whats up all..??..
I see not much going on here today...I need to find another hobby for a few weeks..between the trading of this stock and my other low penny play NXNO..the waiting makes days feel like months sometimes...but both should do something this month..one way or the other..on the NXNO its been 81 days or so since the last PR..you all thought you were waiting long periods between prs the other day..lol...
good luck..
mj
seems strange that 1.9 million shares went thru at the ask in less than 15 minutes..and not even 1 mm was taken out...
mj
looks like they are letting some thru now... but spread getting alittle wider..
mj
few hits on the ask..
mj
by screwed you just mean they can convert less shares because of the higher price correct??..The dollar amount however doesn't change...is that right?..
mj
if this news isn't yet on the wires...where did it come from??>.
mj
I wouldn't knock it.. if that whats you like to do,,thats what you like to... I hope to someday be in that situation...I would like nothing better than to sit on a nice chunk of change..trade for a living ..and do stuff just because I enjoy it ,,and don't have a damn clock to punch every morning..hunting down stocks is fun for me...people can't believe I am on the computer as much as I am...i work 10 or 12 hours a day in a machine shop..then come home and sit online atleast 2-4 hrs a night digging...looking for one that gets it all started...lol...I need to find a financial backer who pays me just to dig..i don't mind playing in the dirt..lol
mj
So you guys all run these boards for the fun of it?...
Do most of you trade for a living ?...
HOw do you all have so much time on your hands??..if you don't mind making that info public...
mj
do the mods for these boards get paid to run them??.
if they do, do they recieve money or free Ihub?..
mj
I'd guess in the first...he just stated the sym/name change is first on the to do list..but the process wasn't actually started back then...
then the process actually commenced around the time of the 2nd letter...so start your 1 month time table from there..
mj
not here...atleast I think i know what i hold..lol
there could always be unknowns..
bought more today at .0058
later
mj
are you the .56 bid?...
mj
he said he originally heard of the play because it was going to be a low OS share play because of the merger..but then took a look at the charts and seen the high volume days but the stock not moving so he figured Dilution...then went on to the next stock,,someone must have emailed him because later on he mentioned gscr again and said..."ah they are dilutiong thru cornell..good ole cornelle.."..but he did not seem to know that the dilution was paying off debt cleaning up the balance sheet..and everything that was going on with the CEO lowering the share count so the dilution would only roughly put the share count back where it was originally without doing much damage...he hasn't researched this stock at all,,was going strickly off the charts for price and volume...
mj
Yeah I hear ya..
I was a bit spoiled in my education...one of my first big plays was cshd a year or 2 ago,,,I got in when it was FHAL on some stupid tree logging deal..LOL..I hopped in for a day or 2 hold...but then the next day they announce some off the wall merger with conversion solutions who was claiming to have bonds in the billions of dollar range..I was in there at .20 cents...it ran to 1.60 in quick order...then started to crash..In the beginning they kept every in limbo as to whether they were for real or not..I remember in one of the conference calls they even had 2 calls from reputable firms asking questions trying to figure them out..so I held until it drifted down to 1.05..started figuring scam..hopped out with all my shares about 1.05-1.10..it sat between there between .70 - 1.00 for a while..then took off to 4 dollar$ ..geez...but then crashed to .005 or something where it is today...wish I had held half of the shares I had for a little longer...but yeah with these things you never whats going to happen...I'd like to a see a surpise from Seaway like an additional store coming into the merger or another venture all together...something like that out of the blue would help get some serious volume going so these converters could sell into it and make their money and be done...sooner the better..
later
mj
yeah..you never know..
..I'm not a huge player..but this is the most money I've ever put into one of these types of plays...story is too compelling and seems more legit than most out there...I just wish there was a (little) more transparency on these conversions going on..I'm not talking everday ..but atleast once a week would be nice...
Good Luck

mj
picked up a few more at .0058 took all day...
mj
LOL not me,..i wish..,just been calling the last sale info for peeps having trouble with their screens..

and then a mill at the ask..
mj
first at ask 64
then at bid 62
.0064
then
.0062
2 mill each
Not sure if i've posted on this board or not..I follow the posters here when I can..I just have 2 things I'm curious about that maybe some of you could help me with...
1. Just curious if any of you here are playing gscr as a reverse merger?...Looks like the acquiring company paid off the debt of the shell..and took it over,,now rolling some retail stores in there...any one here have any info on this one??...
and
2. When you see a shell that has been acquired by a firm...how early can you purchase shares?...Do you have to wait for a mm's to make a market for it?..or can you call the company that acquired the shell and purchase shares directly from them??..
It shows as an OB but there is no volume or bid/ask...
Any help here is appreciated..
thanks in advance to anyone who responds...
mj
another 1.5 at the ask went thru...

The Company at its option has the right, with three (3) business days advance written notice (the "Redemption Notice"), to redeem a portion or all amounts outstanding under the 10% Secured Debenture prior to the Maturity Date provided that the Closing Bid Price of the Company's common stock, as reported by Bloomberg, LP, is less than the conversion price at the time of the Redemption Notice. The Company shall pay an amount equal to the principal amount being redeemed plus a redemption premium ("Redemption Premium") equal to twenty percent (20%) of the principal amount being redeemed, and accrued interest, (collectively referred to as the "Redemption Amount").
mj
Still holding...and lurking...
mj
What are you basing that 10-15 million on exactly?..is that the amount they were originally suing for??..
thanks
mj
Is this the same friend that interviewed with ACHI a while back??.. did he get hired??.. Sorry I'm asking alot questions but if this is not a scam it could mean way early retirement...lol I have been following for about 2 years..made a little trade on the Ford News and luckily decided to sell it all back then...I have picked a up a few at .0119 a few weeks back just incase the RS is signaling the end of serious dilution..and revs are really coming..that remains to be seen..Could they just be keeping the Authorized High to use for acquisitions and defense against take overs,,?..I mean if someone wanted to actually take this over,,couldn't just they just issue a ton of shares to the point where a company would no longer want them?..or would that be where the high number of preferreds to come in to play?..I might be way off base,,but just throwing it out there because more than likely you know alot more than I do...
thanks
mj
Does you friend in Detroit have contacts in the company already?..or do you plan on calling them and setting somthing up...how long have you been following this story??..
mj
What type of Tour are you talking?.. Inside the facilities ??..Or just Drive Bys?..
I have asked people on these boards before if the company ever gives tours or does demonstrations for shareholders and most said never..
I live about 30 minutes from both the PLymouth Building and KSI..I have seen them both several times..but have never been inside...
I don't hold a ton of shares or anything..but I would likely put more in if I were able to this process with my own eyes..
Please let me know if you ever arrange a tour inside the facilities...
thanks
mj
Ok I chipped away a few for Shtsngigls,, I'm in and ready...
mj
I have a few questions..
could someone please post up L2
What online brokerages are good for trading pennys?..I use AMTD but they aren't very good for pinks..
Is there anywhere to get free real time L2 for pinks ?
thanks mj
I C .. thanks for the reply...
Are you in contact with these guys directly?..
mj
I'm intrigued by the story here...why hasn't there been any PRS regarding any of this lawsuit business??..and has there been any talk of ever becoming fully reporting..??
thanks in advance..
mj
Thank you,,appreciate it..
mj
Has anyone called the T/A to get the current share structure??..
thanx in advance...
mj
L O L...
All I have to say is that is hilarious..i"m sorry if anyone here was taken by that sharade ..but man.. that was one of the wildest stocks I have ever seen...I did manage to buy at .18 and sell at 1.00,,could have sold at 3.50 if i would have held..but i just felt there was no way it would go as High as it did... but man your post is funny as heck...The part about buying up everything in Alphabetical Order..that just did me in...good gripe..:)
later man..thanx, that was worth more than a chuckle..

this might have something to do with the rise as of late...Revenues????...Interesting
NEC Electronics Introduces "M2" 3.5G Mobile Handset LSI Chip with Advanced Low Power Consumption Technologies
KAWASAKI, Japan, July 4, 2007
NEC Electronics Corporation today introduced the M2 system LSI chip that integrates third generation (3G to 3.5G) W-CDMA and HSDPA communications technologies with application functions, with advanced low power technologies optimized for mobile handsets. The chip utilizes a 3.5G digital baseband (DBB) technology developed by Adcore-Tech, the mobile communications joint venture established in August 2006. The M2 chip is part of NEC Electronics' MedityTM series of mobile handset solutions, and is the successor to the "M1" chip introduced in September 2006, renowned for its best-in-class 700-hour standby time. While the M1 was based on the ARM926EJ-STM CPU core, the M2 chip utilizes the more advanced ARM1176JZF-STM core, delivering a significant improvement in performance.
Through a combination of several advanced technologies, power consumption was reduced by 50 percent. This improvement was made possible by a host of advancements in circuit design and layout, including dynamic frequency scaling, automatic hierarchical clock control, LCD Direct Path technology, on-chip power switch technology, Quick Recovery technology. In addition, the use of 65-nanometer process technologies such as Multi-Vt transistor technology, and back-bias technique also contributed to lower power consumption. NEC Electronics also utilized LongRun2 technology licensed from Transmeta. These advancements in power consumption technology not only help to extend battery life and usage time, they also contribute to minimizing the size of the mobile handset battery itself, leading to flexibility in designing slimmer handsets, and also reducing environmental impact.
The main technologies used in the M2 chip are as follows:
1. Reduction in active power consumption (design technology)
Dynamic frequency scaling technology reduces active power consumption by monitoring the bus traffic and automatically adjusting the system clock frequency. In addition, automatic hierarchical clock control technology monitors the macros and automatically stops a clock when a macro is not active, further reducing active power consumption.
2. Reduction in LCD control power consumption in system standby mode (design technology)
In standby mode, LCD Direct Path technology transfers data necessary for LCD display directly from the frame buffer to the LCD controller, bypassing the main bus, and thereby reducing standby power consumption.
3. Reduction in leakage current due to internalized power switches (design technology)
On-chip power switches help reduce leakage current when the macro is not active. In addition, a Quick Recovery technology helps save leakage current and makes it convenient to power off the CPU frequently. This is enabled automatically by hardware. The internal state of the CPU is saved before it is powered down. When an interrupt occurs, the technology restores the internal state of the CPU and power without rebooting.
4. Reduction in leakage current due to Multi-Vt transistors (design and process technologies)
By utilizing three different types of Vt transistors, the M2 chip is able to achieve both high-speed operation and low leakage current. The High-Vt transistors are low-speed but also have low leakage current, making it ideal for the DBB, which is always on. On the other hand, the Low-Vt transistors have higher leakage current but also high speed performance, achieving 500MHz operating performance optimal for the application CPU and DSP.
5. Reduction in leakage current due to back-bias technique (design and process technologies)
For the high speed CPU and DSP, which rely on low-Vt transistors, back-bias technique maintains optimal threshold voltage and helps reduce leakage current. CPU and DSP speed can be optimized while leakage current is reduced, without leakage variation, by monitoring the timing of the ring oscillator.
In addition to the improvements in power consumption, the M2 helps reduce total bill of materials (BOM) parts by reducing the number of external parts, by sharing the external memory used by the application processor and the DBB. M2 is also based on NEC Electronics' platformOViATM to facilitate efficient software development.
M1 and M2 are the backbone of NEC Electronics' Medity solution suite that supports the features needed to develop the communications core of mobile handsets. Medity includes the following products and services:
(1) a chipset that includes a DBB and application processor, RFIC, and power IC
(2) software to drive the system LSI
(3) evaluation boards and reference design kits
(4) development tools for communications software and application software support
(5) system integration services to port fundamental software and middleware.
Medity2, which will be based on the M2 chip, is expected to be released at the end of 2007. With the introduction of M2 and the upcoming Medity2, NEC Electronics aims to maintain its leadership in the low power technologies, and continue its contributions to the mobile handset industry and beyond.
Pricing and Availability
Samples of the M2 chip are available now priced at US$45. Volume production is scheduled to begin in October 2007, and reach approximately 1 million units per month by 2008. Pricing and availability are subject to change.
does it seem to any of you that this company would even need to do a reverse split?...I read it in the presentation...
mj
Yeah they do spike up...but usually don't sustain..I guess just matters what you are looking for,..trade or investment..
I guess my point is without that full transparency there will always be doubt about what is going on behind the curtain,,and where the money that comes in is actually going..
What PR headline sounds better one that says Disney and Pow release a new super hero movie,,or one where they release a movie in which POW will recieve 40% of the total revenue...or they sign a deal worth 300 million over 8 years to produce all forms of entertainment for Disney...
Good Luck to all..
mj
I would just be interested to see what money they have coming in now..I mean if they don't leave the pink sheets..we may never know what each deal they sign is worth..I mean obviously the Disney deal doesn't yet offer any revenue..but what if at some point they announce a show, movie , set of characters..etc..but we never know the monetary value of it all...how could the market value something like that?..In my opinion this company needs full disclosure for any move up to really stick...But I feel it will come in time...I bought and sold during the high volume days..now i'm looking for an opening long entry around .12 cents..anything under .10 i load the boat up and wait it out..
mj
does anyone here have any idea why this company doesn't file and look to be listed on the otcbb??..
thanx in advance..
