I'm not trying to be antagonistic here but My question has NOT been asked 1000 times. If you went back to highyields post where the thread started you would see that highyield posted he felt that the private investors were ESI because they wanted to go public so they started EESO

Sleep on this tonight. Who do you think the private investors are that is funding EESO? Answer: It is the owners of ESI. This were the money and enzymes are comming from. ESI wanted to go public so they started EESO in conjuction with Jared. Why is the O/S never going to be increased? Answer: These private investor own millions of shares. After ESI / EESO merge and the big million dollar contracts come true this will be worth $1 plus. Now does it make any sense why this is being manipulated so bad now. All of the above is of IMO. Please tell me if I am wrong.

If that was the plan, why didn't they just take ESI public?

Only way to get EESO and ESI together. Jared said I went off on my own to create EESO. He was partners on ESI before hiring a management team to do the daily everyday business in 2004. He then started the new company ESSO by himself without his former partner. I assume Jared still owns his piece of ESI whatever % that was. Not every partnership is 50-50. Maybe the 25% is buying out the other partner, not sure on those details.

I love the accusational tone in your question, "like why don't ya'll know the answer to my simple question?" Hell won't you figure it out hoss and let us know instead of acting superior because you asked a question that has been asked here 1,000 times already. To be honest who cares why? I am in concurrence with highyeild and the other 30 posters who have said that we believe ESI and EESO are somehow cut from the same cloth and connected more heavily than being publicly portrayed.

If ESI wanted to go public why would they have to set up EESO to do it??
