The facility was opened in August 2023 and has secured an in-network contract with one of the major health insurance companies in Tennessee and is in the final stages of securing various other in-network contracts to facilitate payment for services. The Company anticipates this transaction will provide profitable annual revenues of approximately $3-4M with plans to grow revenues and duplicate the model in different locations. Biotech Company FOXO Technologies Buys Addiction Provider Myrtle Recovery Centers
By Laura Lovett| June 26, 2024

Biotech company FOXO Technologies (NYSE American: FOXO) has acquired substance use disorder provider Myrtle Recovery Centers.
FOXO is an unusual acquirer for an addiction provider. Typically, M&A deals in this space are conducted between private equity investors, larger providers, and even venture capital firms.
Myrtle Recovery Centers is a subsidiary of Rennova Health, a health care company. As part of the deal, the biotech company will buy Myrtle Recovery Centers for $500,000 of common stock in FOXO.
Myrtle Recovery Centers operates a 30-bed addiction recovery facility in Oneida, Tennessee. The provider offers medication-assisted treatment, detox services, and inpatient residential treatment. It plans to duplicate its model in other locations.
In addition to Myrtle Recovery, FOXO will purchase Rennova Community Health for $20 million of convertible preferred stock.
“This acquisition represents a transformative step for FOXO Technologies,” Mark White, Interim CEO of FOXO Technologies, said in a statement. “Myrtle Recovery Centers and Scott County Community Hospital are established businesses with opportunities for continued growth. Moreover, these transactions bring meaningful cash flow to FOXO. Our plan is to considerably grow these revenues over the next couple of years, including from the rights we secured to expand these businesses into another East Tennessee property owned by Rennova.”
FOXO produces technology products for multiple industries including life insurance. It has epigenetic technology to help pinpoint biomarkers for human health and aging.
The new acquisitions will also provide an opportunity for FOXO to test drive its technologies in a real-world setting.

“Rennova’s history in diagnostic testing, coupled with its expertise in healthcare IT and software, creates additional opportunities for FOXO to expand and deliver our current technologies to the marketplace. We believe these transactions represent a key inflection point for FOXO by combining our innovative epigenetic and AI-based epigenetic solutions, such as the VITHAR AI Health Coach, with their robust healthcare services to bring an unprecedented level of care to patients. We look forward to providing further updates as we advance these important transactions.”

Based on your posting history I know pretty much when you came in along with some of your other successes on the OTC. In my DD on this one I went back and read believe it or not...every single post you ever put on this board. And many of your other posts on some other boards from the past. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on RNVA etc along the way. Your story/angle never changed. Hopefully down the road I am able to send you some kind of thank you for efforts should this play succeed like some in your past. You should never base an investment decision on posts on a message board. However when I read thru yours you seem to reiterate most everything I thought I saw here. Win or lose I would never blame any as my decisions are mine. But your posts are one of the reasons why I am here. Debt and share structure problems aside...I have been around the penny boards almost 20 yrs now and I can't recall any situation where the fins look like this one for a .0001 stock...none. To me that was worth a pretty significant risk. And just as I believe in the tech at IPTK which I have been holding a few yrs now... I believe in what is happening with RNVA the same way. Both are very interesting plays for different reasons.
Again, I thank you for thoughts and efforts on RNVA and for sharing them so thoroughly along the way....All has been very much appreciated. I wish everyone involved here the best. This is currently the largest position I have ever held in a trip stock. I'm taking a shot here.

If you could provide a broker that allows purchases of EM stocks it would be very much appreciated. I currently use Etrade...but I believe they only allow sells? Maybe I'm wrong there?

How can you buy in the EM? What broker allows this? One of my longest holds dropped down to EM...but the share structure is great. And it appears they are about to get their Leo connectivity solution for free texting for passengers off the ground in the Middle East. They just went thru a successful 2 yr testing with Wizz Air in the UK...but then this happened... https://dailynewshungary.com/wizz-air-will-lose-more-than-20-of-its-planes/#google_vignette
They are in the process of listing their shares on the Australian market as they were getting zero visibility here on the OTC...also they were able to obtain funding with this new listing. IPTK will retain roughly 90% of the shares on the new listing.
Check out the IPTK board and read all of the posts from ASIQLimited this is the CEO himself. He was on the team that installed the original WIFI Systems onto Boeing Connexion like 20 years ago.
Their platfrom makes sense...

Looks like a decent chance this is will be the Middle East Airline mentioned. Also the companies mentioned at the end of the article seems to be some pretty good company to be in. Roll all of this up together into IPTK :) Would make for some nice offerings. We should be hearing within the next week or 2 on the Australian listing.

Bluebox and FFLYA confirm successful credit card payment ground tests over Iridium Certus network
By Satu Dahl May 24, 2024 Aircraft Interiors Expo, Ancillary revenues, Featured, IFEC
Bluebox and FFLYA confirm Iridium Certus Network live payments from Blueview
Bluebox Aviation Systems and FFLYA have announced that the companies have conducted successful ground tests of credit card payments over the Iridium Certus satellite network.
The tests included live payment transactions completed on an iPad to purchase in-flight entertainment bundles from Bluebox’s Blueview digital services platform. The companies say the purchases were sent wirelessly from the iPad to a Bluebox Wow portable wireless unit which was connected to the FFLYA router, and that router was connected through a patch antenna to the Iridium Certus satellite network. The payment was then validated by a payment provider and the purchase confirmed on the iPad.
Blueview software platform provides browser-based portal for passengers can view and access digital services including onboard retail, in-flight entertainment and a moving map, as well as all the underlying functionality which ensures secure payment processing, delivery of content, third-party app integration, content management and analytics.
“For Bluebox, ensuring our customers have choice – choice of digital services, choice of hardware system and choice of connectivity solution – is central to everything we do,” said James Macrae, CTO, Bluebox.
“Airlines invest considerably in differentiating their product and delivering the best experience for their passengers. No two airlines are alike – so one size won’t fit all. We’ve already integrated Blueview with high bandwidth GEO satcom connectivity, but these are still considerable investments for many airlines, especially for LCCs and regional operators.
“For some airlines, any investment in connectivity is still years away – and we have well-proven offline solutions for them. Now, we’re able to offer a happy medium – all the power of Blueview, boosted by the ability for airlines to increase revenue with more onboard sales in a secure retail environment, thanks to live payment validation.”
Ron Chapman, President, FFLYA commented: “Bluebox and FFLYA share some common principles in providing low-cost, rapid deployment of systems that improve the passenger experience and help our airline customers generate revenue. Bluebox are experts in digital passenger experiences, and we bring our expertise and proven experience with LEO connectivity and different antennae systems, knowing that for many of Bluebox’s target customers, a single patch antenna is the best solution.
“This eliminates the issues found with window antennae, for which there can be a 60-degree blind spot above larger aircraft which can result in a high failure rate of transactions due to the unique time and data requirements of live retail payment validation – not exactly ideal for an airline depending on maximising revenue from onboard retail sales. Plus, our antenna with a single cabling and partition install can be done overnight – making this a fast and simple engineering task and minimising the time the aircraft is out of service.”
According to FFLYA, its patch antenna is an Iridium aviation certified Certus antenna which has zero drag. An STC for Airbus A320 family aircraft is already available, and the company has plans underway for the Boeing 737 series.
Many are scared to death of this ticker due to its past. Maybe some are waiting to see those numbers in Audited Fins? Either way if those profits are legit..in time everything should take care of itself. FOXO should get much better visibility on the big boards, better P/E and the past of RNVAs Reverse Splits etc will be left behind and unknown to new FOXO investors.

Closing of the Myrtle transaction took place on June 14, 2024 and closing of the Rennova Community Health transaction, subject to certain closing conditions including shareholder approvals, is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2024. In addition, FOXO secured a commitment for up to $2.5 million of financing of which $750,000 was funded at the Myrtle closing.
We are now just one week from the start of the 3rd Q. It doesn't mean the deal will close week one but I am assuming the shareholder vote will take about 30 secs when it does go down. lol

Yeah would certainly like to know the real reason they are doing it. Most of the posts are laughable at best. But they must be making money some how and for some reason doing it. What will be will be regardless of any posts on any board for or against the stock. Rennova will determine how this plays out. Feels like they are on some kind of path. Maybe the market is waiting for the reg statement and fins to hit before they start toeing the waters?
imho
mj
I believe they did what they had to do to survive. I feel for those that bought in during those years but looking at the fins it wasnt hard to see the direction things were going. I figure at some point there is one more rs coming...Hopefully its at a much higher price. I wonder if they won't rs and then merge into FOXO altogether for the uplist. I see their ceo is interim...hmm. Hopefully we are witnessing the beginning of a new day for RNVA. Hopefully peeps are able to make some monies back.
Imho
Mj
I think its a matter how far this one has fallen. Most traders after getting burnt maybe more than once by RNVA have all but written this ticker off all together. Eventually I think one of the twitter guru's will see whats happening here and will blow their whistle and bring in some volume. Right now those that are in are likely tapped out on this play already on what their willing to risk and anyone looking in...but not really looking in are afraid to pull the trigger due to the past and no bid. If a wave of spec volume comes in on this thing at some point I won't be shocked. I'm not 100% sure how all this plays out...but moves are being made. Feels like maybe this is how they eventually uplist? Hopefully the share structure of FOXO doesn't get too messy along the way.
