And perhaps there is still a possibility that they will infuse the old Doll business with cash and restart that instead of bringing in a new company (I doubt it). Either way, they're working towards bringing in an operational company right now. Why else spend the money on an IR firm and take the time to update the records?
Make no mistake, Otto Law has financial incentive here too.
This one should be fun with hurricane season coming up.
Jimmenknee, you seem to be an astute observer of the public markets. What are some good investments or trades out there right now in your opinion?
I still see an FCCN-like move coming here. We should get confirmation of the progress next week.
it's early.
Yes, it will be great to get things rolling here.
DTGP - I just spoke with Andrew from Otto Law. Merger news is expected from the new IR firm next week.

DTGP - I just spoke with Andrew from Otto Law. Merger news is expected from the new IR firm by Wednesday at the latest.
I'm betting that we'll be seeing that PR next week. I think he's getting tired of answering our phone calls.:)
I just spoke with Andrew from Otto Law, after many attempts. He is busy getting all of DTGP's records up to date.
They are finalizing an agreement with a PR firm that will handle all IR communication in the future. He expects a PR on the initial phase of the RM will be released no later than Wednesday.
So then MGHL would probably fit your taste. It's cheap (.20), has a low OS (3 million), is fully reporting (just issued it's 10k), and it goes up every month (it's doubled over the first 4 months of '07).
That's a good idea. How many do you own? I own a handful right now.
