Common sense to me says whatever is happening is good.Company/stock was dead/Market expert and is currently Pink/current.
They raised over $300k from lenders to get current with their fins for a reason. 
Bit more patience.

Debt is now settled. For anyone to take over and merge into this shell there has to be share restructuring....I expect that to also happen soon.
