2 problems there.

First, Todd states:

Amelot defaulted on our contract, didn't pay, then didn't pay as agreed on subsequent promises repeatedly.

Second, he goes on to say:

We were only contracted for the processor, not the whole facility. When that didn't work they asked me to sell it to someone else and refund the monies paid. I've been trying to do just that.

Obviously money was exchanged. Meaning, if no money was paid then why would there be a refund due back. Is that not a contradiction!

Your arguments are getting pretty juvenile.

I tell ya what- go to a building contractor and give him 100k to build you a million dollar house. sign a contract to make installments-dont pay the contractor as agreed- and your telling us you should have the house without paying the remainder?

Contractor is stuck with house and it is his to do what he wants with it

You want to talk intelligently fine-but dont ask stupid questions that my 10 yr old could answer
