Thanks.
I will work on this stuff this evening. I called the computer service people and evidently, I have NOT been using my Mozilla - sorry for misleading you. Again - I am in no way a computer person. I know that can be frustrating for those of you who try to help us unlearned ones, LOL.
Evidently, I have just been using my IE. I have been told I have to click on my "Mozilla" on my desktop to run my browser through Mozilla - or I guess you would say, to run the Mozilla browser.
I will try that tonight.
Thank you so much for your suggestions. I have a neighbor that was IBM tech for 23 years and now works for Hitachi that has said she would help me with the more difficult stuff you may suggest.
I'll touch base after I run through all the suggestions.
I would stay away from BRVO until the .53 to .57 range for the next few months. I will buy in when it hits this range. A PP has been issued at a price of .50 (a whopping 40.5MM shares!!!) and they will be registered for sale shortly. Also warrants were issued at .80, so I do not see this going very far for a while here.
Once this upcoming SB-2 gets out of the way - I think this one will rock hard. Probably 6 mo to a year down the road we should see some movement that is worth being in on the ride.
"One more - delete temp files (Tools | Internet Options, Delete Files)" - Done - No help
"If still a problem, cleaning out Windows temp folder might help" - How do I do this?
Did the "change to every visit" - Did not help.
I believe I am accessing IE directly - but I am NOT a computer peron and I have NO IDEA how the service people who worked on my computer set it up. They said they set me up on Mozilla Firefox, and that it would look a little different - but hardly anything that would be very noticeable. I do not see a difference at all. Mozilla is installed as a program that I see on my desktop - so I guess THAT is how I am accessing IE???????
Thanks,
I have figured out how to get in. The only way to see messages is for me to go to the old messages and hit "Next 50 messages". Then I can see the messages and post.
A rather cumbersome approach though, just to read the message boards here.
I have been to your board on Yahoo also - has some interesting stuff. Don't think I'll worry about posting just now - too much else to do and too many boards to keep up with.
Claymolly,
I agree totally with your post. I have not been able to see the posts the last few days because my update feature has not been working and I have an extremely hard time getting to the messages, but in that timeframe, I have called Rick Lutz several times due to frustration about how this stock's financials are being handled. Suffice it to say, much of the concerns that I expressed to Rick were exactly those that you expressed in this post.
Nice to see that someone more learned than I sees the same issues here. Thanks for your input and please keep posting issues you see as they come up - AND as you see them get resolved. I do believe Phil will resolve many of these, and I only hope that he does not repeat some of the more blatant mistakes.
Testing, I am trying to see if any messages are getting posted here - my update feature is not working.
Earnings NOT until Monday,
I'm really beginning to smell a rat.
I'm afraid this may mean a BIG disappointment!
LOL,
I kinda trust MOST of the people on this little board.
All, except the guy deleteing all the messages - because I would be shocked if it were Augie doing that.
I have already talked with Augie on the phone before.
We need to get another call set up with Vergas, IMO.
Augie, Augie, Augie
I know you are gone for the next week or so, but you have just GOT TO DO SOMETHING about all our messages being deleted.
I logged on last night to read a couple of posts about NMKT and thoughts on earnings for Friday, and there were about 8 messages, a couple that I was QUITE interested in reading. Someone was saying something about how they thought it had the potential of going to $2.50 or something in the next few quarters if it met such and such numbers, but I was falling asleep and thought, Oh well, I'll just read these first thing in the am when I can remember what it says for more than 3 seconds. First thing this morning, all I wanted to do is read those messages when my mind was fresh
AND THEY ARE DELETED!!!!!!!!!!!! Nowhere in sight.
Also, as I'm reading the stupid vandetta messages that are left here and go on and on and on, another message is posted and when I click to go to it - GUESS WHAT!!!!!
You got it - IT WAS DELETED. Now this is a bunch of horse malarky.
Now, come ON people! Let us read the message board!! - What use is it if we have to listen to hours on end about 2 people fighting with each other and all their history, which I am glad to know about, but you will not leave other people's messages that have information in them on the board???????
IF anyone knows what those messages last night said - please call me at (918) 486-4559. Now I NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, EVER give my phone number out, openly on a message board, but I am so sick of people's messages being deleted that I am ready to go kick my dog or something!!!!!!!
Augie, can you please tell me why Paul's reply to my question has now become a deleted message?
Did he use a cussword or say something vile? If he did, I sure missed it?
Man oh man do I despise people censoring communications among people!
Heck, we all listen to Telephonics talk about his vandetta against Even every third post, but he provides some great information at other times. But then, someone cannot answer a simple question about how to get somewhere without it getting deleted????? Go figure.
Thanks so much for jumping in Paul,
NOW I understand. I did not know that accessing some stocks' message boards on Yahoo was different than the method I access my other stock by. You saved the whole group here from hearing me have to ask questions ad infinitum about how to access that message board. I don't think I was able to get Telephonics to picture where my problem was. You picked up on it immediately.
Thanks, I'm sure for the whole group here, LOL.
Are you saying I have to subscribe to some special service Yahoo offers?
I participate (or just read) on about 12 other message boards for stocks on Yahoo, so I would think I had what I nneded to view a message board for NMKT on Yahoo without having to download some other extraneous program. What's the deal????
Why can I look at other message boards on Yahoo, but I cannot see NMKT without downloading something?
Thanks Scov and Augie.
Yes, I did get back in, but not until it hit .39, so I am treading water right now.
I get the feeling we will NOT hear anything before Friday. Probably mid-day on Friday, of course, because I will have to be away from my computer for a few hours at that time.
I'm a bit disappointed that they are sooooo far behind that $75MM in revenues number that they put out earlier this year. Also, did anyone ever get any of the DTFS shares that were promised?
I sure hope they could eak out a little profit this quarter. We'll soon see. If any profits, I think we could go up another 10% or so, depending on how minimal they are.
I asked you the other day how to get to the Yahoo NMKT board, but you ignored my question. Why do you keep telling us about that board and yet, you will not answer the question. I go to the quote page for NMKT.OB on Yahoo finance and try to click "message board", but the link is inactive.
How do you get to the board??????????
Way, way, wayyyyyyy too funny, ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the comic relief.
So, when does this mean that they will be filing?
Do they now have until the 19th? Will they file by then?
Any comments, please.
Telephonics, why can't I find the NMKT board on Yahoo????
Did they close it down already?
Thanks, I'll take a look at it tonight.
Thanks
I'm looking for a little information here.
Have any of you heard of a Max Bowser?
His name has popped up on a stock that I have been in for a very long time and I have never heard of him before. I get the impression he is kind of like Tobin Smith, but I don't know. Could someone fill me in and tell me whether he has a decent reputation/record or not?
Hey Augie, Jen And others.
I have not been around the board for a while, but I have been watching NMKT. I am in the process of buying back some shares. I think NMKT has the potential to move a bit here - heck it already has moved a bit, but I am expecting much more between now and end of Nov.. The only thing that I think will hold this down are if they miss earnings and I am quite anxious about that. I do not like that Vergas reassured us on several occasions that $75MM was a reachable goal this year and now he has backed off of that. ??????
I am like you Augie in that I certainly care more about profits increasing as well as revenues, rather than just seeing big revenue numbers with minimal or negative earnings.
I would certainly welcome a call to Vergas because I have a couple of questions.

From watching the price movements up to 9:30, I starting to think we may get a bit of a move today.
Hey BB or Stock Analyzer (sorry about that, LOL),
Take a look at BSQR. BB are tightening quite nicely and the CCI has come up nicely. Do you think this may be getting ready to run a bit?
GNET and JEFF are at or above .56 on the ask now and over 4 million shares have traded. I think the selling may be over unless there is another seller out there that we have not ferreted out.
Let's see where she heads now.
McMike,
You post:
"Noone ever DID get back to me on whether there are convert holders who MUST sell to avoid the 10% holding covenant."
In my post #812 I posted a reply:
"When I approached Roy about the 9 Institutional Investors that had to stay below the 10% ownership - his remark was something to the effect that they were nowhere close to having 10% ownership, so our concern about them being forced to sell (thus dilute) to maintain levels in the agreement was laid to rest".
Interesting - good to know.
Thanks for the information. Sounds like an excellent method of timing trades.
I used to use QuoteTracker until my computer had all its problems and I had to reformat the drive three times in the last two years. I just have not re-loaded Medved QT again. I LOVED it and the charts it provided.
I also used to use a program called something like The BigEasy from 10 Bagger - I wish I could find it again! Another program I loved.
However, my computer is almost at its max for its memory and I think it may be too risky to load these until after I put away some cash to invest into a new system.
I see Medved QT is still offered for free. And, for as long as you don't want to take on the expense of paying for add-free usage.
Looks like you have another chance to buy some at .63 today. I'm thinking we will trade in the .50s for a day here and there.
McMike,
Could you please enlighten me as to what this means?:
"the T3s xrossed to a buy at .63"
What is T3s?
And what kind of crossing are you looking for when trading?
McMike, Mypointz, Etc.
I talked with Roy yesterday and asked a couple of questions about the excellent calculations you people have posted on the board. If I may, I will shed a tidbit of light from my conversation: When I approached Roy about the 9 Instit Investors that had to stay below the 10% ownership - his remark was something to the effect that they were nowhere close to having 10% ownership, so our concern about them being forced to sell (thus dilute) to maintain levels in the agreement was laid nto rest:
As for them having retired some debt recently - his attitude was that of: well, sure, that seems pretty obvious with the increase in OS we have seen lately.
As for the 72MM OS number given in the CC and the 10Q - he stated that that was an accounting number that comes from some kind of formula (I think involving some averaging of numbers) and that that was NOT an actual number - so do not let that 72MM number throw off the calculations you guys are Figuring.
The numbers put on this board seem to be VERY close to accurate as for the number of OS we have at this point in time. - Roy did NOT state this. This is just my opinion after the phone convo I had with Roy.
Thanks for all the great co-operative work on this board - A very astute group of investors/traders here. I am so glad to have found this group of people.
Augie,
For now, I am out of NMKT. I do not like what has been going on with DFTS share distribution. Has anyone received their shares yet? This just makes me a bit jumpy. I got burned REEEEAAAL bad on GMDP with a suppposed dividend of shares of subsidiaries. This DFTS deal is just starting to feel all too familiar. If they state they are going to distribute shares, it should be done in an expedient manner, not this hem-hawing around that quickly begins to smell like a very bad deal.
I am still watching NMKT very closly and will be ready to jump back in, if/when they get these issues settled.
LOL,
Just curious. I just like to know who I support or vote for?
I think BB is one of the VERY best around, so I was curious, since I had not heard his name before.
Fringe,
I went to Stockcharts and voted, but
Who is Kenneth M. Thomas?
I thought BB's name was Michael? Is this Kenneth Michael Thomas, per chance?
Scov and Mr.B,
I like the fundamentals and the low float and the hiring of the old Pizza Hut exec..
I was getting ready to buy in because I found out about ten new stores getting ready to be opened. However, I have much of my money in BRVO and I still feel better about BRVO than FCCN, and I'm thinking it may be foolish at this time to dump my BRVO just to get into FCCN, expecially after FCCN has already made a nice move. I would have bought FCCN on Wed. had the move not gone so far.
As it stand now, I'm gonna stick with BRVO until the CCE deal and the School distribution is all laid out - I think that BRVO management is very possibly on a nice roll here.
I am also ready to buy back into NMKT here, once it goes to .40 again. I have bought at .40 several times after sellingin the .50s and .60s since I quit just holding NMKT long. I got quite frustrated with that plan about 5 months ago, as I am sure many on this board agree with.
I will not be able to respond for a few days because they did not get the viruses off my computer and I am getting ready to take it back to the shop.
I'll read your posts when I get a chance to go to the library.
I am very impressed with this group here and the people on the BRVO board. I am quickly making these my second and third resting spots, IF my computer would just get working right.

BTW, Mypointz, what is SOF?
And when you say "FA I do it myself" - Do you mean you do your own Fundamental analysis?

Thanks for the input. I was getting worried with the pull-back today. I figured it would probably go back into the low .02s but you seem to think differently. What do you think will be the driving force to get the kind of move you are expecting going?
No, I'm gonna sit tight and watch and read and research FCCN now, since there was a total pullback today. I suspect it will go back into the .02s before it hits .045 again, unless they release the news I have been told is supposed to be coming.
BTW; Did you get filled when it pulled back, or is your order at .03 like mine was?
I would like in also, and I promise not to get disconnected this time, LOL.
