thanks for your honesty
Jimstr
How long were you required to "promo" amhd in lieu of the 10 million free shares?
In effect-is the promo over or are you still required by agreement to create awareness of amhd as I type?
sounds like a nice gig
I'm interested
do you have a link for matts post where it says I shouldn't post about paid promoters of AMHD?

2 problems there.
First, Todd states:
Amelot defaulted on our contract, didn't pay, then didn't pay as agreed on subsequent promises repeatedly.
Second, he goes on to say:
We were only contracted for the processor, not the whole facility. When that didn't work they asked me to sell it to someone else and refund the monies paid. I've been trying to do just that.
Obviously money was exchanged. Meaning, if no money was paid then why would there be a refund due back. Is that not a contradiction!
Your arguments are getting pretty juvenile.
I tell ya what- go to a building contractor and give him 100k to build you a million dollar house. sign a contract to make installments-dont pay the contractor as agreed- and your telling us you should have the house without paying the remainder?
Contractor is stuck with house and it is his to do what he wants with it
You want to talk intelligently fine-but dont ask stupid questions that my 10 yr old could answer
jeez

There was a time I was a believer in AMHD and posted my findings here. Aziz brought in Allen Giles who had experience overseas doing this. In doing my DD I called Todd Fitzsimmons and confirmed Aziz's PR regarding the processor. I spoke with McAlister confirming they were looking for a site. This was enough DD for me to take a position in AMHD
Everything seemed on the up and up until I got a PM from a poster here telling me that Allen Giles had quit 2 weeks prior.
Allen Giles was the brains of this operation. He had the contacts. I believe he came into this operation with the intention of making it work. He brought in Ty Macalister and Tom Cripe. Allen did all the leg work.
I never found out why Allen left but I felt that any hope of this thing working went out the door with his departure.
IMO I believe at some point he knew he was duped by Aziz and caught on to Aziz's schemeing ways and wanted no part of it. He,Cripe and Macalister left on principle. There were probably times when Aziz had to come up with money at different stages of the plan and couldn't or wouldn't come thru
I got out and posted here why I sold my small position.I continued to DD and later found out some things that confirmed my suspicions about AZiz.
Thats when I started bashing Aziz. IMO Aziz duped us all and I didn't want anewbiefalling for it too. there were enough pumpers here. I just wanted some to see both sides before investing.
Now all I hear is that bashers agnda here to short the stock or to drive the SP down to flip. MM's and bigger pockets than I could short the stock.
Did yuou evr think that it may just be as simple as keep raising the AS and OS, dump more shares on BS PRs that will never come to fruition. Aziz can hide in his house with his PO Box and cell phone pretending to be a real business.
He has no business to run. He spends all his time perfecting new PR's that will build the hype, are carefully worded to cover his ass when he doesn't follow through onany deals like he's done for the last 10 years.
Go back and read those carefully worded PRs and you will see. Just like this latest one regarding Fitzsimmons. You all came on here saying we're suing and going to get money and Todd must be at fault.
Well I've only spoken to Todd 4times on the phone and he seemed like an ethical guy. In one conversation he said he really wasn't making anything from this first unit but it could become in his words a "cookie cutter" process and at some point he could make a couple dollars on his design with future orders. He likes his work and is devoted to making life green(check out his my space)
I already held high esteem for him before yesterday but that has increased 10-fold with him coming on here and stepping up to the plate. He has actually posted his phone number for you all to call him.
Todd I'm not trying to blow sunshine up you azz but my hats off to you and yours and god bless. It's a shame that this is what you got for your time and effort spent to help a friend out in the Bio-diesel industry.
Jimstr
PS and thank you for your kind comments-not needed but appreciated just the same.

I told my lawyer to get them to release an apology PR or countersue with both barrels.
sweet!
Glad you came around Z
I only wish you had considered my sincerity before
Jimstr
Lol-you just replied to Todd himself-too funny
That was Todd because he said something in his post that I heard him say before-no doubt it was not an impersonator
Jimstr
I dont care where he got them-Paid pumper IMO is lower than a snake's belly
I dont have any respect for paid pumpers or people that defend them
adios
Hey Todd,
Didn't know your name was Lowell. I'm glad you got my voice mail about this POS Aziz.
This scammer always blames his failures on others or events. Sorry to see you get dragged into his BS. Overachiever is probably right. He probably won't follow thru with an unwinnable lawsuit. Just more Aziz BS to peddle shares. That's the only business he has going-share dumping
As I said once before, I hope you got your design patented before it shows up on E-Bay-lol.
One of the posters here turned me on to your Myspace site. I like the song "revolution"
"Plant a seed-and let it grow-- It's a revolution, a Bio-diesel solution"
Awesome stuff-take care in Tully
PS-who did the back-up vocals on 'you must be crazy"?
and have you heard from Allen?
Jim from Sandusky
Per you PM
You have to go back farther than 6 weeks ago to get the true feel for Aziz and his claims
Name one project that he finished?
I dont own anymore- got out on the last P&D
goooooooooooooooooooo AMHD weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Jatropha,bio-diesel,LOI,lawsuits,
we're all gonna be rich!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
2-bagger next week
let's not forget this though-IMO
I wish I had a group of about 10 pumpers to help me out.
not sure I can do this on my own
can't help myself-please put me on iggy
Jimstr
dont ask questions of me if you dont want to hear the answer
I'm trying to stop being negative so quit challenging me-you will lose
post some awesome DD on AMHD if you have any
vant said he got them-ask him
didn't know that about Todd-
thanks for the link

to pay for the processor.

He wouldn't have to sue Aziz. Todd came up with a brilliant processor that he will get his money for-and it wont be in millions of worthless shares

weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee go amhd double next week IMO
you're right
I tried to show the newbies the truth so they wouldn't fall for it like I did even after a ton of DD and travel expense.
All smoke and mirrors with this guy Aziz
But you're right-I'm done with that bashing. I can't come on here every 3-6 months to try to save someone money from the PAID PUMPERS on this board(ask Vantillian and crew).
Its becoming a viscious circle
bagholders pump to dump their shares on the newbies and vanish. 3-6 months later the new bagholders are pumping to the next generation of unsuspecting investors that dont have a clue what they are getting into
They have all been warned
My last negative post on AMHD
Jimstr
PS I'm new at this pump and dump thing. Let me see if I got it right
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
AMHD will be huge next week?
lol
hahahaha buy the shares then. It was Aziz who couldn't raise the money smart guy.
Would you take 100-500 million shares of a worthless stock in lieu of cash?
I forgot more about this stock than you will ever know people.
a couple more noobs like you and I will have to get in just to flip
This stock is for flippers only. I guess money can be made at the hands of unsuspecting newbies coming in but dont hold them. I dont have a problem with silent flippers.
I tried to tell the newbies on the last run that this was a share-selling scam but I give up.
In fact, I am not going to bash this stock anymore. If the newbies are stupid enough to buy shares here on hype-let them lose money!
now all you current bagholders will have chance to unload your worthless shares on the idiots coming in.
I may even get some here(Aziz always seems to find a way to get this SP hyped up) but I wont be posting.
I've got contacts all around this scam that proved to me that AMHD is just a moneymaking scam for AZIZ
I may as well take advantage of fools so I can re-coup some losses
Good luck in your trading
I wouldn't deliver unless I got paid in full either.
Good luck on the lawsuit
hahahahahahaha
who is Lowell Fitzsimmons?
hahahahahahahahahah
Thank you for the civil reply. I would like to ask a general question then:
Would there be any reason/advantage/financial gains for any private company wanting to go public to have one of its partners start a public company, issue shares, and merge/invest later?
As opposed to just taking the original private company public?
Thanks,
Jimstr
going_up,
Before you invest here, DD back at least one yr on this 10 yr scam
Jimstr
$150 trades at that
Partners in a company can butt heads on decisions. It could be just this simple:
Jared was the brains and brawn of ESI and wanted to go public and his partner/partners didn't.
so.... we have EESO
Makes more sense than..
"We want to go public so lets start another identical business with similar products and take the new company public"
Jimstr
accumulating EESO
You nailed it. I completely agree Zoro. Thats why I dont believe that ESI owners (other than Jared if he still has an ESI interest) are the big investors of EESO
I'm not trying to be antagonistic here but My question has NOT been asked 1000 times. If you went back to highyields post where the thread started you would see that highyield posted he felt that the private investors were ESI because they wanted to go public so they started EESO

Sleep on this tonight. Who do you think the private investors are that is funding EESO? Answer: It is the owners of ESI. This were the money and enzymes are comming from. ESI wanted to go public so they started EESO in conjuction with Jared. Why is the O/S never going to be increased? Answer: These private investor own millions of shares. After ESI / EESO merge and the big million dollar contracts come true this will be worth $1 plus. Now does it make any sense why this is being manipulated so bad now. All of the above is of IMO. Please tell me if I am wrong.

Only way to get EESO and ESI together. Jared said I went off on my own to create EESO. He was partners on ESI before hiring a management team to do the daily everyday business in 2004. He then started the new company ESSO by himself without his former partner. I assume Jared still owns his piece of ESI whatever % that was. Not every partnership is 50-50. Maybe the 25% is buying out the other partner, not sure on those details.
and this

I love the accusational tone in your question, "like why don't ya'll know the answer to my simple question?" Hell won't you figure it out hoss and let us know instead of acting superior because you asked a question that has been asked here 1,000 times already. To be honest who cares why? I am in concurrence with highyeild and the other 30 posters who have said that we believe ESI and EESO are somehow cut from the same cloth and connected more heavily than being publicly portrayed.
Get off the computer and go to school before you are late for your first class,
Later,
DD22
--------------------------------------------------------------
never inferred that ESI and EESO weren't conected in some way
Now I will ask it again in response to highyields post:
If ESI wanted to go public why would they have to set up EESO to do it??
in order to answer properly, you need to follow the entire thread back to highyields statement that he believes ESI is Jared's private investors and they set up EESO to go public. I simply asked if that was the plan, why didn't ESI just go public?
someone said it cost too much to go public. If ESI wanted to go public, how is it cheaper by setting up EESO?
respectfully,
Jimstr-long on EESO
If that was the plan, why didn't they just take ESI public?
thanks for the laughs Burp!
Jimstr
you have both websites to compare prices. Why are you asking us?
I am an internet shopper. I actually look for sites that accept Paypal. I wont make an online purchase unless they accept Paypal, except for airlines, hotels, etc. Its the easiest and safest way to buy product on line.
when it is up I plan on buying 1 product immediately

Exposure in National Convenience Stores Continues to Explode
FORT WAYNE, IN--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 4, 2008 -- Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (Other OTC:EESO.PK - News) CEO Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company has entered into an agreement to supply Shell Oil convenience store locations with several different cleaning solutions for store use and resale to the public.

Hochstedler commented, "Our sales team has brought another great opportunity to EESO. Shell Oil Convenience store chain will be utilizing our products designed for cleaning floors, beverage towers and the concrete pads located outside at the gas pumps. This will be a great addition to our convenience store clients as it truly is a national presence as EESO builds the U.S. market. In addition to the private use of our products, the EESO products will be placed on sale to the public. As time goes on we believe that we will be able to place a wider variety of our products for resale in these stores, but for now one step at a time. The company expects to make other major announcements in the coming days as a result of the great response from the Michigan Petroleum Show."

Enzyme Environmental Solutions Announces Agreement With Second National Convenience Store Chain
Tuesday April 8, 9:00 am ET
FORT WAYNE, IN--(MARKET WIRE)--Apr 8, 2008 -- Enzyme Environmental Solutions Inc. (Other OTC:EESO.PK - News) CEO Jared Hochstedler announced today that the company has entered into an agreement to supply Marathon Oil convenience store locations with several different cleaning solutions for store use and resale to the public.

Hochstedler commented, "Our sales team continues to knock the cover off the ball. Bill and Owen are doing a fantastic job in bringing these monster opportunities to our company. Marathon Oil Convenience store chain will be utilizing our products for self use as well as resale to retail consumers. I am extremely appreciative for the tremendous response we have received from our recent attendance at the Michigan Petroleum show and we are extremely excited for the opportunities that are on the horizon at the Indiana show later this month."
"I believe that convenience stores provide a great opportunity in which to showcase many of our products. It is estimated that there are well over 130,000 convenience store locations within the United States. The distribution of our products within convenience stores provides us the opportunity to gain rapid, widespread exposure of our products to very broad section of retail consumers. Excluding tobacco, food and beverage products, it has been estimated that as an industry convenience stores generate close to $4 Billion in retail in-store sales for general merchandise purchases. I believe that this venue for access to retail consumers can become a very lucrative part of our company's overall sales growth strategy," added Hochstedler.
