All someone has to do is call management.....NO r/s in talks. When it's time to uplist onto NASDAQ or NYSE they will weigh their options. I have an OTC stock right now in my portfolio that is uplisting to NASDAQ in June by merging into a SPAC, no r/s :)

Learn how to play penny stocks. Keep the ones that have some fundamentals, revenues and a future and dump EVERYTHING else. We are in a different OTC market.
