in order to answer properly, you need to follow the entire thread back to highyields statement that he believes ESI is Jared's private investors and they set up EESO to go public. I simply asked if that was the plan, why didn't ESI just go public?


someone said it cost too much to go public. If ESI wanted to go public, how is it cheaper by setting up EESO?
