LOL
That's good.......outsourced to China.....now that's funny, I don't care who you are!
I can tell you I doubt a lot of stuff posted on this and other boards.
Yep, we live in a free country (so far anyways) and as long as we are a free society, we choose to believe whatever we want. This is very true......especially on message boards where about 10% of information is credible, about 60% is opinion and 30% is just pure BS. Speaking of BS, whatever became of your brick factory, lol?
You got that right, Sons. I'll add that it's nice to see 2 straight days with higher share price when the market has been down.
Last night's after-hours stumble must have been a fluke. It's nice to see us go past $29 this A.M.
Hmmm, what's this funny business in after hours trading? Up $.88 before the closing bell..........down $.88 after the bell. Talk about manipulation!!!

Just a shout-out to thank whoever it was that mentioned DNDN.
Glad I picked up some shares :>)
GB, I have an aunt that lives on the left coast of Kalifornia and she said anything over 5.0 is a big thing and is heavily reported by media.
Maybe these folks on the plane were simply pulling your leg.
Never have posted on the other board by the way.
Oops....my bad. But let's not forget the ignore feature. Have a nice day!
just sophomoric.
I guess you would know...........especially after those many mature posts you made on Jimlurs board.
Use the ignore feature if you wish :)
How old are you?
Old enough to know better, but young enough to have a sense of humor. And you?
IIRC, someone here mentioned April 12th as a time frame for IDCC vs NOK to resolve something. Would someone refresh my memory concerning the 12th? Tia
Mickey, we share the same opinion. It seems as if wall street is ignoring IDCC.
Nice post Bulldzr. It would be very nice if CNBC would mention this on Monday morning. We (IDCC) need exposure.
i have had a toke or two.......
I'll never forget the Cheech & Chong movie when they were driving back from Mexico.........good humor.
OT Mickey,
It's been over 35 years since I smoked pot and even then I didn't smoke it very often. Usually on weekends while partying with friends. I remember always craving twinkies and chocolate milk afterwards, lol.
Productivity would probably take a hit with legalized pot, but I definitely would buy stock in Hostess Twinkies :>)
Hope you are correct, but we have been hearing about this upcoming short squeeze for years now.
Um......please explain as we are only up 4 centavos. This doesn't define squeeze.
Mickey, something must be wrong with MSN real-time too because they show your penny stock is trading at......well a penny, lol.

At the way this market is treating IDCC, if we were to get an announcment that Nokia settled, the stock would drop $1.00
Sad but almost true!
Fingers, arms and legs are crossed :<)
Sons, I sure hope and pray that you are correct. Btw, do your tea leaves say anything about a time frame?
But there is more than one school of thought on that now days. Sports medicine Orthopedists will tell you throwing the curve ball is really less stressful on the shoulder and even the elbow than the fast ball.
You are probably right. My memory is of something that happened many years ago. It's possible the coach just said don't throw sliders.
A lot of this has come out with the proliferation of women's fastpitch.
I'm glad you mentioned woman's fast pitch. I find it fascinating that these gals can propel the ball sooooo fast while throwing underarm. I've heard that it's not natural for humans to throw strictly overarm because of bone and joint structure. I suppose this is why more and more pros are throwing sidearm.
He should not be using his arm so much. It can be exerted too much at his age and his stage of growth.
Imalurker is correct. My brother pitched from a very young age and was told by the coaches to not throw any curve balls or sliders. Doing this can affect the development of bones, tendons and muscle in their growing years. Young pitchers should stick with fast balls and change-ups until at least high school.
Mickey OT: Another thought would be to contact Jay Leno's producers. IIRC, that is where Tiger launched his career.
Mickey, you could try contacting ESPN via this link:

Great story Imalurker. I know what you mean about pulling cactus from your dog. Many years ago my dog had a run-in with a porcupine. I had my friend hold her down while I used the pliers.
Have lots of stories to tell.
I would love to hear more stories. Especially about the sheep :>)
To all: Jimlur posted this link on the other board. Very interesting.

Sons, are you thinking there's a chance NOK will see the light and settle on or about 4-12-10?
I can hardly wait until April 12th to see if we have a reason for the delay or something else. Anyway time will tell.
Speaking for myself, I spend equal time on all 3 IHUB forums. I quit reading the premium board only because I think it has been shut down. Mickey, IMO you have accomplished a fine forum for all investors. It's too bad a few aren't happy, but I doubt you can ever make everyone happy.
Thanks to Loop and Revlis for solving this issue. Revlis also posted this on his board:

Exhibit 1 thereto, when used with initial capital letters in this
Agreement, including any Exhibits, attachments or amendments, shall have
the meanings described in such Exhibit 1.
That's it, Revlis. Thanks for finding it. I knew there was some kind of shared research but didn't recall the details.
Good find Goodbuddy. Maybe that's what I was thinking of, but I'm sure IDCC teamed with NOK to develop wireless technology back in the late 1990's or early 2000's Damn, it's bad when the memory starts to fade, lol.
You, squinge, and dmiller made the situation both unbearable and untenable for me. Your comments are disingenuous... at best, imo.
First you go after your friend Goodbuddy, now it appears you have problems/issues with many others. You know.......there's always the option for you to spread your wings and start your own board like Revlis did............just an idea!
Nobody, Nobody, or as Mickey would say not a swingin' you know what, nobody worked harder save maybe Mickey himself, at trying to make this board a success than I have, nobody.
If memory serves me, I recall another forum on Investor Village that you worked hard to save. I use to lurk there until you saved it. I think it was called IDCC coffee club or something similar. I believe politics were involved.
Hey Revlis!
I have a question for you. Do you recall a joint venture between IDCC and NOK that took place about 10 years ago? If so, can you give us some details? Thanks!
Goodbuddy, I just looked on IDCC's website and couldn't find any press releases that go back 10 years. But I do recall some sort of joint venture between IDCC and NOK. Maybe Mickey, Olddog or Revlis will have more on this.
Yeah sure, If you're hammering a nail and I hear a thud, and you yell "Shiiit," I guess that wouldn't imply you hit your finger huh? I think you are full of it.
Sheesh, maybe Dmiller is rubbing off on you. Come on, get a grip. We are trying to make Mickey's board a success and here you are attacking a decent member of this forum.
Another good point, Olddog. Didn't IDCC partner with NOK about 10 years ago? I think it was a R&D joint venture. Anyways, maybe NOK figures since their engineers were working with IDCC engineers, that they shared in any IPR and don't owe us a thing. Just a thought..........and I could be way off.
